The SpaceThis spacious apartment is situated within a small safe complex of 7 villas all of which are on the ground floor. Our home is 2 bedroom however we only rent it out as a one bedroom home. - 3 night minimum please - Not suitable for small children (we don't have anything baby related however if you are happy to bring all baby related gear with you we are happy to have them stay :) - The unit is quiet and secure. - 1 bedroom with comfortable double bed and soft quality bedding - 1 car bay/port attached to the unit (however only our visitor parking will be available at the moment) - Fully stocked modern gas cooktop kitchen with dish washer! - Tea/coffee and all the basics provided - Lovely relaxing courtyard/deck area - Washing machine and dryer - Huge flat screen television and loads more. - foxtel/cable tv!!!!! -wifi Would suit single or a couple. This lovely villa in located in funky Maylands with a bus to the city approx. 40 meters around the corner (1minute walk!) or a 10 minute stroll through cafe and vintage shop heaven, 8th avenue to catch the train. The city is super close, approx. 10 mins by train and 20 mins by bus. The swan river is a 5 minute walk away. We often walk along the river to east perth and have coffee or breakfast at one of he cool Cafes on the water, or a tasty pizza and beer at the Royal pub a couple of doors down. A Corner shop is just a 1 minute walk away or an 8 minutes walk away is a big Coles and loads of other shops, including a library, fitness centre etc. 15 - 20 minute taxi ride from both the domestic and international airport. Roughly costing approx. $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN flexible check in and check out times IMPORTANT NOTES FOR GUESTS We don't charge a cleaning fee and think our prices are very good, so we ask that the place is left tidy on departure. We would love you to water our plants during your stay if you get a chance, the Perth heat really dry's up our garden! I'm also partial to a little internet shopping so someone that doesn't mind signing for a package or two would be great! :) We are unable to meet and greet guests as we will usually be away, however we will be contactable via phone or email if needed. The SpaceThe upper level of the house is accessed from the front and is permanently occupied. Your space is the downstairs "Granny Flat", which has private access from the back and side, making it ideal for a single person or couple. There is a kitchen, lounge, games room with a pool table, bedroom with double bed and storage, bathroom and toilet. The living area opens onto a patio with alfresco dining, barbeque, outdoor fridge, and lovely gardens, lawn and water feature. The lounge has a Television, DVD player, IPOD Doc with radio and a large choice of DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a wide range of appliances including a toaster and kettle. There are also large cupboards for storage and tea and coffee is supplied. Gas heating is available. Linen, towels, and a hairdryer are provided. The shared laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and iron. FREE internet Wheelchair friendly. Plenty of parking on the property. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the Domestic Airport, and about 15 from the International. Transport options are a 10 to 20 minute walk away. There are regular buses and trains that take between 10 and 15 minutes to reach the city. Once there, city buses are free. Two large shopping complexes are a 10 minute bus ride away. It's a 5 minute walk to the Swan River, where there are parks, a bird sanctuary, lake, wetlands, boardwalks, bike paths, walk ways, and views to the city and hills. The SpaceA large family home where the kids have moved out so an empty nest available for upto 5 people traveling together- 3 rooms available. For one couple you have a small sitting room and a breakfast room with microwave and small fridge along with light breakfast facilities. Each of these rooms can be a bedroom and can sleep upto 5 people - 2 double beds and single. Private bathroom is situated within the home's laundry. Meals can be arranged at an additional fee depending on our timetable The NeighborhoodWe are located 10 mins from the CBD and close to the airport although we are not in the flight path. We are very close to the Swan river for walking and enjoying this lovely area. Close to the Swan Valley for winery tours and the famous Margaret River Chocolate Factory. Our local cafe sells the best home made cakes and great coffee. Getting AroundBus right outside the door and the train 5 min walk away. Off road parking is available.

