Guest AccessAll guests will have access to the living room, bathroom, kitchen, two big verandas, 50 inch Full HD, Canal + cable TV. Wi fi . Lap top . Red brick barbecue grill. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be taken outside where it is a pleasure to look at the blue sky, the exotic plants and flowers like the Bird's of Paradise . On the other smaller terrace smokers are welcome and is ideal for sharing after dinner whilst looking at the starry sky.

The NeighborhoodThe house is situated in a safe, highly residential area just off the Royal Road of Beau Bassin, some five minutes walk for the bus stops and where you can also find a plethora of mostly fast food eateries ranging from Pizzerias, street food, KFC, local food, kebab, supermarket and ATM. The newly erected Bagatelle or Trianon shopping Malls are 10 minutes away by car for cinemas, shopping and gourmet restaurants getaways. For Business travelers, the Cybercity is five minutes away by car. Rose-Hill and Beau Bassin are twin towns in Plaine Wilhems district of Mauritius. To go to the Capital, Port Louis it will take you around 30 mins by bus. For beaches situated in the North and West coasts, two buses must be taken. For the Southern and Eastern coastlines a car/ taxi is recommended as they are farther from my house and also there are many beautiful sites to visit where public transport is not available. However the Central Bus Station of Rose Hill is 10 minutes walking distance and allows you to reach many destinations on the island. The Balfour Garden is five minutes walking distance where you can admire the Balfour waterfall and Gorge and centenary tortoises. Getting AroundI have a car and arrangements can be made for transport. I can drop guests at Cybercity or near Port Louis on my way to work. The Royal Road is five minutes away where public transport is available. The Central bus station of Rose Hill is 10 minutes walking distance. I can arrange for a reliable taxi for longer journeys. Other Things to NoteSafe highly residential area. Birds chirping, dogs barking and muezzin are part of the Mauritian life and will be heard. No traffic sounds. Parking in the yard available.
