Our custom remodeled 1957 home, designed to be our residence, affords you many amenities as your vacation home. Outside we offer you a great patio complete with an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and ample space for entertaining family and friends with a view of the marsh. There is also an attached carport and a lovely screened in porch with plenty of room to relax. Inside you will find a commercial kitchen decked out for the modern chef, a dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Throughout you will find hardwood and cork floors, both your pets and you will love. We have furnished the home with a mixture of teak and modern decor to comfortably care for your small, medium or large group.

Master bedroom - full bed, attached bathroom with oversize clawfoot tub, freestanding art-glass stall shower (shares with the bedroom 2)
Bedroom 2 - one queen bed and one bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom, attached bathroom (shares with master)
Bedroom 3 - one full bed
Bedroom 4 - one queen bed with attached bathroom/laundry room.
Out the door you have a short walk or bicycle ride to beautiful downtown Beaufort waterfront where you will find live music, restaurants, boat tours, the Maritime Museum and shopping. Guest AccessThe entire home is yours. There is off street parking for many cars and even your truck and boat trailer. Interaction with GuestsWe generally are available by phone or text. Most of the time it is not necessary to be there for you to check in. The NeighborhoodSooo many reasons. Boating, wild horses, kitesurfing, weekends out on the islands, free access to beaches, free state parks, loads of history and pirates, amazing fishing, unbelievable sunsets, being so close to the beach but a quick drive to the harbor where the house is located. Walking distance to everything......pet friendly town, live music every where, great food, outstanding beer and wine specialty options, paid parking downtown in season, take a bike, ....kid friendly, NC maritime museum is free and has many activities for kids and sailing camps. Easy budget friendly boat tours to island to hunt for shells and pirate treasure (could happen), NC aquarium, summer camps, Duke research facilities on the next island . Great food and amazing seafood. And you must go see and climb the Cape Lookout lighthouse. It is close and makes for a beautiful day. Ok thats enough ranting, I also suggest you enjoy the back deck in the sunlight and grill up a feast for your crew. Getting AroundPublic transit is not needed as everything is walking/biking distance.
