There will be an additional $50 refundable deposit required at check-in if 2nd dog is approved) ALL PETS must be controlled on the property at all times, and all dog droppings must be monitored and cleaned up and disposed of in the container supplied. There are no exceptions to this requirement as it keeps the grounds and water sanitary for future guests. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture in the cabin. Please bring your own dog bed for the pooch.Q: Can I bring a cat? A: NO Cats, No exceptions... sorry.Q: Are towels and linens supplied? A: YES. Towels and linens are provided. Guests are asked to have all linens washed & dried and folded on the beds at before check-out time. This allows for the next guests an earlier check-in time. Please bring your own beach towels for use outside. Bath Towels should not be used for swimming. Q: Is there an additional Cleaning Fee charged? A: NO... I ask all my guests to leave the cabin as clean as they find it. I provide all cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, vacuum cleaner etc. All guests are asked to wash and dry & fold all bed linens and start towels in the washer before departure on your last day The cabin is ALWAYS INSPECTED BETWEEN GUESTS and you can be assured you will arrive to a clean cabin. Q: Can I visit the Cabin before booking my trip? A: YES! Anyone who wishes to view the cabin PRIOR to booking is welcomed. Please contact me to arrange a time. Sunset Lake is a 197 acre, 120' deep Lake. It is one of the CLEAREST lakes in VT! Many refer to as "On Golden Pond" because of the beautiful clear water. The cabin is located in private country setting with lake views to conserved and undeveloped Boy Scout property. See Owners FAQ section on this site for details on attractions within 1 hours drive.
