The SpaceThe house is large, about 200 square meters.
The separated room upstairs is ideal for a couple or a couple with a baby. It is large enough to host 3 adult friends willing to share it.
You will be able to use all house modern convenient amenities: Free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and instant water heating (solar- and gas powered all year long).
Our large garden with the relaxing vine gazebo, which is shaded in summer, near a fish pond, could provide you a relaxed space for peace of mind or dining around the it's large table.
We also offer free entry to an animal farm with a petting zoo and horse riding (at additional cost), which is 10 minutes’ walk away.
If you are looking for an active stay, you will find the house an ideal base for touring Israel or cycling, road and off road .

We are experienced road and off road bicycle riders. The house is located near the "Triangle paradise" for cycling and bike riders, we can also help you plan your rides and safely store your riding equipment.
in our absence, we have someone available to answer all needs that arise during the visit. The NeighborhoodWe live in Kfar Shmuel, a small (150 families) agricultural village (“Moshav”) in the heart of the Shfela region, on the old road to Jerusalem, equidistance between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
Kfar Shmuel is largely secular but there is an active orthodox synagogue. There is no issue with driving on the Shabbat or holidays. Our own kitchen isn’t Kosher for orthodox people. Getting AroundWe are located halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, near main roads (6 highway & 431 road), which are about a 30 minutes’ drive to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.
There is also a train station within 20 minutes drive but it is recommended to use your car to reach it.
A covered garage for 1 car is located under the building, lots of parking abilities on our yard.
The house is within 20 minutes drive from TLV airport, Which makes it ideal for spending your first night after arriving to Israel or the night before your flight back to your country. Other Things to NoteThe house is protected with a modern alarm system to enable all your belongings safety.
