This accommodation is a new house, located in a major suburb, Queens Park is a convenient suburb because it is very close/walking distance to train station, library, many amenities such as Queens Park supermarket, major Leasure Sports Centre, Carousel shopping centre, many private and public schools, Car dealer and wash etc. Only about 15 minutes to Airport and about 15 minutes to the centre of Perth City, Kings Park, Swan Bell Tower, Swan River, China Town etc. House Facilities Friendly atmosphere, wifi, lockable bedroom in which we only provide bed+linen, pillow+case, bed-sheet/quilt, pedestal fan, tallboy/drawer, wardrobe, and lockable shared/private own bathroom-toilet. For the house public area, we only provide iron+board, colour TV, big fridge-freezer, kettle, water-jug, microwave, toaster, oven, cook top, simple dishes, simple pot-pan and rice cooker. Every adult and child or infant is counted and charged as a guest. This is budget accommodation so pricing is not negotiable. We also provide airport transport which can cost between AUD50 and AUD100 per trip for maximum 4 people per vehicle, depending on how much luggage you have and how big your luggage is because it will determine what sort of car we can provide.

The SpaceThe villa is quiet and secure, and the room is carpeted and furnished (linen, BIR, bedside/lamp, chest drawers, student desk/chair). You have use of gas hob/microwave/plenty of small electrical appliances and pots/pans/wok for quick, easy, clean cooking. Shared large fridge and your own pantry space. I'm happy to do a load of your washing over the weekend in 7.5kg top-loader washing machine/undercover drying line. Otherwise, there's a commercial laundry/dryer a few steps over the road. Please bring your own toiletries/consumables. Choice of 9 buses ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)m away) to city. Welshpool train station 1.4km, 15min walk. Curtin Uni 2km. Curtin Uni's free CABS 400m. CSIRO 4km. 2 x shopping centres (100m,1km). Well-patronised asian/middle eastern/fastfoods eateries and fish&chips shop (40m -1km). Parking for one small car on property first-come, first-served. Otherwise, plenty of free and safe on-street parking. Free-to-air TV in lounge plus DVD. Centralised ducted evaporative aircon for the hot late afternoons.. Outside smoking. Please, shoes off inside door so bring indoor-only footwear or clean feet. Fast, reliable, wifi internet available for light browsing if needed. Guest AccessEverything except oven/oven grill. The NeighborhoodI love that I am close to everything needed for everyday living and public transport for all other. I enjoy the suburban quiet which is broken by bird song - crows, magpies, honey eaters and tweety birds... Getting Around7 different buses to the city are close by. I have bus information and maps to facilitate your stay. A car is useful for exploring if staying for more than a few months. Other Things to NoteWe follow the guidelines for reducing water usage, as water is a scarce resource in Perth.

The SpaceSenior F in a quiet, secure, 3bedx2bath villa rents out 2 FF carpeted rooms (one with dbl bed, one with king single bed, both with proper linen, BIR, bedside, chest drawers, student desk/chair) which share a bathroom. For people settling in Perth, I am happy to rent out short-term to people I’ve never met, and if required, the stay can be extended if you are out all day working/at uni at cheaper rates. So, when you contact me before booking, it'd help me to know what your intentions are. If you're a fixed term (ie 3months), that's fine. No oven/oven grill usage but I have gas hob/microwave/plenty of small electrical appliances and pots/pans/wok for quick, easy, clean cooking. You'd provide your own toiletries/consumables. Use of 7.5kg top loader washing machine 1xwk and undercover line, with commercial laundry over the road if preferred. Close to buses, Curtin Uni 2km and Curtin's free courtesy bus 400m, 2 shopping centres (200m,1km), popular eateries (eat-in, eat-out, 100m plus) etc. Parking for one small car on property on first-come, first-served basis and plenty of (safe) on-street parking. Free-to-air TV in lounge plus DVD. Outside smoking. Please, shoes off at door to prevent sand scratching tiles and dust/dirt on carpets, so bring inside-only clean footwear. I try to live an eco-friendly lifestyle and prefer people who find this important as well. I have ducted evaporative aircon for those few really hot evenings. The SpaceIt's a nice friendly space. The house was built in 1998 so fairly modern. It has a nice outdoor area, a killer herb garden.. a super blender for your fresh juices and gym equipment in the garage to stay fit during your stay. Guest AccessGuests are welcome to use all of the areas of the house. WiFi, TV, Garage, Office and spare room. Interaction with GuestsI work during the day and I'm quite often away on the weekends so the guests will have a lot of time to the themselves at the house. Depending on the person I'm happy to show you around or cook something together but I can also keep to myself. Up to the guest! The NeighborhoodI'll be honest here - there is not much around besides a petrol station and some shops/restaurants when you're on foot - but that is typical for Perth suburbs. By car you can reach a lot of places withing a few minutes. It's about 5mins by car (15mins bus) from East Vic Park which is cool little strip with lots of restaurants and cafes. To the city it's about 20 mins by car (30mins bus). Getting AroundThere is a busstation about 50from the house (30mins to city) and a trainstation about 3km from the house (10mins to city) Other Things to NoteThe house is hidden behind another house so very quite at night.

