The SpaceCentrally located in the Sioufi neighborhood, adjacent to Achrafieh, this quiet 1960s apartment building is only a short five-minute walk to Sassine Square, where you can easily catch a bus or taxi to access all of Beirut. Just a short Uber ride or a pleasant 20-minute walk from Mar Mikhael, Beirut’s most happening nightlife district, with the city’s coolest bars and restaurants. Located on the third floor, “Sioufna,” as we lovingly call our apartment, has large living spaces, six full-size balconies, long corridors, and all the trappings of comfortable, modern living.
Shared spaces—including a fully-furnished kitchen, large dining room, and comfy living room—feature design details that return the space to its 1960s origins: columns, a chalkboard wall, a projector for movies and TV, and refurbished, retro furniture. With high-speed wifi, several restaurants that deliver, and bakeries, grocery stores, and several gyms just steps away, you don’t even have to leave the area to relax and have a good time! Housekeeper comes once a week, and we take pride in keeping our space comfortable and clean.

Neighbors are friendly and because the building is tucked away from the large main streets, traffic noises are hardly ever audible!
