Because of the 2 mbr and the extra bathroom, the house can host more then one family, very comfortably. Guest AccessThe whole house is accessible for the guests except some of the closets that will remain private. Interaction with GuestsAs much as needed.
We will be happy to assist with any kind of information, including recommendation for the best restaurants, tourist attractions, beaches, swimming pools, museums, and cultural events that are going on at the time of your arrival.
We will be available to assist you with any problem that you might have... hope not to be needed. The NeighborhoodGiv'at Ada, is a small agricultural village, and as such it is very "green"' and surrounded by lots of groves, fields and nature reserve. The area we live in is often referred as "The Israeli Tuscany". All though it's small, there is still quite a lot things to do in a walking distance from our house. There is a public swimming pool, 3 small playgrounds, a free to use tennis, basket ball and football court (with a wonderful view), a skates court, a homely small hall that has fine movies and chamber classical music concerts 1-2 times a week , wineries, and many many magnificent trails for walking and bicycling right outside of our house. There are also 2 small supermarkets, a 24/7 openly coffee house and a bakery, a small grocery store that is also open 24/7, a post office, a cash machine, pharmacy and more. Getting AroundGiv'at ada is quite accessible (close to rodes 6, 4, and 2 (the beach rode) - so it's actually fast and easy to get anywhere.
In addition, we live 5 min. away from the railway station (In Binyamina), which takes you in 30 min. to the center of Tel Aviv (So, if you plan on visiting Tel Aviv, we advise you to go by train).
There is public transportation, but it's frequency is not very high (you can use the application "moveit" to get around easily in Israel), and there is a private taxi driver in Giv'at Ada, called Vlademir ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)).
We live 10 min. away from the beautiful old city of Caesarea and It's magnificent beaches, 15 min. from Zichron Yaakov - which has an old, charming pedestrian mall with shops and restaurant, and other tourist attractions as well. There are many things to do in our charming area...see our guidebook for more. Other Things to NoteThere is no gate for the stairs, so families with young kids should be cautious about it.
More kids and baby's equipment like high chair or crib or extra beds, can be supplies on request (there is plenty of room for it).
Private car is very much recommended in this area
The swishing pool has no life gourd, and the responsibility for the safety of the guest who uses the pool is on their behalf only. We suggest that guests that don't swim won't use the pool + parents should look very carefully after their kids while they are in the pool.
