The SpaceThis cabin has a rich history and has been in the family since the 1940s. It is meant to be a retreat from the hustle and bustle of lives that are often going a little to fast. The views have been an inspiration for many an artist and families have found this space to foster a re-connection to the natural world and a slower pace of living. We provide lots of activities for children of all ages, including literature, games, art supplies and recreation. Guest AccessYou will have the cabin to yourself. Interaction with GuestsWe enjoy meeting our guests and giving them as much space as they would like. Our hope is that we will get to meet all our visitors and offer them an experience they will want to repeat. The NeighborhoodThe Cabin is an idyllic retreat in the woods on a dirt road, yet still close enough to town. The woods, view and Lake Warren are beautiful. We love dogs and the cabin does too. Getting AroundNo public transportation. You need a car. Other Things to NoteWe host house concerts in the warmer months with multi-talented artists offering different styles of music from folk to jazz. The cabin is also available for workshops, retreats, weddings and other events. The cabin is old and with this comes an element of quirkiness which we find charming, as do our guests.
