We live in the Aspley suburb lots of parks, brush turkeys, possums, birds by the thousands. The home is nicely furnished with 3 bedrooms all double, 2 have queen beds, 1 has double bed. 2 bathrooms. Off street parking. Both spare rooms overlook the gardens and come with clean linen weekly, blinds, fan, built in robes, share 2nd bathroom which is huge!! w Only a 5 minute walk to shops and buses, average time to CBD is 40 minutes.

The SpaceThis is an elegant self contained unit connected to our house 'Casa del Sol'. The place is fully refurbished with new furniture. It consists of a master bedroom with unsuite, dining suite, lounge area with own TV and a kitchenette fully equipped with all your comforts including a front loader washing machine, fridge, microwave oven. The place comes also with all linen included. It is suitable for a single or couple. When renting this space you will have your own private entrance and access to our front garden. You will have total freedom to cook your own meals in the lovely appointed new kitchenette. Aspley is a lovely and safe neighbourhood, about 13 km from the City. We have a beautiful little shopping village just at 200mt from the house with Coles and a large Green Grocer, Chemist, Take aways which makes it easy to do your day to day shopping. The train station is at 10 minute walk from here and bus station literally just around the corner. Bus lines go into Chermside Shopping Centre about 5 minute drive, which is one of the largest Shopping towns in Queensland with hundreds of shops including Meyer, K'Mart, Target, Wooloworths and 2 large food courts there is also Event Cinema Centre for your entertainment with great V-Max screen and Gold Class too. The uniqueness of our place is that you get the comfort of living close to the everything, and have full privacy and independence from the rest of the house.

The SpaceHouse is stunning, modern and architecturally designed to perfectly fit in with shared living. Beautiful modern kitchen with built in coffee machine and all appliances you can imagine. House is split into wings with 4 bedrooms, each with their own individual bathroom and walk in robe. House has a built in sound proof 8 seat private cinema with beautiful leather reclining chairs, a separate rumpus room with pool table, stunning pool and outdoor entertainment area and views to the mountains. Very private and quiet area. Unlimited internet and pay TV free for guests. Off street parking right outside the house and space available on site on an open driveway. Very up market living and very friendly and social environment. Very quiet suburban area. Bus 5 minute walk from house. Guests are welcome to use all amenities including the pool, pool table, table tennis table, multiple TV/entertainment areas, Netflix, BBQ, and kitchen. Getting AroundPublic transport is via public bus and the bus stop is 5 minute walk from the house. Brisbane airport is about a 25 minute drive pending on time of day and traffic. Cost of a taxi is about $45 or Uber for about $25. Best public transport to Brisbane CBD is a bus and takes about 35 minutes. Cost is about $8 each way. We highly recommend hiring a car and utilising public transport to travel to the city. Other Things to NoteWe ask guests to respect our house rules which are pretty basic. We prefer guests to also not eat or drink in the bedroom at anytime (water is fine).

The SpaceWe live in a brand new modern style two storey house, situated 16km north of Brisbane close to the Carseldine train station and have a bus stop within 3 minutes walk. The room is a spacious carpeted bedroom with a queen bed and comfortably fits 2 people. The room has a built in robe, 2 bedside tables, ceiling fan with ducted air conditioning. The bedroom also has beautiful views and guests will have access to our patio and back garden area. The NeighborhoodWe are located in a friendly suburbia neighborhood. There are several parks close by (5 min walk) for kids to play, or for walking or jogging and to enjoy the beautiful day. We are located about 16 km north and about a half-hour drive from the Brisbane CBD. Everything you need is very close. Larger shopping centers within 10min drive are: Carseldine Central, Aspley Hypermarket, Westfield Chermside (best shopping center in Brisbane). These can easily be accessed by both bus and train. Easy access to Sunny Coast, where else would you want to stay. Getting AroundWe are very close to public transport - train (5 min drive) & bus (2 min walk). 3 min walk to Goodlife gym. Easy access (less than 10min drive) to major shopping centers- Carseldine Central, Aspley Hypermarket, Westfield Chermside (best shopping center in Brisbane). The train to the city takes approx 30min. Easy access to Sunshine Coast, where else would you want to stay.