The SpaceThis lovely home was built to include today's modern facilities, fully equipped; this residence has almost everything you will need. Every section of space has been made the most of with the best furnishings we can offer for the comfort and relaxation a holiday should be. Ayesha House is a double-storey brick house which has just completed building in April 2014. Fully carpeted, it has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep up to a maximum of 8 persons comfortably. The bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs while lounge@study room, family and meal area, kitchen, laundry and powder room are located downstairs. WHERE EXACTLY AYESHA HOUSE IS? Ayesha House is conveniently located closer to Inglewood and Bedford suburbs but short drive to neighbouring Morley, Maylands, Mt Lawley, Dianella, Northbridge and Perth CBD. Train Bayswater train station is a two minute walk down the hill. Walk down the hill to the subway and turn left – you will see it. All trains on the Midland Line stop at Bayswater station. During the day the service operates every 15 minutes, or every 10 minutes during peak hours. Purchase a ticket on the station. It’s about $3 (adult) to get into the city which takes around 10 minutes. This ticket is valid for two hours. Family day passes are available and you can also buy a Smart Rider at a newsagents or at the Perth Central station which will give you discounted fares. A bus service runs along Coode Street. Guildford For interesting cafes and antique shops, take the train a few stops in the Midland direction to Guildford station. Take refreshment at the historic Rose and Crown Pub. Fremantle A visit to the historic city of Fremantle is a must for visitors to Western Australia. The Midland train line becomes the Fremantle line (no need to change trains at Perth) which terminates at Fremantle. Besides shopping, there are galleries and museums, the Notre Dame University beautiful historic pubs to visit. It was originally dairy farming land for the Perth colony. The Swan River runs through Bayswater and is a 15 min stroll from Bayswater Views Holiday House, with plenty of open parkland including free BBQ facilities, sheltered picnic tables, walking/running/cycling paths, a bird sanctuary, fishing jetty and a fabulous children's playground. We see the location and proximity to the airport and station as a perfect stay for a business person who may fly interstate or the FIFO worker who requires a nights stay in Perth (close to the airport) before an early flight up to site the next day. We are also open to companies who may need to book employees into accommodation that is more affordable than a hotel stay . We are both relaxed and welcoming and enjoy a clean and tidy house. Our living space is simple and inviting with all of the amenities you will need. Your room contains a brand new queen size mattress with an en suite (including separate bath and shower). Fully inclusive kitchen including use of our coffee brewers and access to spices. You will need to provide you own food for meal preparation if you plan on eating in. There are many good food options within 3mins walk eg: Srilankan, Thai, Pizza, Cafe and Bottle shop. Guest AccessGuest has access to all communal areas of the house. Excluded areas are: garage, master bedroom and study. Upon booking, guest will be contacted by us to liaise and discuss check in, access and check out. The recently renovated bathroom and kitchen are clean and modern. Set back from the street with a carport, the house also allows guests privacy. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the whole house (except the storage room) including kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, toilet and bedrooms. The backyard is a work in progress but can also be accessed to sit for a meal on the table under the patio or for the washing line to hang out washing. Interaction with GuestsDepending on the circumstances of your arrival, one of us may be there to greet you, show you around and answer any questions you might have.     The SpaceYou’ll be hard pressed not to enjoy your stay in Bayswater, a beautiful central suburb of Perth. This newly renovated character home offers you a relaxing lounge with open fire and tranquil outside entertaining area, ready for whatever your holidaying pleasures may be. You’ll be welcomed openly during your stay. Our home is the second on a large privately owned block and has recently been renovated to a functional 3 x 3. Your beautifully decorated room contains a double bed comfortably sleeping 2 guests, quality linen, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and heater and the ensuite is kitted with a toilet, basin, large mirror and shower. To make yourself feel at home, away from home, you’re invited and implored to use the common areas; lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry and outside entertaining area, all of which contain the necessary ‘mod cons’ to make your stay a comfortable one. The lounge has an open fire place which can be used in the cooler months for added comfort and that holiday feel. Additionally, bi-fold doors in the dining area bring the outside in, or the inside out, when looking to relax over a meal in the warmer months. Enjoy a drink and unwind after your days activities surrounded by everyday comforts. Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole house and amenities, excluding only the two bedrooms occupied by house residents. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals should you wish and continental breakfast supplies (cereal, bread, tea, coffee, milk) will be available to you at all times and is included in the cost of the room. You’re welcome to use additional kitchen basics such as oils, spices, flour, and pasta. A small tip covering what you have used would be appreciated though not expected. The laundry is also fully functional with laundry detergent, top loader washer and outside clothes line which is available to you should your stay require it. Unlimited WIFI is available for guest use, login details are provided upon check-in. As we appreciate your travel schedule won’t often parallel our work schedules check-in and check-out times are fully flexible. Details for both will be provided upon confirmation of booking. Interaction with GuestsWe are a relaxed family and we enjoy offering our space to travellers. Your comfort is our main concern and as such your privacy is respected at all times. If you are looking to get more out of your holiday both of us are very approachable, social and enjoy speaking with guests to get to know their traveling interests and recommending places to visit. Depending on our plans we will often invite you to join us on outings with friends and family. Guests are welcome to relax with us around the home at all times however, if you prefer your privacy your room is spacious and light allowing you to read and/or rest whenever you like. Our home is modest and old fashioned in its design in that rooms run off from a centralised kitchen; as such we may see each other often outside working hours and personal schedules. Having said that, Eric works full time, Monday to Friday so is usually only around the home in the evenings and over the weekend. Kate also works full time and has quite a busy schedule with study and training commitments before and after business hours but is most often than not around for evening meals. Noise will be kept to a minimum as we go about our morning and evening routines wherever possible. Your room is quite far from the front door and kitchen however so we anticipate noise levels to be of little concern. Kate enjoys entertaining friends and family over dinner when time permits and likes to hold small gatherings which you will be invited to join. You’ll be advised at the time of booking if a dinner is scheduled so you’re aware in advance. Very rarely will a dinner be scheduled after you’ve already confirmed your booking, however if it were we would always seek your endorsement to avoid any inconvenience. Regular evening meals can be a bit haphazard as we both try and juggle differing work/life schedules but if we’re sitting down to dinner together guests are always welcome to join and share their stories over the meal and a glass of wine or beer. We have a pet cat, Mr Darcy, who can be (as his name suggests) ‘pretentious and aloof’ at times but very friendly. You can catch him lounging outside in the sun… most of the day. The NeighborhoodBayswater is centrally placed, right next to the airport although not in the flight path and well connected to the rest of Perth. The CBD is 10 mins away by car and train and approximately 20mins away by bus. Train lines will take you through to local beaches such as Cottesloe in approximately 20mins, Fremantle and Mandurah are a little further afield but lovely for a morning or afternoon trip. There are a number of lovely walkways to the Swan River, a short stroll, from the house including the Bayswater gardens, Baigup Wetlands and Bird Sanctuary. We are also close to the Swan Valley for winery tours and the famous Margaret River Chocolate Factory. The neighbouring suburb of Maylands has a gorgeous strip of cafes and shops and Mount Lawley even more so. The NeighborhoodThis is a fairly quiet neighbourhood with a mix of families, singles, couples, young, old etc. There is a lane at the back of the flat so neighbour noise is not an issue as houses are a street width away at the back. There's a park across the road and a large shopping centre 2.2 kms away Getting AroundAs mentioned the train is very close and bus is only a walk away as well. If you have a car there is on verge parking. The river is only around 1.5kms away and if required there are kayaks available for a very cheap hire fee. Other Things to NoteThe train is 400m away and goes into Perth, Mandurah and soon through to Bunbury. It also goes into Midland and beyond. East Perth is on the line and from there you can catch trains to other parts of the state. Very convenient. The bus is also very close and there are also lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance Convenience stores close (1km away) and major Galleria Shopping Centre only 2.2km away
