The SpaceThe private guest bedroom entrance is off the front of the house at the end of the sun room hallway with a view of the majestic 12,003 foot Sierra Blanca. You can come and go as you please using the code for the front door lock. The bedroom has a love seat, desk, bookshelves, queen bed and night stands along with a 40" flat screen TV with Cable, and a romantic heater fireplace (heater not necessary), and small refrigerator. It also has a private bath with tub/shower. If you have a or 4th person, we have a nice air mattresses that can be placed on the floor. This is great if traveling with children.
Store your clothing in the dresser and closet. We have high-speed Internet WiFi for your use. Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the utility room. Guest AccessPark on the circle drive. No need to park on the street. Make yourself at home in the kitchen using the stove, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. We make room for you to store food in the pantry. We will make room for your food in the fridge. We have an extra fridge in the garage. The spa is available anytime, please shower before entering the spa. Extra towels will be available for your use. The guest bedroom has a Kerug coffee maker, coffee, and cups. You are also welcome to use the Kerug in the kitchen.
Two gas grills available for use. Sit out on the deck or covered porch and relax! Or relax in the swing in the back yard. The deck is a beautiful place as well, sit there on a beautiful day and have a glass of wine.

We welcome visitors and like to get to know them and make new friends. But if you are the loner type that's fine too. Feel free to ask us any questions about our village and area and things to do. The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet neighborhood with mostly vacation homes. You will see people taking walks and waving at you as you go by. We are only a 4 miles from Ski Run Rd which takes you up to Ski Apache, the zip line or mountain biking. Activities to do in the area include gambling at Billy the Kid Casino, Inn of the Mountain Gods, and Ruidoso Downs Race Track which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Other activities include, the Ski Apache Zip Line (open year round), mountain biking, mountain biking down Ski Apache (summer only), hiking, golfing (we have several golf courses), 4 wheeling, bowling, art shows, and more.
Visit the nearby town of Lincoln where the Lincoln County war was an Old West conflict between rival factions in 1878 in New Mexico Territory. The feud became famous because of the participation of a number of notable figures of the Old West, including Billy the Kid, sheriffs William Brady and Pat Garret.
Hike numerous nearby trails in White Mountain Wilderness and the Lincoln National Forest, or near Lake Grindstone.
Fish the Ruidoso river, Lake Grindstone, or Alto Lake.
See the nearby lava flow at the Valley of Fires Recreation Area near Carrizozo NM. Getting AroundShuttle Ruidoso, offers charter airport service to and from
Roswell, El Paso, and Albuquerque airports.
