The SpaceVery clean and quiet in a very safe complex. The washers and dryers are located directly below the apartment so it is like walking to your basement. No barking dogs etc. There is plenty of hot water and the heating system works very well. I have Apple TV with Netflix for entertainment. Guest AccessEasy access to Manchester Road, 270, 64, and 141. Interaction with GuestsI understand the importance of references and honesty in the listing process. I am a long time user of Airbnb and have plenty of references available. I provide plenty of privacy. In return I expect my guests to be responsible and to have good references. This is not the right apartment if you plan to party. I own a store at the local mall where the keys can be picked up as I spend a great deal of time in Europe. The NeighborhoodQuiet. A 24 hour Walgreens is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Getting AroundNice and seemingly safe. It's a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. The neighbor owns a taxi service and is available. Other Things to NoteEverything is very clean. It's not perfect but my standards are high.

The SpaceThis rental is for the ENTIRE COTTAGE! Adorable 2 story, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom homes is not only unique, but includes all the comforts of a hotel but with the privacy of your own entire home. Perfect for 1-2 people, but possible to accommodate more depending on the situation. Main floor: Kitchen + futon couch that turns into a full-size bed. Upstairs: Queen bed (with a pillow top mattress cover) and full bathroom. The cottage is located on a residential street in a wooded area right outside Castlewood State Park. It is located on a private street on 3 lots so you'll have a lot of privacy but you're not far from others. It's fully updated with A/C and and heat (all electric). Includes all furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, all utilities, linens and towels. It's walking distance to Castlewood State Park, which has walking and biking paths, playgrounds, picnic/BBQ areas, and even a beach along the Meramac River (which you can walk, bike or drive to in minutes). The house grounds are very private with neighbors on the street below. Includes a paved front yard patio on one side, perfect for relaxing and nature watching, and a small fire pit and bench on the other side. The upstairs has a queen sized bed, two closets and a large bathroom with a full size tub and shower, sink and toilet, and ample storage. Please note that there isn't a TV, but we do have high-speed internet service, perfect for Netflix, Hulu, etc. The windows are double-paned with a screen in between, allowing you to open them up to get the fresh air and hear the birds day and night. Heat: base-floor heating Air conditioning: Two window units (one upstairs and one downstairs). It's very comfortable throughout the year, on all seasons. The rock foundation of the home keeps the house (at least the main floor) fairly cool naturally. There is also a ceiling fan upstairs for additional air circulation. It is truly unique and different--you feel like you live far away from civilization although you're only a minute away from everything, including outlet shopping, stores, parks and restaurants only a few minutes away. There are area rugs throughout the cottage. The windows are double-paned with a screen between them. Because it's located in the woods, there is going to be natural exposure to bugs. The dwelling is routinely exterminated so dead bugs are to be expected. (Not this listing) There is a private entrance into the Guest Wing of the home from the exterior. This listing is for the "Olivia" Room, which has a small private full bath, which includes a bathtub and shower. There is a high quality pillow top Queen Bed adorned with luxury bedding, a smaller sized walk in closet with and plenty of closet and drawer space. You have shared access to a sitting room that is complete with a large screen TV and overlooks the Japanese Gardens complete with waterfall and Koi Pond. Clean fresh sheets and towels are provided, beds and room clean upon arrival. from 6 to 7:30 to your tastes. There is a flat screen Cable TV in a shared living area. We have an eight stall heated stable, mirrored dressage regulation size riding arena and trails. We often have guests who are coming to Washington University, Barnes Jewish Medical Centers, for treatment or surgery, or professionals of all professions, who are visiting for various reasons, and to whom privacy, peace and quiet are important. Getting AroundWe are one mile from the main expressway which will take you anywhere you want to go, including, Barnes Jewish Hospital, Missouri Botanical Gardens, Art, History, & Science Museums, downtown St. Louis, the airports, and shopping. We are approximately 20 miles from the Arch downtown. There are wonderful restaurants within 1 mile, ample shopping, movies and night time entertainment, as well. Other Things to NoteThere are indoor cats and