The SpaceIncredibly quiet and peaceful, Casa Marea is ideal for holiday or business travel. Space is available in the bright, beautiful LR/DR, if you need to set up to work at a desk, or, if the weather is nice, you can enjoy the deck or back garden. Guest AccessThe master suite has its own tub with jets and separate shower and WC, as well as adjoining study (aka 3rd BR), ideal for sleeping small children, reading, or working.
The 2nd BR has stacked twin mattresses, so can sleep one or two, and shares a bathroom w/laundry facilities. Interaction with GuestsMy rep. or I will be on site, but not in your space. If I am in town, I happily offer cooked breakfast/lunch/dinner for an additional charge. DIY breakfast options are on hand. The NeighborhoodGrocery stores and gas stations are within 1-3 miles.
While the best dining around is in Omaha's Old Market (15 min. away), there are myriad small restaurants right here in Bellevue. Check out the local foods (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) page: (URL HIDDEN) Getting AroundYou may park in the driveway or on the street across from the house.
I have one bicycle available, if you like to get out and explore. Fontenelle Forest is just minutes away in one direction ($7 to enter, I believe); Hayworth Park (free), on the Missouri river is 15 min. in the other direction has access to an extensive bike trail. Other Things to NoteThe back yard is fenced, but children or small animals can squeeze through at the corners, so you'll want to keep pets on a lead, or stay out to supervise them. My home is most ideal for infants or older children. There are too many pretty things around for toddlers and busy little ones to resist, and we wouldn't want to cause you any stress worrying about them breaking anything.
