The SpaceDouble bed in decent sized bedroom, in two bedroom apartment. You'd be sharing the apartment with myself. The apartment is always neat and tidy and has a comfortable and homely feel about it. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD, DVD library, and couches in loungeroom, large bathroom. Linen, towels and basics like tea, coffee and sugar provided. Access to building's backyard. The area is awesome! Buses to Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction can be caught 50m from my apartment. It takes about 30 minutes to get into the city by public transport. Just around the corner and across the road are two beautiful parks (Cooper Park and Bellevue Park) and the Bellevue Hill village shops - cafe's, post office, laundromat, ATM's, butcher, deli's. It's a 5 minute walk. 10 minute walk or a very quick bus trip to: Bondi Junction and trains/buses to the city, airport, Bronte and Coogee. 20 minute walk or a short bus trip to: Bondi Beach and all it has to offer - shops, restaurants, bars etc Paddington - shops, bars and restaurants

The NeighborhoodThings to do in Bondi Junction Shop in Bondi Junction Westfield. Eat along Oxford St or Woollahra. Go for a run in Centennial Park. History of Bondi Junction The area sprang up as a result of Oxford Street (then South Head Road) being laid in 1811. It continued to grow with each new transport development until it too became the transport hub that it continues to be today. The junction was home to many early industries such as Henry Hough's windmill which produced cereal products, a soap candle works, the Waverley Brewery, a dairy and a Boot Factory. It has always been a popular residential and convenient one-stop shopping precinct and has recently benefited from extensive modernisation. Landmark in Bondi Junction The Junction's history is evident at the Boot Factory, which was built in 1892, amongst many late 19th Century shops and the impressive architecture of Grace Bros' Gladsmuir, a grand Victorian Villa. The SpaceThe apartment is comfortable & bright with beautiful timber floors and a cedar front door indicating the workmanship of a past era. The living room has a lounge/sofa bed and a Barcelona stool a Plasma TV & DVD player. Foxtel is installed so if required there is a small extra charge, Let us know which programmes you would wish us to put on for you. The wall art is tasteful and interesting complimenting the style of the unit. A bedroom with a double bed,, wardrobe, 3 drawer chest, bedside tables and lamps. It also has colourful wall art. The kitchen has a new fridge and plenty of storage for food and utensils. It has a washing machine so you don't need to go the laundrette while on your visit. There are fans in the house and with the windows open there is a good cross breeze to keep the dwelling cool. (As the song goes (and in this case) 'Sydney' is the windy city). Unlimited parking is available on the opposite side of the road just about 200 metres from the apartment. The parking immediately outside is limited to 1 hour metre parking between 8.30am and 6pm daily There are shops and cafes immediately outside and Cooper park is just opposite for you to explore or to walk your dog. Double Bay is the next suburb and has an abundance of upmarket fashion shops and restaurants This property is a15 minute walk away from the Chabad in Double Bay and the Synagogue inBondi. Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen beds, and the third bedroom, ideal for the kids, has two single beds, with a cot available on request. With high ceilings throughout, the ground floor offers a large open plan living area with an abundance of natural light. The french doors open out fully to a patio and outdoor living area. The garden also features an outside shower, for when you return from the beach! The second floor has another entertainment area, with family sized sofa and large plasma television. The kids room is on the mezzanine level, and the master bedroom with en-suite are on this level. Guest AccessAll areas are open to guests with the exception of the office, and the loft. Interaction with GuestsWe may be away when you arrive, so a deposit box has been installed so you can arrive as you please. The NeighborhoodBondi area Bondi is quite simply iconic. It has its horseshoe shape beach, a young and family feel, surf spots, the famous Bondi to Bronte walk and ocean pools. Local bars and restaurants offer great food and look over the water from the main strip. Rose Bay Redleaf pool (the locals' beach) is a short drive and you can walk to Bondi Shopping centre in under 10 minutes. Yet we are also close enough to walk or cycle to Bondi Beach with our surf boards and also close to Redleaf Pool – the locals' secret harbour-side beach.     The SpaceWelcome. This is a spacious 2 bedroom unit in Bondi Junction! The flat: The flat has two separate rooms; both with queen beds, both rooms have plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. The beds have high quality very comfortable mattresses, pillows, sheets and linen. I can also provide extra blankets, on top of the warm quilts. There is a good size modern & fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven and microwave. Plenty of dinnerware, good quality pans and cookingware are available too. The lounge room has 3 colorful sofas, a large dining table with ghost chairs. There is also a 42 inch TV, connected to a MAC mini - as I watch the TV series/ movies online. The flat is full of sunlight all day, the lounge room has a leafy outlook and little enclosed balcony where you can relax and listen to the birds. Although being close to the main road you will be surprised how quiet and peaceful the flat is... The perfect location! It is a 3 minutes walk to the Westfield shopping centre, with lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and 7 mins walk to the train station. If you catch the train to the city (town hall) it s only 3 stations (10 mins on the train). Bus stop is only a few steps - the bus can take yu to the famous bondi beach in 5 mins or to the city in 20 mins. I am looking forward to welcome you to Sydney!     The SpaceWe love our comfortable, quiet and quirky home and we really hope you do too! Over the years our place has become filled with interesting books, up-cycled knickknacks, cushions, textiles and art from around the world. It has lots of fresh air and leafy outlooks, and the balcony is a great spot to chill and watch the rainbow lorikeets after days of exploring the beaches and city. The guest room is large and quiet with a wonderful private leafy outlook - nobody looks in on you. Guest AccessOurs is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a comfortable balcony, decent sized kitchen and internal laundry. Guests should treat our place as their home too. You will have full access to the entire place except for our bedroom. The apartment contains dining, TV and balcony living areas, as well as a kitchen (including a bar fridge for exclusive guest use) and internal laundry with washer and dryer. My husband Al showers when he gets home from work, and my shower times are completely flexible. I'm very happy to work around any guest needs re: use of the bathroom and shower facilities. Interaction with GuestsAl is around in the evenings during the week. I study from home so I'll usually be quietly typing away either on the balcony or in our room. We really enjoy a chat or a drink, but we respect your privacy as well. It is a pleasant fifteen minute walk to Bondi and Tamarama beaches, or a ten minute walk to the Bondi Junction transport hub and shopping mall. The adjoining Bondi Rd with its independent grocers, cheap and cheerful restaurants and trendy bars is a favourite for the locals. Getting AroundThere is plenty of free parking for your vehicle on our street. Public transport is plentiful, with a bus stop right around the corner, and the train station and interchange are a short walk away in Bondi Junction. Other Things to NoteI'm a whiz in the kitchen and would like to offer an invitation to anyone who stays more than two nights to share a delicious home cooked dinner with us if they wish.

