The SpaceWelcome to Annandale!
Please read through the entire listing carefully before booking this room as it will answer most of your questions and I'd like to share with you all aspects of the room, not just a pretty picture. If you have any questions please ask before booking the place.
Due to high demand for Christmas and New Year period, between Dec 20 to Jan 15, the minimum booking period is 4 nights.
Close to the city of Sydney CBD, located near the heart of Annandale village, walking distance to shops, transportation and water-side recreation, this century old 3 bedroom established house features high ceiling, timber floor, nice living space and a charming deck that leads to a little backyard with a fish pond that has some goldfish in it. It isn't a newly built mansion, but a comfortable home that carries a great vibe.
One minute walking distance to the bus stop, 15min bus ride into the city, another takes you to Coogee beach. 3 minutes walk to the shops, you can get to Glebe, Newtown or Leichhardt either by walk or in just a few minutes drive.
It is a three bedroom house and two of the bedrooms are available for guests.
This is the listing for the 2nd and smaller guest room in the house. The room comes with a double size foldout bed, a full size mirror, a wall shelf, hanger and a desk. Bedding, sheets and clean towels are included.
========= IMPORTANT =========
The drawback (this is from some of the feedback I've got over the year and I like you to understand this before booking):
This room is small, it has a double bed (very comfortable) and a small desk, the space is limited. It is best suited for solo travellers without so much luggage or as a part of a booking for a family using both rooms.
If you are two people, you'll not have a lot of space inside the room. You can check out pictures of the room. I have had plenty of couples booked the room before and are happy about it, but if comfort and space is a priority for your travel, please for an extra $15, book the larger room in my other listing instead. https://www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/726883
The location of the room is at the back of the house, right next to the kitchen and the bathroom. So you may hear cooking/washing activities in the kitchen and maybe bit of traffic going through the bathroom in the morning or evening. If you prefer a room in a quieter part of the house, please for an extra $15, book the larger room in my other listing instead. https://www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/726883
This room is for the budget conscious solo or couple and it is reflected in the price, you are welcome to check out the larger guest room for a more spacious room.
I clean the house once a week or after the departure of each guest. You are not paying a cleaning fee in the rental, so I ask all guests to kindly be mindful to keep the house clean and tidy, especially in the common areas such as bathroom and kitchen.
The entire house can house up to 5 guests (4 adults and 1 children), if you have a booking for more than 2 people, the 3rd person will be getting a separate guest room. Please see my listing for renting the two rooms at the same time: https://www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/939748 Guest AccessOther facilities:

Furnitures and other items not listed in the profile are private property (e.g. Piano, books & albums etc), please ask if you wish to use them. Interaction with GuestsI live in the house, unless I go on vacation or travel for work I'll be around most of the time. I'm around most of the time if you need any directions, suggestions as to place to visit, things to see.
I have been hosting for some time now both with AirBnB and through other platform, I enjoy meeting people and the general feedback i get is that guests love the place and my hospitality, I look forward to your visit and hope you enjoy your stay in Sydney.
