The bedroom has two queen-size beds, a bedside table, built-in wardrobes, a desk with a chair, full length mirror, reading lights and enjoying a panoramic view of the town and the sea. The pool area is surrounded by a pleasant garden with benches with parasols and sun loungers on the deck. Guests can enjoy a bubbling outdoor Jacuzzi, while the youngsters are splashing in the kiddies’ pool. Shower and private toilets are adjacent to the pool. Behind the pool area there is a glass-enclosed gym area with a key-only private access. There are two further bedrooms located on the first floor, both fitted with twin beds and built-in Italian designed wardrobes. A beautiful recommended scenic drive starts at Aphrodite Hills following the coast road as it hugs the rugged coastline past Aphrodite's rock onto Pissouri.           On offer is a two bedroom penthouse apartment with splendid views of about 4 miles of coastline and fantastic sunsets. The whole complex has around 20 properties and the two pools are adequate. The outside space is 52 square meters, and has a gas barbecue, large table seating 6 and reclining chairs for sun worshipping. The internal living space/kitchen is large see pictures. The room is air conditioned, has a decent TV and full internet is provided. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob,fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, breville etc. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and all linen and plenty of storage units, it also is air conditioned and opens out on to the balcony, attached is an one suite shower, toilet and wash basin. Next to the other bedroom is a family bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds and all linen and plenty of storage, it is also air conditioned.             The property is part of a small, exclusive development in the Paphos region and built on the most spectacular plot of land, on an elevated plateau with 180 degrees of sea view. BUSES ARE NOT REGULAR IN THIS AREA.** This property is situated in a complex of 10 building with a communal pool and the views are just outstanding! The house has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The lounge area has a pull out bed which can sleep up to 2 people or 3 small children! There are two bathrooms. The kitchen has a washing machine plus fridge/freezer. There is a TV and a DVD player in the lounge area. You will be advised to hire a car if you are staying here. You still need to car to explore Paphos properly. Buses do not regularly reach or leave Tsada a day. I am very happy to meet you at Paphos airport and have you guys follow me all the way to the house in Tsada village. If you need to go shopping before going to the cottage, we can go to the supermarket first.                   You will definitely enjoy your stay in this modern spacious apartment on the outskirts of Peyia. The flat is situated on the ground floor of a beautifully maintained complex in a quiet area away from the road yet close enough to walk into the village. You won't be able to resist the sea view en route to the village. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday; the balcony overlooks the pretty countryside and the only sound to be heard is the tinkling of the bells on the goats. This 75m2 two-bedroom apartment is ideal for big families or couples (sorry, no stags or hens). It is very spacious and sunny. It has two separate bedrooms, both with floor to ceiling wardrobes, mirror, bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock, blackout blinds and curtains, one with king size bed, and one with a double AND single bed, giving flexible sleeping arrangements. There is also an inflatable bed and a travel cot and highchair. There are two toilets and two bathrooms, one with a big bathtub with overhead shower and one with a large shower. There is an American style spacious kitchen and lounge with sofa and armchairs, 32in flat screen TV, DVD, and iPod dock.. The apartment is well maintained , it is fully furnished and equipped with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. There are toilets, showers and changing facilities near the pool. We have a store room near the pool that houses our sunbeds, parasol, barbecue and sports equipment. These are for our clients use. In Peyia you can find everything within walking distance, bars, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ATMs, pharmacies. Wifi and Sky sports are available in several places in the village. The public transport is also excellent. Busses run from Peyia to the beaches at Coral Bay regularly and every few minutes between Coral bay and Paphos. So you can reach all the famous sights very easily. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Coral Bay has 2 clean sandy beaches, one wiith shallow water suitable for small children and one with watersports. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes and tavernas to suit every taste and budget although Coral bay itself is a small resort of just one street. *We have a travel cot and highchair for hire at a nominal charge and there is a charge of £20per week (£30 for 2 weeks) for the use of air conditioning during June, July, August and September. Or go to the tiny marina at Agios Georgios en route to the Zoo and the Sea Caves. There is a local bus service to Coral Bay which is a small resort by the sandy beach. The beach has a cafe and changing facilities. The water is shallow and perfect for children. The road leading to the beach has restaurants to suit every budget and taste. There are bars where sports can be watched and WiFi is available. Suitable for families, couples etc. Baby friendly. 2 week prices are £100 more than 1 week prices. The 18 hole Tsada Golf Club is a short distances from the Villa making it an all year round holiday home. It has easy access to Paphos beaches and the surrounding villages with their friendly good value restaurants. It is ideally situated for touring the Island to places such as Coral Bay, the Akamas Peninsula (turtle beach), Troodos Mountains, the Avaskas Gorge. Polis (Aphrodite's Bath) and also Aphrodite's Rock. Also ideally situated for golfers. A car is essential (cars are right hand drive) to enable access to numerous shops and restaurants in the nearby villages. Paphos has plenty of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. A hire car can be arrange and if needed the hire company will escort you to the Villa . If air conditioning is required an additional charge of ÂŁ10 per day is made.

