The SpaceThis is definitely not a Bed & Breakfast! 'Zahra' is a self contained cabin/studio where you will have your own personal space with kitchen/dining, lounge area, separate bathroom and small courtyard complete with bbq. The lounge area includes a TV and dvd player as well as a selection of dvds, books and board games. Guest AccessAccess is from Willoughby Road (around the corner from Aspen Avenue). Double colourbond gates (between the shrubs) lead to the off-street parking and cabin. Access into the cabin is via a keylock located under the verandah. A code will be provided prior to your visit. Interaction with GuestsThe cabin is completely separate. All contact will be via email or phone. The Neighborhood'Zahra' is central to all the great spots on the Central Coast, including beaches, golf course and restaurants. The best place to get supplies is the local IGA at Erina Heights (375 The Entrance Road heading towards Gosford). There is also a bottle shop, chemist and fruit shop at this site: (URL HIDDEN) For basics (milk, bread and papers) and a great coffee try "The Little Shop" on Terrigal Drive just near the end of Willoughby Road. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop just around the corner providing access to Terrigal Beach, Erina Fair Shopping Centre and Gosford. Other Things to NoteThe switch for the outside light (with sensor) is located in the bathroom beside the bathroom light switch. Please leave this ON at all times.

The SpaceLovely room for 2, we can also accommodate an extra person in the loft study room (if it is available - please check with us first) with a comfy double sofa bed. The loft is only suitable for adults. The house is a unique hand built cedar and mud brick house in Avoca's residential bush setting. It is going through a slow restoration process, so may not always be available. We have lots of bird life to enjoy from the lovely sunny deck. Relax on the deck with water, bird and bush views or have a cuppa in the our perfumers herb garden. It's a nice walk to the surf beach, shopping village, local restaurants, cafes, and Avoca Beach theatre. We operate an onsite natural perfumery with hand-made organic and bespoke perfumes, skin and body care products. Facials and Massages can also be booked in the special treatment healing room, located in the perfumery. Avoca Beach is a popular, quiet coastal holiday village with great local shops, amenities, cafes, patisserie, theatre, tennis courts, post office. Great Scuba Diving from Terrigal, Surfing, beach walks, plus a great area for bush walking with beautiful coastal scenery. We offer a nice place to relax and hang out or hang your coat to go out and explore. Just 90 min drive or train from Sydney, and 90 min drive or train from Newcastle You have access to a great library, wireless Internet access, local calls Public transport is available from Sydney and locally. We can pick up from the station if you have no car, with prior arrangement Pick up at Woy Woy or Gosford Railway Station (fee charged) Help yourself to use of kitchen, to prepare your meals. Herbal Teas, Tea, fresh Coffee or a light breakfast (baked goods or toast, spreads, fruit and muesli) usually available in the mornings, complimentary. Cooked breakfast and meals if required can be prepared for you for an additional fee per person. There are many great cafes and eateries close by. We are great hosts, and have a pet cat, Pecan. The SpaceEaster Min 4 night bookings. Other times we are happy to discuss. Long weekends min 3 nights. You will have the whole house to yourselves, only a few hundred meters to beach, shops, restaurants and cafe's, just a fabulous location, and then on the 4th Sunday of each month (except December being 1st Sunday) you can also stroll down to the end of the street to the Avoca Beach markets, all so surprisingly close, so convenient, especially after a few drinks at the local restaurants, and no steep hills to climb. On Sunday mornings (or any other day except Mondays) its always a nice idea to walk almost across the road to Ludo's and buy some fresh bread from the local bakery / coffee shop. This cottage is set well back and amongst the cool shade of trees, with Kookaburra's and Lorikeets often waiting to be fed from the rear deck that caters for 10 seated, BBQ and cane outdoor lounge to relax, read a book or glance at the lake, also overlooks the sun-drenched lawn where kids can play. Added pizza oven located downstairs for something different. Lounge room now has a slow combustion wood fireplace installed, great for cosy winter nights. Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one bedroom down stairs which is great for the kids as it has both internal and external access. Master bedroom has its own en-suite, then there is a renovated main bathroom on the main level with the 3rd combined with laundry on the lower level. Access- keys There are no front door or back door keys to loose, or give to the kids. To enter, just hold the back of hand over the black lock screen, lock will light up, then press door security code xxxx then press padlock symbol bottom RHS, then turn handle. Owner can be contacted and available on weekends and after hours in case of emergencies The NeighborhoodBefore the owners bought this home they looked at neighborhood suburbs like Terrigal, North Avoca and Copacabana. Terrigal was just too busy with tourists, both North Avoca and Copacabana were too quite with basically one eatery, where as Avoca is just right, being in between both, having quintessence and a variety of restaurants, old fashion cinema and a surf club. The majority of holiday places opposite the beach in Avoca are home units, then houses are often up a steep hill, which may not be what you want after a day at the beach, then to be hot and sweaty by the time you climb the hill, same after a nice dinner at one of the many restaurants, the owners wanted something quiet but walking distance to shops and beach, then they found this home, and they love it. On the 4th Sunday of each month (except December being the 1st) Avoca Beach Markets come alive, the street is often parked out, as the home is so close. There is loads of parking on the driveway for you and your friends. Getting AroundJust park your car here and walk everywhere, very short stroll to beach and shops, no need for a car. Bus stop almost out the front of the house if needed or you wish to go for an excursion. Taxi's are available Some of the local clubs, Avoca Beach Bowling club and Avoca Beach Hotel have free pick up and they will drop you back to home with their courtesy bus service. The SpaceAlthough the room is not large it is cosy, furnished with a very comfortable queen bed, quality linen and towels. The shared bathroom has been newly renovated and we are mindful of our guests privacy. You are most welcome to do any washing or drying during your stay. Step out through your own French doors onto a private deck where you can relax, read a book, enjoy your breakfast , (weather permitting) You have your own TV/DVD player in your room. And we will share our WiFi with you. The lounge room is not a part of the Treetop Hideaway but we love it when our guests wish to use this space with or without us. We will provide a continental breakfast especially for you. Guest AccessYou will need to park on the street in front of The Treetop Hideaway and then be agile enough to manage a long flight of stairs to the front door. During your stay you are most welcome to access your room through the French doors from your own private deck. Interaction with GuestsWe are more than happy to provide you with travel pointers for the area if required. Our home is a quiet home and you are most welcome to come and go as you please, with as little or as much involvement with us as you need. We are available if required, and if not, you will thoroughly enjoy your own space in our home. The NeighborhoodWe love our friendly neighbourhood and watch out for each other and also respect each other's privacy. We are only a short drive to the buzzing beachside suburb of Terrigal. Where you will find many gourmet eating options, from rustic bakeries to fine dining restaurants. Terrigal also offers a great patrolled beach which is perfect for families and is only just across the road from the boutique shopping that is always popular. Even though we are not far at all from the trendy town centre of Terrigal - it is worth mentioning that the walk there is much more pleasant than the walk back home, where you would need to walk up a couple of steep hills. So we recommend you drive there and then enjoy walking around the buzzing town centre. Getting AroundThere are no buses that come within a reasonable walking distance of The Treetop Hideaway, so your stay with us would be enhanced manyfold if you have your own transport. Gosford Train Station is 11km from Terrigal, a taxi costs between $25.00 to $30.00 The Treetop Hideaway is situated 800 metres from the beach and you may choose to walk or drive. Please note, the return trip is rather steep and would require a reasonable level of fitness if you choose to walk. Other Things to NotePlease note that The Treetop Hideaway is a smoke free property. It is not suitable for wheelchairs as the only access is via a set of stairs.

