The SpaceCotton House 2 is a beach house right on Cotton Bay on the south coast of Barbados. Three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms with one fourth bedroom without a/c. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the other two with a/c can either be pushed together to form a king size bed for couples, or kept separate as two twins. The fourth bedroom has a double and single bed. The house can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Lots of space inside and out with a yard as well as an electric gate. New to the property is a plunge pool and lower deck. In a family friendly neighborhood walking distance from Cafe Luna and Miami beach. Large deck perfect for lounging and entertaining. Surf break right out back perfect for learning. Five minutes away from Oistens where there are supermarkets, public transportation, and restaurants.

It has a large front garden and 70 ft rear garden, two large balconies and wifi. It really is a deluxe apartment. The guest will has exclusive use of the apartment and gardens There is a local manager for the property to ensure you have a comfortable stay. This is a quiet residential seaside neighbourhood. C'est la vie at *Sea La Vie*! You've spent the day surfing nearby, or at the beach and now it's time to chill! Rinse off in our rain style outdoor shower... and then head to the roof! Or through french doors onto "the front porch", a secure open-air living and dining area- set in the lush garden, which offers an ocean view through the front gates. The living room has cable TV and a "concierge" desk, with a map of all my favorite spots on the island, "Ins & Outs of Barbados" magazine, maps and useful information. There is also a set of dominos, cards, scrabble and backgammon for you to enjoy! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet & cable TV. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed & cable TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Fourth bedroom has a double bed. There is also a single bed mattress, which can moved as needed for youngsters, or young at heart adults. All bedrooms have air conditioning, except 4th bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need; fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, food processor, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There are even some local jams, chutneys and pepper sauces in the fridge for you to sample! We've also just added a propane BBQ, so you can grill up fresh fish from Oistins Fish Market! Washer/dryer in the laundry room and two clothes lines for an authentic "ocean breeze"scent. "Gain" has been trying to bottle it for ages! You will have the entire place to yourself, but don't be shy... you can reach me anytime via telephone or e-mail for questions about the house, tips about the island, or recommendations on car rentals, tours, babysitters or anything else! Lovely well maintained and upscale neighborhood. Safe and family friendly. Miami Beach: 10 minute walk, a calm side that is shallow without waves perfect for small children and infants and a not so calm side for the rest of us. "Mr. Delicious" canteen serves up local flavours: fish cakes, flying fish cutters, rotis, Bajan lemonade, rum punch and Banks Beer. Vendors on site with chairs & umbrellas.     The SpaceThe kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove and kettle, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery. The living area has a TV with a DVD player, cable tv and wi-fi (the owner provides the password). There is no landline, but the owner supplies a cell phone. No facilities to wash clothes. There are fans but no air conditioning. Interaction with GuestsI am not the property manager, so I will have limited interaction with guests. I do meet guests within 24 hours of their arrival. The owner or their representative will meet the guests on arrival and deal with any subsequent issues related to the unit. The NeighborhoodEnterprise is near to Oistins, Christ Church. You can walk to popular surfing spots Freights Bay and South Point. Miami Beach is about a 10 minute walk away. In Oistins is a bank, grocery, restaurants, gas station and other shops.