The Space@599 is a newly built unit underneath our 1900's Queenslander. It is modern and a little bit retro with polished concrete floors in the Kitchen/Living room and the Bedroom. The unit is beautifully appointed with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and make this your home away from home. The unit has reverse cycle Air-conditioning for those hot summer days, or cool winter nights. There are also two ceiling fans in the kitchen/living room and another ceiling fan in the bedroom. Rehau uPvc double glazed windows and doors, and extra insulation keep the unit quiet and private. The windows are also fitted with flyscreens to keep out the pesky bugs and mosquitos. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 900mm Smeg oven/Rangehood, LG Fridge and Dishwasher. It also has enough pots, pans, crockery and cutlery so you can create a masterpiece in the kitchen, or alternatively why not make use of your own BBQ on the patio. Inside there is a dining table and chairs to seat 4, or there is an outside setting if you prefer to eat outside. Contained in the unit there is also a private bathroom and toilet. The massive shower is fitted with a hand held wand, or you can stand under the 250mm rain head to help wash away the days exploring. In the bedroom, there is a Queen sized bed fitted with quality linen and a built in robe so that you can unpack while staying with us so you do not feel like you are living out of a suitcase. We can also accommodate up to two children as the couch in the living room can be made into a sofa bed (real inner spring mattress) We also have an additional single bed mattress upstairs which could be setup on the floor if it is needed. The unit has a flat screen Sony Bravia TV. This is connected to the @599 Wireless network via a Roku Telstra TV. You are also welcome to use the Netflix subscription we have, or connect any of your technological gadgets to our wireless network. You are also able to use the Bigpond Movie streaming service that is part of the Telstra TV device, however these would need to be paid for but are not expensive at around $6.00 a movie. Guest AccessAccess to the unit can be either by the front door, or via the French doors at the back of the property. The French doors look out onto the Patio and up into the garden. Please remember to close the gate if coming in the back door as our Beagle does not have a great deal of road sense. You are welcome to use any of the facilities in the unit, or on your patio. If you would like to use the Pizza oven please ask as it does require some experience. Interaction with GuestsDuring your stay with us, please just let us know if there is anything you need, as we will be upstairs. Both of us work during the day, but can be reached via mobile phone if needed. You are more than welcome to come chat with us or join us for a BBQ, or a pizza when the Pizza oven has been fired up, or if you would prefer to enjoy your stay in private that is also no problems. The NeighborhoodLess then 2 kilometers away is Westfield Chermside. This is the largest shopping Centre on the north side of Brisbane. It has many many many many shops, Cinemas, a good food court , and restaurants. Over the road is a Woolworths, Chemist, and Café. There is also the Aspley Hypermarket, about 5 minutes drive for Coles, Kmart, Aldi and some other specialty shops. All the major Take Away's are also available close by. Across the Road is Marchant Park which leads down to 7th Brigade Park. This is a great place to get some fresh air. There are lots of walking paths and a playground for the kids. Getting AroundWe are about 11 kilometres north of Brisbane which is easily accessible via bus or car. There are two bus stops, the 340, and the 335 within a 5 minute walk. There is carparking directly outside our place, or as another option in the Lions carpark located directly over the road. We have two GoCards which can be used on all public transport in Brisbane available for your use. We have $15.00 worth of credit available on each one, and ask that if you use them to please top them back up before you leave. Other Things to NoteLaundry. There is a laundry on premise, which you are more than welcome to use. There is a small clothes line in the laundry, or we do have a clothes-horse in the apartment that you are also welcome to use.

Many different routes stop here to take you to the Chermside shopping centre, the Brisbane CBD AND Southbank.

From the bus interchange it's a short walk to Gympie Rd you will find transport to Chermside Westfield Shopping and Bus Interchange, The Prince Charles Hospital, Holy Spirit Northside hospital as well as Gabba. Buses from the Chermside Bus Interchange can take you to Suncorp Stadium, timetables are available via Translink. A local mini bus operates morning ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) and afternoon((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) for 3 hours Monday to Friday. You are able to walk to the Interchange it would about 25minutes. Park and Ride is also available from Aspley Interchange. Other Things to NoteBreakfast: Self service light breakfast is provided, coffee/tea, toast and spreads.

My house is close to the BNE Airport, Aspley shopping center and Aspley Hypermarket, McDonalds, Dominos Pizza, Medical Centre, public transport with bus stop# 340 into the CBD.. You’ll love my place because of the location, chilled atmosphere and good vibes, green leafy garden, super-fast Wifi, Netflix on the big-screen, Marchant park for walks along the creek.. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers.