Parking is unlimited and free on most of the streets around here however its sometimes difficult to find a park at night close by. Other Things to NoteGreat area. Convenient and safe. No garage. Unlimited street parking. The unit is on a corner, at traffic lights, so there is some dust & traffic noise especially on weekends. It would not suit light sleepers or people with dust allergies. :)

My kitchen is well equipped for making simple meals or there are many choices for coffee/Restaurants/Deli just outside the building. Space is provided in the pantry and fridge. There is a BBQ outside, iron and hairdryer. Basics like oils, herbs and spices are provided. There are 2 laundries right next door who provide bag wash and dry cleaning facilities. The NeighborhoodSydney is a mecca of stunning views and spectacular walks along the Sydney foreshore and beaches all accessed from outside my door. Directions for walks are provided with suggested stops along the way for refreshments. There is a boutique shopping precinct next door with 15 specialty food shops and services. It's cosmopolitan and safe with a friendly outdoor cafe buzz. Bellevue Hill is the suburb next of Bondi Beach but without the noise and congestion, especially in summer. Getting AroundBecause the area is so beautiful walking is the way to go however there is a bus just outside the door to :- Bondi Junction Railway Station and Westfield shopping Plaza. -5 min by bus or level walk from the apartment takes 15 min Bondi Beach -5min by bus or downhill walk from the apartment takes about 15min Exclusive Double Bay shopping precinct and Ferry Wharf. - Downhill walk from the apartment takes about 15 min City Center via Bondi Jct. -Bus 5 min to station then Train 10 min to city center. -Via Double Bay.
