The apartment is a new addition to the home. It is a large private room with hardwood floors, TV and private full bathroom. Avon Massachusetts is small residential town 30 minutes from Boston and Logan airport. There is no subway or buses. Rental car is recommended. Easy access to route 24.

The SpaceSunny, charming and cozy home like environment. A family of 10 can fit comfortably in our home. Three floors of living space. First floor has all the common areas including a half bath. Second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The attic includes a family room and office space as well as sleeping quarters. Guest AccessGuest will have access to all house amenities; kitchen, laundry, internet access. Library is located across the street (discounted tickets are available for museums, aquarium and zoo) Interaction with GuestsWe will be available as needed by phone/text or email. The NeighborhoodStoughton is a suburb 10 miles South of Boston. Voted as one of the best 100 towns in U.S. to raise a family. Our street is walking distance to downtown. We love that Stoughton is a friendly and diverse community. It is represented by the variety of the many restaurants and cafes in town. We share many family friendly places such as parks with picnic areas and Ames Pond. Getting AroundWe are located 5 minutes walk from the commuter train station to Boston. The BAT bus line runs through town to provide easy access to nearby towns and shopping areas. Enterprise and Hertz Car Rental are located in town. You can park up to four cars in our driveway. Easily accessible from and to the airport by train. Easy access to town from US 93, US 95/128 and Rt. 24. Amtrak 128/Westwood Station near by. Other Things to NoteMany other entertainment available such as local and near by golf courses, IKEA, shopping malls, movie theaters, amusement parks and Gillette Stadium at Patriots place. Close to Stonehill College. Centrally located in the So. Shore for easy trips to the beach, Cape Cod, Providence and Newport R.I. and even to visit New Hampshire and Maine.

The SpaceBuilt in the 1920s, this quaint and modern 2-story, single-family New England home has an enclosed front porch, rear deck, 2-car garage, and fenced backyard. The Airbnb space includes the entire 2nd floor: living room with a 55" flat-screen TV, microwave, and fridge (no other cooking facilities available); 2 bedrooms with desks for computer work, and a full bathroom. Brockton is also known for its lush parks and playgrounds, including the 756-acre D.W. Field Park. Its ponds, native trees, and wildlife are complemented by bike trails, jogging paths, and D.W. Field’s 18-hole, 70-par public golf course. Getting AroundLocated on the north side of Brockton abutting the town of Avon, this working-class neighborhood is a 10 minute walk to convenience stores and shops, including Stop and Shop, Walgreens, Walmart, McDonald's, Dairy Queen, KFC, and other fast-food establishments.
