****If you've sent me a request or a message and have not heard back from me then please write again till you've received a response (they sometimes gets lost on here). Please let me know if this is the case as I (and others I know) have had on occasion issues with the emailing system on here not always working and messages not always arriving (to the guest or host, even if it shows on your side you sent a message its not always in the inbox of the other person for some reason..?) or only receiving half of a message... I guess there is a few bugs Airbnb need to work out****
A painter lives in this home (that was built by her grandparents) in a separate upstairs apartment, so there is plenty of artwork adorning the walls for you to enjoy or even purchase if you wish to bring a memory home with you after your stay.
You will have privet access to 1 or 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/bath and a hair dryer, living room/dining room with fireplace, sun room/wintergarden with large sliding doors, 2 additional sofas, and little breakfast area. Large kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Moka pot (Italian style stove-top coffee maker), breakfast bar, Stove/oven, kachelofen (masonry wood fire heater).
I have 2 bedrooms with 2-4 beds in each bedroom, with the possibility of up to 6 guests. The first 2 guests will share a bedroom with 2 beds, additional guests with have a separate bedroom. If you have 5-6 guests there is also a pull out couch that can sleep 1-2 guests in the living room if you don't want to share the bedroom. There is a 2nd large sofa in the sun room to use if someone sleeps on the sofa bed.
If you have reduced mobility than its good to note that I have a ramp going around the back of the house and it enters the sun room, my 80+ year old grandmother who use to live in this house needed this ramp as she walked with 2 canes. The new door there is a little narrow so I am unsure if a wheelchair is able to pass through the door into the sun room so if you are using a wheelchair than please let me know how wide it is so we can see if it will pass through or not.
