Located in the much sought-after and prestigious suburb of Applecross, offering an easy 5min drive into the Perth City Center. Literally just a stone's throw from the beautiful Swan River and with public transport almost on your doorstep, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to experience all that Perth has to offer, without the hustle and bustle of the inner city. The city is just minutes away by bus, train or car, or a leisurely twenty-minute ride on dedicated bicycle tracks that run right alongside the river. Head off in the other direction, and you'll soon be in the historical and bohemian port city of Fremantle. There's a well-provisioned supermarket and a tempting range of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Watch the world pass by at the iconic Raffles Hotel, have a seafood sensation and a locally brewed beer at Clancy's Fish Pub or spice it up at the award-winning Thai Corner restaurant. The SpaceA comfortable, well appointed apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Allora is opposite the Village shops, a 5 minute walk to the Swan River and Applecross Jetty, with bus stops to Perth & Fremantle right outside the building. Renovated upstairs apartment in leafy Applecross, with 2 bedrooms a bathroom/laundry with a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, with 2 king singles in the 2nd bedroom. Linen and towels provided. Both bedrooms and the main living area have reverse cycle airconditioning. The modern fully equipped kitchen is where you can cook up a storm or just be self sufficient. Walk across the road to the local cafe strip with gourmet butcher and grocer, or sit alfresco having a coffee and watch the world go by. Stroll around the corner to the river where you can walk, jog or cycle or sit on Applecross Jetty taking in the river life. Public transport is at the front door, where you can choose to catch a bus to Fremantle or Perth. A 15-20 minute walk will take you to Canning Bridge Station and the excellent Perth-Mandurah train. This apartment is in a small, quiet block, with free parking for one vehicle and extra spaces across the road. This is the perfect spot for singles, couples or a small family of 4.
