The SpaceThe colonial style, over 100 year old villa, is in a coconut plantation, in an area approximating 50 acre land in Madampella, in Sri Lanka`s Western province. Due to Madampella’s proximity to Sri Lanka`s main international airport of Bandaranayake, we are able to offer a calmer, quieter alternative to the hotels of Colombo. In less than half an hour`s drive you will find yourself in the beautiful countryside. The popular holiday resort of Negombo is only a 20 minute drive away. The Serene Villa Madampella could be viewed as an ideal place to begin your stay here in Sri Lanka or indeed finish your stay as you think about your departure.
There are 6 bedrooms (4 double, 1 family, 1 single) allowing for the possibility to accommodate up to 13 people. As well as a spacious central living area off of the bedrooms, there is also a swimming pool and outdoor lounge area adjacent to the villa. The tariff quoted for the room also includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be provided on request at an additional cost. Guest AccessFree Wi-Fi is provided.
Guests may come and go from the premises as and when they please.
Cooking facilities are available with a Microwave oven, Electric kettle, two burner stove, a blender and a fridge for use at all times. There is also a large barbecue grill.

You can do a few excursions in Negombo area : Boat Safaris to Muthurajawela Swamp and Bird Sanctuary are available. You can experience the unique tropical wetland with its flora and fauna, mangrove forests, and the marshes. This eco friendly habitat is the home for many water birds such as Cormorants, Stalks, Herons, Egrets and King Fishers. Reptiles and Monitor Lizards are a common sight during boat rides. Getting AroundThere are tuk tuks and public buses for you to get about. We have a couple of our vehicles that can be arranged to go to the beach, super markets or even local sight seeing. Other Things to NoteTea and coffee will be provided free of charge.
