There are various shared areas to sit in both inside and out. I have a bicycle that guests are welcome to borrow upon request. Interaction with GuestsVery happy to welcome you into my home and have a drink and/or a chat from time to time, whilst also allowing privacy and a quite space when needed. Always very happy to assist in any way I can. If I'm available I'm also able to provide airport or other pick up's/drop offs. The NeighborhoodWonderful friendly community vibe in local neighbourhood of Beaconsfield and Fremantle area. Very safe and quite street with plenty of off street parking on verge or on street in front of home. There are some really fantastic & well renowned local shops, sports ovals, farmers markets etc just 1 minute walking distance from my home including Princi's at Romanos, Growers' green farmers' market, IGA supermarkets, bakery, cafes, dvd store, etc etc. The house is minutes from the centre of Fremantle and it's really easy to get to Freo from the house. Getting AroundFantastically located very close to public transport. My home is a under a 1 minute walk to south street where buses come every 5 - 10 minutes to Fremantle or Perth. From my house it's a 5 minute bus ride into central Fremantle, famous cafe strip, shops and south beach. It would take about 10 minutes to ride into Fremantle or the beaches, or about 25 minutes to walk into Fremantle. CAT buses operate within the Fremantle CBD and are a free bus service. I have a bicycle that guests are welcome to borrow upon request. Other Things to NoteI have an older dog so guests must like animals as she is very much part of my home/family! She is very friendly, well behaved and chilled out though. I often work long hours and sometimes work from home.