    The SpaceQuiet, beachfront apartment. Large main bedroom which opens onto an equally impressive deck, directly across from Avoca beach. A second bedroom also but it's not a huge room. The place accommodates two really but fours OK. The apartment is open, airy and has summer storms for entertainment and Whales running up the coast in Winter. Coffee shops beneath, a quiet beach town, a sensible spot for recharging. Kayaks and surfboards are there if you want to use them. Please note I'm not looking to let the place out to just anyone. Appreciate the space for the beauty that it has. It's not the pub. All the entertainment is straight out the front. Haven't any WiFi but there's a tennis court, a lake and plenty of hands on stuff to get amongst. Historic Avoca cinema down the street. Coffees great downstairs. Receptions good for smartphones etc as well. Guest AccessWill organize with you keys. Interaction with GuestsSuper important to me to be mindful of the block . There are neighbors. Play the guitar, ride the kayaks , surfboards, write, read, paint, cook, enjoy but please be responsible peeps ...     The SpaceThe Nest is the perfect spot for a winter get-away close to sydney. With heating, electric blankets, fluffy blankets and full winter sun you are sure to be warm and cosy. Our space is a self contained studio that is part of our two storey pole home. When I first arrived in Australia 19 years ago I loved the experience of being in a house built on stilts … and being up in the trees at the same level as the birds. It was so different than being at ground level. A real close to nature experience. The views across the valley to the mountain are beautiful whatever the weather. And winter is a great time to explore some spectacular bushwalking tracks. We're also very close to some great spots for whale watching so just ask us for tips when the whales head North. Being artists we have also enjoyed decorating the space with our own pieces of art. Guest AccessThe guest space is fully self contained with own access via our shared driveway. Driveway is sloping and then a series of steps. (see photo section). Parking is on street and there is normally plenty of space. Interaction with GuestsOur intention is to provide a peaceful, private space where you can get away from it all but also be available to help you if you need information on places to eat, experiences to have, places to go etc when you want to venture out. We both work freelance so our schedules are varied but we will be contactable by phone if we are not at home. The NeighborhoodOur suburb is very peaceful and we love that we have the best of both worlds. We are 3 min drive to two beaches AND we are up amidst the birds and trees with a view of a beautiful mountain. When Avoca is busy with their vibrant market we can choose to join in or head the other way and avoid the crowds. We're also very close to Bouddi National Park and Kincumber mountain, the one you can see from your deck. Bouddhi has beautiful walks with ocean views and Kincumber mountain walks have views of Brisbane water and is only 5 mins drive away. Getting AroundYou will need a car to get to all the beautiful spots on the Central Coast and make the most of your holiday time. Sydney is only 1.5hrs drive or 1hr by Train. Gosford and Woy Woy train stations are 20min drive away. Bus service from Gosford station is available. Other Things to NoteEarlier check-in and later check out may be possible depending on bookings.     The SpaceA family home with lots of space for parents and kids, with comfortable beds and furnishings, all the home appliances you need (coffee machine, jaffle maker, food processor etc), wifi, foxtel etc and a quick walk to the beach or shops. Fantastic outlook between the trees to the lagoon with an abundance of bird life We also have chickens that will provide you with fresh eggs every day (but you will be asked to feed and water them!) Guest AccessNo access to garage. The house is designed over multi levels and is not suitable for wheelchair access as there are stairs between bedrooms/bathrooms and living areas. The NeighborhoodAvoca beach is a beautiful boutique coastal village with a fantastic beach. The rockpool area is fantastic for younger children whilst the main beach is well suited for swimmers and surfers. Our house backs onto the lagoon (bring a canoe or kayak!),and is a really easy 5 minute flat walk (which is unusual as Avoca is quite hilly) into the village to a variety of great restaurants, cafes and shops .Avoca beachside markets occur on the 4th Sunday of the month. Visit the quaint Avoca beach Historic Theatre which shows new release movies, has special cultural nights and concerts. Erina Fair is only a 15 minute drive away if you prefer the Hoyts multiplex, ice skating, and great shopping with Myer etc... There are so many beautiful spots near Avoca you'll be spoilt for choice for things to do or places to visit. We would like you to experience a beautiful coastal getaway and enjoy all the conveniences of a family home. Sydney is only 70 mins South and the Hunter Valley is 90 minutes North - both easy day trips from Avoca. Getting AroundPublic buses leave Avoca for Erina and Gosford at regular intervals. A train line services Gosford for access to/from Sydney or Newcastle. There is parking for 2/3 cars at the property. Other Things to NoteThere is parking available for 2-3 cars (2 on driveway and 1 on front grass- the garage is not available as it will be used for storage. A linen package can be negotiated. The house is for rental by families or couples only, no single sex groups.

