The SpaceWe are a great facility for family reunions and weddings. In our 5 cabins, we can comfortably sleep 20 people, with an extra loft space that can accommodate a few kids with sleeping bags. If you rent the whole facility, camping with tents or under the stars is allowed for an additional $5 per person per night. If someone in your group brings their RV's or Camp Trailers it is $20 per night for the first 2 people, and $5 for each additional person per night. We can set up a temporary pasture for a few horses using an electric fence for a one-time charge of $75 plus $5 per horse per night (2 night minimum). Guests are responsible for their own horse's food (certified hay only) and watering. Special Event Fees for people who are not staying overnight at the Cabins are $1 per person (up to a maximum total of 250 people) per event. This fee applies for gatherings such as weddings, fund raiser, etc. People are responsible for taking away their garbage for their events and providing additional outhouses. Guest AccessGuests will have access to amazing hiking trails all around the property, though we do ask that guests stay out of the crop fields. There is also a very large picnic shelter and bonfire area for guests to enjoy. Interaction with GuestsWe generally take guests to the cabins to show them the facilities, and if you would like to view the cabins before staying, we will be happy to schedule a time to show you when it wouldn't inconvenience our present guests. The NeighborhoodWe are in a small town with a population of around 200 people. That being said, there is quite some distance between you and the nearest neighbor. This is, of course, not counting the multitude of deer, rock chucks, red tail hawks and possibly moose who live very near to the cabins. We do ask that people please don't hunt on the property. The cabins are totally private, and there is a freshly grated and graveled road leading to them. That being said, we will be happy to escort you to the cabins because they can be a little hard to find the first time. Getting AroundThere is no public transport in the area. It is highly recommended that you have a car as it is around a 10 minute drive to the closest town that has a store. Other Things to NoteWe will be happy to stop by and pick up the trash bins in the picnic shelter as they fill up, but it should be noted that there is no housekeeping service provided during the course of your stay. It can however be arranged for an additional cost.

At altitudes ranging from 6,500 to 10,000 feet, this unspoiled wilderness offers immediate access to rivers, lakes and streams, providing a home for diverse wildlife including moose, elk, mountain lion and bear.
