Guest AccessYou will have access to pretty much everything except the other bedroom areas. This place is great for entertainment, with a large open plan living space. You will have access to your own guest quarters which you will share with one other person. Don't want to stay in the sitting area? There's also the option of the living room with a large screen tv, or the home theatre with wall to wall lounge and 100 inch screen. Don't want to waste your time watching tv or movies? You can have breakfast or dinner inside, or head outside and enjoy the alfresco dining experience. There's plenty of space so you won't need to worry about having to hide yourself in the room. If you need accommodation for up to 4 people, let me know and I can arrange that as well. Interaction with GuestsI live on the premise and have my own entrance, however, I can be as social or as quiet as you like. Just let me know how you want to spend your time here and I will make it as easy and as comfortable as I can. The NeighborhoodMy place is 12 - 15 minutes by car to the city centre. By bus, it can be anywhere from 35 - 45 minutes depending on traffic. There is a Growers Mart across the road so you can buy staples or a 10 minute walk to the closest supermarket. There's also a few eateries around this area, my favourite being "Our Table" which is 2 blocks away. Or for more options, Mount Lawley is only 7 minutes drive with plenty to do, see and eat. I'm close to a shopping mall (Morley being the closest). It's quiet, but not too quiet. It's a safe neighbourhood with great neighbours. Getting AroundThe 67 bus to the city is a 30 second walk away and the 60 bus is a 2 minute walk. The buses are frequent.

The Winery in Swan Valley can be reach by driving in 30mins which you can combine to the Whiteman park where you can spots the lovely animals( Kangaroos, Koalas, etc) You can also take the train from Mayland station to Fremantle for a day trip.     The SpaceThis home is located in close proximity to the city via Wanneroo Road. Close to shops and across the road from the park the oval and the tennis club.Northbridge, the hub of entertainment in Perth is only 15minutes away. Public transport only 5 minutes walk from the house, running every 15 minutes.The room features a large King size bed with dressing table, mirror and also reverse cycle air conditioning . I occupy the main bedroom at the front . I work full time, so I will be out most days, but home in the mid afternoon to evenings, so if you require any assistance, i can help you with shopping or transport or general knowledge of getting around Perth City. I have two children who stay with me every second weekend. Generally, I let guests shop , cook and eat independently, use the kitchen as they wish and fit in to the home as if it was their own. Guest AccessGuests will have access to a modern well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, internet, outdoor area and communal lounge area with TV and dvd player. Minimum two night stay. There is s large park area with an oval, playground , basketball courts ,Bicycle path tennis club,lawn bowls and BBQ facilities directly across the road. The beach is a short 20 minute drive straight down Morley Drive and Karrinyup Road. Close to Morley bus station, buses run frequently to the city and also close to the train line.(Stirling station) Getting AroundPlenty of bus and train stations close by. The closest bus station is Morley Central and the closest train station is Meltham, on the Midland line. Buses and trains run every 10-15 minutes. Other Things to NoteIt doesnt matter where you are from or where you are going, if you need to rest yourself from your travels , this is the place to be. I am a well travelled person and very accepting of all nationalities and cultures. My place is your home, regardless how long you stay.

    Lots of light, warm, cosy and comfortable. The room is large with plenty of space and privacy. Nice linen, comfortable bed and cosy living spaces which are shared through out the house. There is a bus stop outside the front door which goes directly to the city (7km away) and we are only 15 minutes from the airport.

    The SpaceMy home is large and spacious, with a extra private reading room to getaway from the main area. We are a vegan home and invite you to use the kitchen, however we ask that you respect our wishes and not consume animal products or cook meat within our space. Almond and Soy milk will be provided for you. We have two dogs and a cat, whom are all affectionate and love cuddles. You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with my permanent guest whom is very clean and tidy. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and there is an outdoor alfresco area for smokers. LOCATION, ATTRACTIONS. AMENITIES AND RATES Known as the Garden City, City of Bayswater covers a beautifully maintained area of 33km2 located just 8km north-east of Perth. It is home to a number of picturesque, exciting and educational attractions and 10km of Swan River foreshore. Bayswater is a northeastern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is on the northern side of the Swan River, approximately 6.5 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Bayswater lies within the local government area of the City of Bayswater, which also incorporates the suburbs of Bedford, Embleton, Morley, and parts of Maylands, Mount Lawley, Noranda and Dianella. One of the major attractions of Bayswater is that it has the only Wave Pool in WA. Getting AroundThis is a newish house and sits behind an older house. It is a one minute walk to the bus stop (No. 67 bus) off Grand Prom, or a 2 minute walk off Walter Road (No. 60 and 66). If travelling by taxi, it is best to ask the driver to come from Walter Road to Grand Prom as you cannot turn into it if driving from the Grand Prom heading towards Walter Road. The cost of a taxi is approximately $40. If further instructions are needed, I will email a map to you.