    The SpaceOur 3-bedroom house is simple but the stunning geographical surrounds of the Central Coast are truly world class. There is a huge yard & trampoline, the local beach has an excellent rock-pool for kids, and the pace of life is positively relaxing. This house comes with a friendly cat called Lentil - kids love him! Please note this is our family home & lived in daily. It's clean but maybe you'll find we missed a web in the corner, some crumbs fell in the drawer, we missed a spot. Such is the joy of AirBnb I say, but maybe it's not your style! Please be aware of this as I hate people to be disappointed. You are welcome to use our belongings. There are books to read, toys for the kids, a BBQ, DVDs and wireless internet. The house is air-conditioned. The surf-club patrolled beach is 15 minute walk (slightly hilly though, not ideal for small kids), or a 2 minute drive. Fish & chips on the beach at sunset, or a cocktail at Mojito Joe's. We'll happily give you some recommendations for things to do if desired! We're 90 mins north of Sydney which is perfect for day trips. The train trip is also beautiful as it winds along the Hawkesbury River and takes just over an hour, if you prefer to avoid traffic and take public transport to the city.     The SpaceWelcome to Terrigal Beach House. Our house is a classic beach house full of character. It boasts great ocean views and is only 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is a 5 bedroom house 2 Queen beds and 6 singles. The house is open plan and has a dining room, lounge room, Kitchen, Verandah so there is plenty of space for the family or different groups to escape. There are 2 bathrooms. The house gets plenty of sun so its very enjoyable to relax over ocean views. There is a car park for 4 cars. t's hard to find a better location right in front of one of the best beaches in the world! Take a morning walk on Terrigal Beach as the sun rises just across the road. Discover rockpools on the rocks at the Haven. Hire out a paddle boat or kayak at the Lagoon or have a romantic evening stroll along the beach ending with a BBQ and dinner on our balcony overlooking the beautiful Terrigal Beach!

The interiors of Bazza’s Place were designed to evoke the classic Australian beach houses of the 1960s without forgoing the modern comforts today's discerning holidaymakers have come to expect. With an eclectic mix of vintage and new furnishings, original photography, art, anime, movie posters and surf memorabilia, the split-level lounge room has down-filled three seater and two seater sofas, a large coffee table (perfect for board games), entertainment console, a small desk and a comfy leather reading chair. Fully renovated in 2011, Bazza’s Place also offers a fully-equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, modern bathroom, three flat screen televisions (including one outdoors), Wi-Fi, air-con, ceiling fans, gas heating, instant (and endless) hot water, heated towel racks, washer & dryer, alarm system, DVD/Blu-Ray players and library, and an iPod docking stereo system. During the winter months between late May and early August, the Humpback Whale can sometimes be seen migrating to the warmer waters of the Central Coast region off the Three Points. The whales often come quite close to the coastline due to the northerly currents at this time of year. Getting AroundThe bus stop is at the end of the driveway... it couldn't be more convenient. The 66C goes to Avoca Beach, Erina Fair and to Gosford train station.

