The SpacePrivate room with 2 guest beds, 2 height adjustable desks and 2 office chairs. Room is on the first floor, bathroom is on the ground floor.
The kitchen is at your disposal for breakfast, lunch and dinner providing you clean up after yourself. You are free to use the kitchen between 6 AM and 10 PM.
A convenience store is 700 meters away, open all days from 8AM to 10PM. Guest AccessAll beds come with sheets and bedding. Towels are provided to all guests. Hair dryer available.

Summertime, you can enjoy the sun on either of our 2 patios. Wintertime, you can go cross-country skiing at the tracks, on just 5 minutes walking distance.
Our house is in a quiet neighbourhood at the outskirts of town, yet with excellent access to public transportation. The city centre is only 15 min away by bus, car or bike.
We live just on a 2 minute drive from the E4 motor way, so perfect if you are just passing through.
We live close by from lake Nydala and there are also nice walking paths in the forest on just 2 min walking distance.
We can recommend visiting the moose farm Älgens Hus in Bjurholm (70 km drive), going for a walk by the stream just 10 min away and maybe catch some fish. Enjoy the purity of Swedish nature while enjoying your stay with us. Getting AroundPublic transport is well organised in Umeå. A bus stop is just 700 m away. During rush hour you can catch a bus every 5 minutes to town, hospital or university.
Should you come by car, we can provide access to a parking spot with engine heater for 20 SEK/24 h. If you only stay for 1 night, you could also take a free parking spot, but if you want to avoid risking a fine, we still recommend a paid parking.
Should you come by plane, you can catch the airport coach, and switch to a local bus to get to our house.

We have 2 bikes for rent, at 30 SEK per bike per day.
We can also offer you a ride from the airport, train stations or bus station for 150 SEK per ride, if it fits our schedule.
