The SpaceBuilt at the beginning of 1900's, well looked after over the years, it has preserved the idyllic air of countryside with the perks of modern lifestyle.
Three main bedrooms:
1. Has King size bed and a single bed, accommodates three people, TV.
2. Has Queen size bed and a extendable sofa, accommodates four people, TV.
3. Has Queen size bed, accommodates two people.
All bedrooms have wood stoves, there is already chopped wood provided for you in the yard, if you might need to heat the rooms.
There is large closed veranda with a generous dining table for 14 people where you can eat, play games (there is chess, backgammon and playing cards provided for you) or do what ever you fancy. It also has a bed, so you can have your siesta there as well. It does not have a stove, so it would be best to use it from spring to autumn.
You have a massive kitchen, two refrigerators, cooking stove with oven, washing machine, and plenty of cupboards and a eating table.
There is one bathroom and it has a toilet, bathtub and sink. Clean towels (in the cupboard) and toilet paper are provided for you.
The kitchen leads to the back garden where you have two separate eating areas, one sheltered from sun and rain, the other in open sunlight. You can also have a barbecue, coals and tools are provided for you.
The orchard has apples, pairs, plums and quinces, you can help yourself to the fruit, if ripe and there's any left:) The vineyard has both white and red grapes and it is both in the front yard and back yard.
There is a running well with spring water. You can drink the water from the tap, it is provided by the same spring. Guest AccessEverything in the house and garden. Interaction with GuestsThe guest can interact with the owner over phone and e-mail and with the neighbours that look after the property as often as they please or not at all, besides the exchange of the keys. On every sunday there is the village fair in the local market, local cheese, veggies and other stuff are being sold by the peasants.
There is also a vintage clothes fair on sundays, if you are into this. Getting AroundYou can take the bus to all nearby villages. There are no taxies. Other Things to NoteThere are some birds that you might see in the garden like chickens, geese, ducks or turkeys (on occasion even a cow, but on a separate part of the garden). If you mind them, please let the neighbours know, and they won't bother you no longer.
Hot water is provided by a hot water boiler with a limited capacity so use it rationally. It refills after a couple of hours if empty.
The cooking stove functions with gas canister so please ask the neighbour who will let you in to turn it on upon arrival and off as you leave.