a dog in and around the home. There are horses in the stables, as well as working feral kitties. The pool is typically open from June through September. The pool was converted to a 'Hybrid-Natural' Pool with waterfall. This means that the pool uses a combination of 'nature' and chemicals to keep it clean. However, it does not 'look' like a typical hotel pool, it looks more like a 'natural swimming pond'. Your private bathroom is well appointed with any essentials you may need. There is a breakfast area with a Nespresso machine, electric tea kettle, toaster, plenty of snacks, fresh fruit, cream and milk for coffee, OJ and water. Small refrigerator and microwave is available only for your use. You are welcome to browse our book shelf, there is a yoga mat and a roller if you want to stretch a bit. Living room has TV, DVD player and a Wii console. Chromecast is connected to the TV which allows you to wirelessly stream all kinds of content as throughout the house from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop The suite is not suitable for toddlers and preschool children. Guest AccessA large yard surrounds the house with a vegetable/flower garden that you are welcome to enjoy. The suite occupies lower level of the house and has it’s own separate entrance. There is a place to sit outside on the lower level patio. You can park on the spacious blacktop by our garage from where you can enter the suite. The NeighborhoodConveniently located in Chesterfield, a western suburb of St. Louis, you'll be a short drive away from Logan, Maryville & MOBAP ,St. Luke's Hospital and Wash.Uni. Orthopedic. We are 20 minutes drive to STL downtown. Faust Park with Butterfly House is two miles away. Chesterfield Central Park, together with Family Aquatic Center, Amphitheater where you can catch some shows and plays, or just enjoy a walk around is 2 mi from here. Plenty of shopping choices are nearby, including recently opened premium outlets, all less than five miles away. Within 3 miles you will find a lot of good places to eat, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's stores are nearby. Getting AroundWe are few minutes away from I-64/40 and I-270 which serve St. Louis and the surrounding areas. I am a professional single woman who lives in a beautiful fully furnished condo with a private lower level area consisting of a family room that walks out to a patio with wooded area and tennis courts, and swimming pool. Also, a small dining area, 2 bedrooms ( one with double bed, the other with single bed, desk and computer area.) , full private bathroom, and laundry facilities. The upper level is where I reside in the Master bedroom/bathroom. This is the entry main level consisting of a beautiful deck view, kitchen, dining room family room, hallway bathroom, and garage. I live walking distance to the beautiful Castewood State Park , that includes many amentities such as biking, running/walking trails. (I do have a mountain bike available for use for a guest during their stay. There are at least 2 other parks in walking distance as well. This area is very "family oriented" consisting of many schools, libraries, malls, shopping, restaraunts, fast-food, movie theatres, and about anything you would desire withing walking distance or a short 5 minute ride by car. I have a SUV which holds 5-6 people to go downtown to one of the tops zoo's in the country St.Louis ZOO, Busch Stadium to watch baseball games the St.Louis CARDINALS, Edward Jones Dome to see football and the St.Louis RAMS, and Saavis Center to see hockey and the St.Louis BLUES. There is also many venues of entertainment including live theatre at the Fabulous Fox, Many concerts at Verizon Amplithre, the St.Louis Symphony , Riverboats on the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. Almost anything you desire and the cost of living and expense is very reasonable and people are very helpful, welcoming and friendly in the suburb of Ballwin about 30 minutes from down town St.Louis and 30 minutes from Lambert Airport.

The SpaceThe home is very unique and built in the early 60's as a 'Country Retreat' for and by a very important builder, who was also major developer here as well as Lake of the Ozarks. It is mid-century modern in style and has many Frank Lloyd Wright features throughout. There is a 5000 sf stable, riding arena and horses on our property. They are allowed to graze freely in the back yard and I also offer horseback riding lessons as well. The apartment is attached to the house and has a shared entrance to the home, however, it has it's own private entrance from the home and is separated from the living areas and other bedrooms of the main house, so it is very quiet and private. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen completely stocked with anything you might need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed with attached full bath. There are floor to ceiling windows in the living room, lots of light, there is a living room, small dining room and kitchen.