The SpaceWalk into a beautiful, newly-built home that is situated in a modern-style, boutique village. A great place to stay as it's very comfortable and accessible to shops as well as parks and gyms. Wireless Internet is available if needing to plug in to the wireless world. There is a wonderful place to relax or read my many books in the main living room or go out into the garden and have tea and on a good day, soak up the lovely Australian morning sun. Amenities include oven, gas stove top, washing machine, fridge, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, rice cooker, kitchen utensils separate cupboards for guests, electric fan, heater, lamp and all other things you might need to make your stay more comfortable. An Intercom is also available for easy communication from the main outside gate to the residents of the house. Boutique Village Amenities The house is a part of an enclosed village from which can be accessed through remote control in the main gate and pin codes for the side gate. It is made for security and privacy of home owners and tenants alike. There is a swimming pool (available 9am-5pm) and a gym (available 9am-9pm). There is also an outdoor barbecue grill available. Perfect for a social event or celebration! The Area The Carousel Shopping Centre is a mega mall that has almost everything you might need, including cafes, , restaurants, pubs, banking, cinema viewing, post office, small trendy shops, beauty salons, grocery shops. All in one spot and is only a short bus ride away. You can also opt to take the train and take a walk towards it or altogether have a stroll through our neighborhood. The Cannington Leisure Centre is a 7-minute walk from the house. This Centre boasts indoor swimming pools, waterslide and outdoor splash pad. The Centre also has a Library from which you can borrow plenty of books and CDs/DVDs, surf the internet and photocopy documents. The other side of the centre has a high tech gym, a function centre, sports courts, kid's indoor playground, crèche and a small café to stop by. There are various classes and courses one can take. I am looking for a suitable long-term stay housemate. The rent price of the room is negotiable. FIFO couple or single stay are all welcome to enquire. Transportation: From the house, it's just a short walk to the train station where you can catch the train straight to the city centre. The Burswood Casino is a train ride away. Your Host I am usually busy working so you won't see me much around the house. If you like a place that's peaceful and you can have your own haven to rest and meditate, this is a good place to be. Carousel Westfield - also on Albany Highway, is a much bigger and modern shopping centre, less than 10 minutes away. The SpaceThe kitchen, dining and lounge room is very spacious, the area and house is peaceful. If you love cats this is perfect place with 2 feline friends, the lounge/couch area is also available to stay for big groups. We have only 2 people staying here, day and night time is generally very quiet. Ideally for: My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and big groups (I have a listing for the couch lounge area if you are in a group). The Spacethis lovely villa is close to restaurants and dining, large shopping center (Westfield carousel), Stockland Riverton shopping center and it has a great little back yard . Its a quiet, clean and very safe area. Bentley has amazing nature walks about 8 mins drive away. Cannington river reserve is a driving distance, where you can canoe along the river and enjoy the wildlife. The city is only 10km away. 5mins drive to Victoria park for excellent food, pub and shopping. . You’ll love my place because of The modern feel to it, the comfy beds with high quality linen, and the house has a general cosy feeling to it.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Guest AccessYou will be able to access the whole house. Getting AroundThis is a prefect location for travellers/ business stopovers. Within 10km from the Airports and 8 mins walk to the train station which brings you to the Perth City. Australia is famous with its oceanic view beach so we highly recommend hiring a car for trips to Perth, lots of place to visit outskirts as well including Swan valley, Caversham Wildlife Park, Fremantle and etc. Great access to major highway/ freeway to Fremantle/ South West (Leach Hwy), Carversham (Roe Hwy) North of Perth (Graham Farmer Fwy). Welcome to Perth! My place is very convenient location, 7km to CBD, 10km to the airport, 250m to Shopping mall, 150m to bus stop... You’ll love my place because of New and comfy Accommodation. Internet wifi is high speed unlimited. Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning to each room and nice comfy beds. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. My house can park 2 cars in garage, exploring Perth with a rental car is always fun.