    The SpaceOur Garden Studio is welcoming and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Our place is also a wildlife corridor where during the day you will see a selection of different Birds; e.g. King Parrots, Rosellas, Cockatoos, Magpies and other assorted birds which have lived in our garden for generations, as well as Brushtail and Ringtail Possums. Gosford has a Train Line which you can go South to Sydney/ Airport or North to Newcastle/Airport. If necessary private pick-up can be arranged from local train station. Lifeguards patrol all summer and a large rock pool is set just below the Avoca Beach Surf Club allowing families with small children to safely enjoy the ocean. Avoca Lake is found half way along the beach. The lake is a popular spot for canoes, paddleboats, aqua bikes, and windsurfers. Heazlett Park, beside the lake, is an excellent picnic spot. The beach can also be enjoyed during winter. Locals often take long relaxing walks along the waters edge, followed by a fish and chip meal or a cappuccino in a local cafe. The house also has a study where a double bed can be set up if additional bedding is required. Set yourself up on some rugs in the large backyard that is beautifully planted out to offer privacy and some shade. Our block is within walking distance to two beaches, Forresters Beach which offers a range of great surfing breaks and Spoon Bay which is great for swimming and families.     The SpaceSpacious architect-designed family-friendly home situated 300 metres to North Avoca beach and rock pools. Enjoy stunning panoramic views. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Cosy up around the wood fire burner during the cooler months (wood provided) or during summer head down to rockpools and one of the best surf beaches on the coast (and without the crowds of many of the other beaches!) Air conditioning has been installed to assist you to cool down on those hot days. North Avoca is a quiet beach side community situated only a few minutes drive from Terrigal's restaurants and cafe's, and a lovely walk along the beach to the Avoca Beach Picture Theatre and restaurants. Our light-filled open plan (and well-equipped) kitchen, living and dining room flows on to an expansive entertaining deck and overlooks a large backyard with a trampoline (fully enclosed, springless) and space for a little game of soccer. Over 1800sqm block of land. We have an organic vegetable garden and will provide a map with information on what is ready for picking. We also have a large aquarium (2.3 metres long) and kids can feed the fish if you wish. The four bedrooms are upstairs whilst downstairs is the living area (which includes a dedicated play room stocked with many toys, board games and a Netflix HD TV, DVD player). A spacious bath in the main bathroom. Bedroom one has a queen bed, ensuite, TV (with Netflix) and DVD/CD player, with a private timber deck looking on to bush. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a timber deck with panoramic views looking out to North Avoca beach Bedroom three has a double bed with single bunk above (and a pull-out double bed underneath) Bedroom four has a double bed with single bunk above (and a pull-out bed underneath) Off street parking for four cars. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. Compulsory cleaning levy of $200 per stay. Linen can be supplied for an additional fee. If you would like for it to be supplied, but beds not made (it would be then up to you to make them) the cost is $15 per bed per stay. If you would like the beds made then the cost is $30 per bed per stay. This to recoup the costs charged by our cleaners. During January the only dates the house is available are from Saturday 14th until Friday 20th. However, if you are checking in on the 14th January we may not be able to provide linen due to our cleaner being somewhat time poor on that day. North Avoca is a quiet community. We have great relationships with our neighbours who are very friendly. No pets and no parties (hens, footy or bucks weekends). Guest AccessFull use of house except study and garage. The NeighborhoodNorth Avoca is a friendly beach side suburb with a good sense of community. Many (including my husband) think it is the best surf beach on the Central Coast (without the crowds of Sydney). There are beautiful rock pools to explore and it is close (a few minutes drive) to cosmopolitan Terrigal and a beach walk to Avoca beach and all of its cafes. There is a ship wreck dive available a few minutes drive (plus a short boat trip) away (ex-HMAS Adelaide). It is only an hour north of Sydney. There is a large shopping