As well as the championship golf course the small traditional village of Tsada contains a couple of traditional tavernas that can be walked to in about 5 minutes. To give an idea for the quality of the development it won the "5 Star Bentley International Homes award for Best Cypriot Development in 2006".                                 This fantastic villa is really spacious and airy with extremely high quality furnishings and decor throughout including blackout blinds and designer curtains in all rooms. Also has free WiFi, cable TV, 42in LED TV and cinema system and ipod docking station. All of the 3 large bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, airconditioning and plenty of wardrobe space (with lots of high quality hangers for your clothes and space to hide your suitcases!!). The masterbedroom and second bedroom (both upstairs) have fantastic views of the sea, garden, pool and valley. The pool is surrounded by wonderful tropical gardens with lots of colourful plants and palm trees. There is a large gazebo for relaxing in the shade, to read a book or simply enjoy the views. The alfresco dining area is a superb place to have breakfast or lunch, where you can sit under the large umbrella and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea while you eat. There is plenty to do in the area. Cora Bay is a 3km drive with its bars, restaurants and beautiful beach. Horse riding, go-karting, crazy golf, water park are all nearby. A car is recommended to get around during the day and there are 3 taxi offices in Coral Bay with good rates if you fancy a drink in the evenings leaving the driving to someone else. This villa suits families, couples and groups of couples.

                                    Maison de Antigoini se trouve dans un village paisible seulement 4-5 kilomètres de la ville de Paphos et à seulement 8 kilomètres de la zone touristique de Kato Paphos et plages. Privé situé dans une Cour fortifiée, cette propriété construite en pierre a été rénovée à un haut standard et offre la plus traditionnelle chypriote holiday village qu'on trouve n'importe où sur l'île. La propriété est idéale pour les familles nombreuses ou pour les deux familles qui souhaitent passer des vacances ensemble, mais qui souhaitent avoir leur propre espace au sein de la maison, comme cette propriété bénéficie de l'avantage unique de deux maisons d'être ensemble, mais avec leurs propres installations individuelles, tout en partageant la Cour joliment isolée, la terrasse et la piscine. Bien que les maisons sont réunies ils peuvent aussi être loués séparément. Dans ce cas la deuxième propriété restera inoccupée pour le moment de cette réservation assurant une confidentialité maximale. La maison se caractérise avec traditionnel en bambou et bois poutres apparentes et sols en marbre locales. Convenances modernes incluent cuisine aménagée équipée, cheminée à foyer ouverte, diviser les unités dans le salon et chambres, TV et lecteur DVD, WiFi, piscine privée en forme de rein et barbecue. La première maison est de plain-pied, avec juste une étape vers le haut dans la Chambre des maîtres, qui a une belle traditionnelle lit à baldaquin et meubles. Chambres 2 et 3 sont à la fois simple, avec un mobilier traditionnel. La salle de bain principale est aménagé à un niveau élevé, avec baignoire et une douche dans la baignoire, il y a aussi un plus vestiaire séparé avec lavabo et WC. La cuisine est joliment finie avec toutes les commodités modernes, c'est à dire réfrigérateur/congélateur, four à micro-ondes, four intégré et plaques de cuisson, grille-pain et bouilloire. Le salon a une sensation très confortable, avec canapé d'angle, cheminée et TV à écran plat et lecteur DVD. La deuxième maison est sur deux étages. A l'étage, il y a deux chambres doubles, dont le premier a un lit à baldaquin et habillés dans le style traditionnel. Le second est un double, mais avec des lits jumeaux, idéales pour les plus jeunes membres de la famille ou les enfants encore plus anciennes ou les amis heureux de partager. Il y a une salle de bain principale avec baignoire et douche dans le bain, toilettes et lavabo. Il y a aussi une grande terrasse, accessible par l'intermédiaire de la Chambre des maîtres, bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante, que cette terrasse est idéale pour manger au restaurant sur ou tout simplement profiter un verre de vin sur les soirées d'été. Comme la première maison, la cuisine et le salon sont à aire ouverte et avec tout le confort moderne, vous auriez besoin mais rester dans le style traditionnel. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec machine à laver, planche et fer.

Tremithousa is a quaint traditional Cypriot village which takes its name from the Terebinth tree, the resin of which is used for natural chewing gum. It is also.known for its production of aromatic and tasty honey. Tremithousa is situated 4km northwest of Paphos town on an elevated position between the mountains and the sea. It provides easy access to Paphos town centre, Tala and Mesogi villages with their array of bars, clubs, restaurants and galleries. For those interested in golf, Tsada golf course is 6km away. Paphos Aprodite water park, ideal fun for all the family is open May to October and is 15 minutes drive away.
