The SpaceLight and bright , this is a great modern comfortable family home. A central large kitchen has all the amenities you would ever need, with an additional butlers pantry behind the kitchen. 4 bedrooms. Two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms Two further bedrooms with single beds Bedroom 1 -Master KS bed Bedroom 2 -Master Downstairs Qs bed Bedroom 3- King Single Bedroom 4- Single. With two lounge rooms, fire place, and central heating for colder weather and a pool and air-conditioning for the warmer weather. The house is modern as it is only a couple of years old it has lovely furniture through out. Master bedroom with en-suite is on the ground floor whilst there is another master bedroom with 2 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. There is Wi-Fi, coffee machine, a full laundry with washing machine and a dryer. A study with a work station and another couch to relax on. The second lounge room has a playstation and foxtel which is great for the kids. Plenty of parking in the driveway or street parking. Close ( walking distance) to the local supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops and parks and walking / running track is at the end of the street. The SpaceLarge light filled family home. Very close to public transport hub which takes you to the city within 15 mins. Park and public garden is just on the opposite of road There are 4 bedrooms in the house but only 2 rooms are furnished therefore it can accommodate group more than 3 people by negotiating. The master room is equipped with a comfy queen size bed and the another room had a white iron frame single bed with mattress. 3 mins walk to Park N Ride public transport hub which many buses will take you to City and Boxhill with no little waiting time. The buses are servicing very frequently from Doncaster to City and takes the Freeway which means 15 mins you will be in CBD. So you do not need a car if you are doing business in CBD. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The house is equipped with Air/Con, central Heating, Fridge and washing machine. The living area furnished with a couch and LCD screen (no tv signal) for your entertainment. Family friendly. Guest AccessPlease do not access the rooms are unfurnished.       Our home is a modern, two-storey house with several formal and informal living areas. We have 5 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 10 people on beds/trundles and four bathrooms. A feature of our home is a spacious playroom which is well equipped with toys, games and a large tv. We enjoy relaxing outside and entertaining friends around the barbecue and 10-seat outdoor dining table while the children play in the pool, on the trampoline or on the playground with swings, sandpit, cubby and slide.