centre nearby , which often has activities in school holidays (approximately 10 minutes drive). Getting AroundPublic transport is challenging in this area. Really only appropriate if you have a car Other Things to NoteKayaks and stand-up paddle boards may be available for use. The red (sit-in) kayak may only be used on the lagoon. It is not safe for open water use. Unless exceptional circumstances we will only let to families with children and people over 40 years of age. We will only give the keys over to families and mature adults (40+). Please do not use the instant book feature to book unless you are a family. We have had to cancel instant bookings from groups of adults and, whilst you will get a full refund from airbnb, I have been told by a person who made such a booking that it took quite a few days to get their money back. For those interested in having bucks parties or large groups of adults, with no children: We will evict you immediately, with no refund given (as per Airbnb policy). This is due to our having been lied to in the past. The last time this happened the house was booked for a man, his 7 month pregnant wife, and three other couples. Turned out to be at least 15 men and a bucks party. Whilst three separate groups of neighbours informed us that it was a large group of men, we decided to allow them to stay and were reassured by them that they would be quiet and no damage would be done to the house. We arrived home to find a whole window frame (not just the glass!) missing, our $1800 trampoline broken, blood on walls and broken glass in the house, on the deck, in outdoor furniture, and in our backyard etc. Our fishtank developed a serious algae issue and we found a bucket with urine in it on an upstairs deck (despite there being three toilets, one of which was next door to the attached bedroom). Noise was made until 3am and women wearing only g-strings were apparently running around our backyard. My locked underwear drawer had been opened (there are 10 empty drawers in the master bedroom alone for guest use). Both of my children had cuts on their feet from missed broken glass. We found a small plastic bag with a powdery substance in it, hidden underneath our outside cushions (which our kids love to use for making hide-outs). We will never make that mistake again. As mentioned above, we will evict immediately and call the police if necessary. This is our family home. Whilst we lock away all of our clothes, photos and personal belongings when people stay, please do not forget that it is the place in which we are raising our children. The fact that it is our home is great for families wishing to stay, as it means it is very well equipped, with many toys etc. Also, we now have 2 kittens in our fully fenced (obviously outside) vegetable garden. They cannot escape from this area and are not allowed in the house (I am allergic!) Unless you wish to be responsible for feeding them, we will arrange for a neighbour to do this.

    The SpaceTerrigal is centrally located on the Central Coast - only 5 minutes’ drive to beaches, restaurants, cinema - Erina Fair, Terrigal or North Avoca. Only 15-20 minutes drive to/from the M1 Motorway to Sydney and Newcastle. Bus stops are within a 5 minute walk. The fully renovated air conditioned villa has landscaped garden courtyard and is located in a quiet, sunny, cul-de-sac. It is comfortably appointed and has polished bamboo flooring in the main traffic and living areas and newly carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen is a chef's delight, providing all modern equipment and conveniences. The guest bedroom is light and airy and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers and has a built in wardrobe with mirror door. There is digital TV and Internet access. You have your own freshly renovated bathroom with full-sized shower and separate bath. Toilet is separate. If I am available I am more than happy to assist with transport to/ from the Gosford train station which is only a short drive, for a small fee of $20 return. I can also assist with guiding you to our iconic Avoca Picture Theatre, or the quirky Cinema Paradiso at Ettalong, or to the many restaurants and cafes and beaches and bushwalks that are within easy reach. There is a bus stop within 25 metres, which can provide transport to the beach or the local Erina Fair shopping centre, or into Gosford. It is about a half hour walk to the beach if you prefer some exercise. Other Things to NoteI don't provide a breakfast as everyone's preferences are so different, but I'm happy to share tea and coffee and have coconut, almond or soy milk available.

