The SpaceWe are proud to offer this third floor bedroom. Richard renovated it himself, including the addition of North, South and East facing skylights. This is one of two bedrooms on the third floor (which share the single bath when both rooms are occupied).
The room is furnished with two chairs and one full-size bed, some favorite antiques, and well-appointed storage for your luggage.
Our first floor provides you with a formal dining room, a front parlor, and an informal family room, each of which has its own fireplace.
The swimming pool and bluestone patio look out over mature privacy landscaping and 120 degree views of Fillipini Pond and our 70 year old pear trees. Guest AccessWe provide breakfast and other meals on a somewhat flexible schedule, and run our kitchen with our guests in mind. We offer our own syrups and jams, made on site from locally harvested fruit. Canning and cooking shop-talk always welcome!
We can arrange rides for guests coming from the Monticello bus and Middletown train stations
We can help you best with some advance notice, but we are strongly committed to our guests' enjoyable stay-- keep us apprised of your plans and needs and we will be here. Interaction with GuestsWe serve a full breakfast to our guests.