    The SpaceDriftwood apartment is built of tropical wood called greenheart. It is fully furnished with everything you need for a perfect holiday in Barbados. It fits 2 comfortably but there is also a sofa bed in the living room. It has AC and ceiling fans and a pretty little verandah with great views. Guest AccessPretty apartment owned by an interior designer and a surfing family! Its very close to Freights bay where beginner surfers are taught (voted 1 of the top 5 beginner surfing destinations in the world) and 5 mins walk to Miami beach which is loved by visiting families and Barbadians alike!. Interaction with GuestsWe live in England now but our manager Margaret is a local and has worked in tourism for 30 years - she is font of knowledge and loves making guests feel at home and will help with all enquiries if I cannot! The NeighborhoodEnterprise is an exceptionally pretty area on the South coast of Barbados where you can swim and surf with the turtles in Freights bay or relax on Miami beach which is shaded by Casuarina trees and has a great little bus that sells local food, rum punch and cold drinks - all just a few minutes walk from the house. Oistins is a couple of mins drive, or 10 mins walk along the coast road and has a big supermarket and daily fish market with local bars and great food - with a weekly `fish-fry´ on Fridays, where locals and visitors eat, meet, dance and enjoy true Barbadian hospitality. Getting AroundThe buses on the coast road are just a few mins walk away, the main buses into Bridgetown are about 7 mins walk from the house. Taxi´s from the airport cost about $20US dollars. Hire cars are delivered to the house or you can be met at the airport by the hire car company. There is a private parking space for your hire car at Driftwood. Other Things to NoteWe don´t accept bookings for the apartment for less than 3 nights and unfortunately we don't accept children. The apartment is kept cool with ceiling fans however air conditioning is available for 10$US per day, paid to Margaret the manager. (Note: the apartment is very cool and breezy and the AC is rarely asked for - so you can make up your mind if you need it while you are there.)

    The SpaceThis 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is one of two units which are similar but not identical. Unit 1 has one double bed and two single beds. A fridge, electric stove, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and a tv. Included is a shared washing machine outside of the units. An extra single bed can be put in either unit. There is no landline phone or internet. Very comfortable with basic amenities. There is a small balcony at the front to enjoy the sunset. You can literally jump down the cliff to Freights Bay. There are fans, but no air conditioning. Guest AccessFreights Bay beach is across the road. South Point is a 5/8 minute walk away, and Miami Beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Interaction with GuestsI will meet the guests at least once during their stay. There is a property manager who will be checking them in and is the point of contact afterwards. The NeighborhoodExcellent area if you are into surfing or SUP! You can walk to Freights Bay and South Point. Miami Beach is also within walking distance, and from there you can easily walk to Oistins. Getting AroundThere are infrequent buses. Renting a car is better.

It has polished wooden floors, ceiling fans in every room and a lovely large veranda overlooking the private garden which keeps the house cool on the hottest days.     The Space This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is one of two units which are similar but not identical. Unit 2 has one double bed in each room. A fridge, electric stove, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and a tv. Included is a shared washing machine outside of the units. An extra single bed can be put in either unit. There is no landline phone or internet. Very comfortable, the view from Unit 2 is lovely You can literally jump down the cliff to Freights Bay. There are fans, but no air conditioning. A 32 inch Sony TV is wall mounted for your viewing pleasure, and there is accessible wifi. The unit boasts lovely breezes, and also has a ceiling fan. There is a quaint eating area inside, and also an al fresco dining area outside. The ever popular Miami Beach (or Enterprise Beach) is about a ten minute walk away, and Oistins with all of its amenities is a further five minutes away. You can access Freights Bay to surf or swim by a staircase across the road, and the other popular surfing spot known as South Point is not far. Interaction with GuestsI am not the property manager, so I will have limited interaction with guests. I do meet guests within 24 hours of their arrival. The owner or their representative will meet the guests on arrival and deal with any subsequent issues related to the unit. Coral Cove Cottage is a comfortable one bedroom cottage with it's own private entrance, tucked away on a quiet residential gap off Enterprise Coast Road. A five minute stroll brings you to beautiful Miami Beach, where you can swim in crystal clear water and have lunch from Mr. Delicious food truck under the shade of the Casuarina trees. The cottage has beach towels and folding chairs provided for guests. In the evening, a ten minute walk takes you to the Oistins Fish Fry in the fishing village of Oistins. Enjoy a grilled fish dinner, and wash it down with a cool Banks beer! Also in Oistins you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank, laundromat and many other small shops and restaurants. The apartment sleeps a maximum of two people on a queen bed, and is fully furnished with linens and towels. The bedroom has an optional A/C unit, but cool Caribbean breezes keep it at a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius most of the year. The cottage windows have insect screens installed. We offer a "meet&greet;" service, which includes pick-up from and to the airport and an information meeting in which all tours, adventures and entertainment packages will be explained.