(Paula and I live on the upper floor of the building). There is a private backyard where you can relax. There is a conveniently located BBQ area next to the kitchen area. Your accommodation is the entire front part of the house and has a SEPARATE ENTRY. It is a PRIVATE space made up of a master bedroom with queen size bed, an ensuite and a LARGE LIVING AREA with TV/dvd, lounge, table, tea/coffee making facilities and books/games. A simple continental BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. There are also plenty of fabulous cafes and restaurants nearby to enjoy. A sofa bed can be made up in the living room for 2 people wishing to sleep separately or for an accompanying small child. Please let us know if you you wish to utilise the sofa bed. An extra $10 fee (per stay) will apply for the additional linen. The location is a quiet suburban area less than 3kms from Terrigal Beach. Terrigal is a lovely SEASIDE AREA and a popular holiday location for couples and families. It has a stunning beach, a great choice of RESTAURANTS and CAFES and plenty of pretty picnic spots. We will be glad to give you some local tips. Other ACTIVITIES NEARBY are: shopping, swimming, surfing, bush walking, scuba diving, tennis, boating, ice skating and movie theatres. Apartment has bathroom, air conditioner, free WiFi, Flat screen TV with DVD player, and stereo. The apartment is furnished in a retro feel which is decorated with celebrity photos taken by David Marshall, (your host) who is a well respected and highly awarded twice AIPP NSW photographer of the year, and Australian Illustrative photographer of the year. Guest AccessOur guests have access to a large, North East facing undercover deck with a fenced and grassed yard with it's own entry gate, opening from the lounge. The deck opens out from the lounge and is private and an additional area to relax and take in the tranquil valley views. A small barbeque is also located on the deck. Interaction with GuestsGuests will have complete privacy, although we are not far away to provide any assistance. Please note: Java, our beautiful, chocolate brown, Burmese cat occasionally visits the apartment when invited. Our place is also a wildlife corridor where during the day you will see a selection of different Birds; e.g. King Parrots, Kookaburras, Rosellas and Lorikeets. We love our beautiful natural environment that is close to excellent beaches, waterways, national parks and wildlife. It is truly a very special part of the world to be shared by many.v Se Getting AroundThere is a ferry service operating from Wagstaffe to Palm Beach hourly, and also a public bus that goes to Erina shopping centre and Gosford operating approximately half hourly. Trains run from Gosford and Woy Woy stations regularly to Sydney CBD. Other Things to NoteA portacot can also be provided on request. Another sofa bed is also in living area that also has a double innerspring mattress, as alternative sleeping arrangement. This house captures the sea breeze and has a front court yard with a water feature and a large out door setting , and a covered rear deck with barbeque. Casa Mia is not well suited for boys groups,bucks parties, loud party weekends or schoolies. The main living area is very large and if teenagers /kids want to do their own thing they can have their own tv and living areas separate to the adults. Great for that weekend escape or for a fantastic summer holiday. Perfect for that family getaway as we are only 500 meters to the beautiful Terrigal beach with its family friendly beaches, cafes and restaurants. 4 bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has 3 singles. The house also has foxtel and foxtel sports. There is an abundance of outdoor as well as indoor living space so you can stay with the extended family without getting in each others way. Avoca Beach is a major Central Coast holiday and surfing area. It's situated among beautiful residential coastline of wooded hills, beaches and lakes. Situated only 90 minutes from Sydney's CBD, Avoca Beach is located half way between Sydney and Newcastle. Avoca features rocky headlands at each end of a long, golden beach. Popular as a holiday destination, especially for families, it has a vibrant surf culture and a relaxed and friendly ambience. There are lots of things to do, including fishing, beach walking, bike riding, paddle boarding, kayaking, exploring the nearby parks and headlands, take the kids to the wonderful rock pool or simply relaxing in a quiet place. The long stretch of beach is perfect for both novice and experienced surfers, and it's also ideal for recreational swimming. Feeling adventurous? Why not take a surfing class at the Central Coast Surf School or dive down to the site of the Ex-HMAS Adelaide, a former Australian warship that was deliberately sunk to create an artificial reef. Next to the beach you'll find historical Avoca Beach Picture Theatre, cosmopolitan restaurants and shopping, while behind the beach lies tranquil Avoca Lake.
