Fall & Winter offers diverse outdoor activities. The condo has a fabulous pool open until 10 pm daily. Available now to book, but remember, there is a required stay time depending on the month reserved.
Easy driving access to HWY 60, HWY 202. Convenient location to grocery stores and gas stations ...just around the corner. Fly in to the Gateway Airport if it leaves from your city and be at the condo in 10 minutes. If you fly in to Sky Harbor it is a 30 minute commute on the 202 heading East. Either way, it is very easy to find from the highways. Prearrange a Courtesy Pickup from either airport with the Owner for a small charge. Personal parking spot assigned to unit. Space for visitor parking, but is limited.
This Condo is regularly updated to keep up with fashionable soft color tones and additional accessories. New carpeting was added February 2015 that compliments all the colors. Additional new paint was added summer 2015. Two summers ago the deck was refaced facing the lovely Goldfield Mountains to the NW. Spend evenings enjoying your supper on the deck. Watch the sun set over the desert and the Goldfield Mountains to the NW. Desert skies can be surreal!

Unit is completely furnished, move-in-ready unit advertised as a VACATION GET-AWAY. Or is also used as a convenience unit for a worker here on assignment, someone relocating OR vacationing.
Idaho Road is easily accessible to the freeways, Hwy 60, Hwy 202, Hwy 88, Old West Highway. A jump to freeways to Phoenix, Tucson or East Valley in just a matter of minutes. Hwy 88 goes to several recreational areas, the Goldfield Ghost Town, Suguaro Lake, Tortilla Flats, SanTan. Visit golf courses, lakes, go horseback riding, visit our famous museums and the Elvis church, hiking, shooting and the famous Mesa Market is available for great and interesting shopping. At the condo, you have your own private parking spot that comes with the unit. There are a few extra spaces for visitors but visitor parking spaces are limited. There are laundry facilities on sight, coin operated, and a great place to meet other visitors. There is a lovely pool next door to the laundry room so you can sit in the sun while your clothes are laundered. Prospector Park is up the road a bit, across the street is the Apache Junction Library and the Multi-Cultural Center, and within a couple of miles there are grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants (a brand new steakhouse just opened, Cowboy's Up, within walking distance) and the Post Office. You don't have to leave Apache Junction at all if you prefer not too. It is a friendly complex and lots of folks from all over the USA and Canada return every year to stay for months. Get to know folks from other areas and you will want to return each year to see your new friends! We look forward to your visit to our unit and want you to have the best stay ever.

From SkyHarbor Airport - Head East on 202 E from Airport. Continue about 35 miles east until you see Brown Exit. Take Brown Exit and head east with the Superstitions in view dead ahead. Continue about 5 miles until you see the P&M; arena on your left. The road name changes at the county line when in enter Pinal County to LOST DUTCHMEN BLVD. Continue two more stop signs past Meridian until you come up a slight knoll to Idaho Road. Turn right on Idaho Rd. A couple of country blocks and you will see the entrance on your right. Continue into the complex, past the mailboxes, past the pool, and the road zags to the left and back to the right to the back last road. Turn left on the last road and look for parking spot 21 which will be just before the visitor parking that is NOT under cover. Park head in spot 21 and climb the stairs, unit is the one of your right. Enjoy!
From Gateway Airport in Mesa - Head out of the airport west, turn on to the 202 heading north, stay on the 202 heading north until you get to the Brown Street Exit and then follow the directions from above. You will be heading east on Brown to Lost Dutchmen,
From Hwy 60 east or west: Take the Idaho Road Exit and head north. Drive 5 miles north, cross Apache Trail (Quiktrip gas station will be on your right) contiinue north through Superstition Blvd (Circle K will be on your left) and about 1/2 mile further up the road, the complex main entrance will be on your left. Follow the remainder of instructions from above.
If needed Owner will meet you at the entrance to assist your arrival particularly if your arrival is in the evening hours when finding any of the units can be difficult.
