Super clean, super central, very safe area. Grocery store 3 minute walk. 10 restaurants 2 minute walk. PARKING: You have 24/7 street parking using the pass I provide. If you're flexible on check-in/check-out, I can be flexible on pricing. People LOVE this place. I love it too! Ask me anything you want. Public transportation is good and available, but this is LA so you should plan on renting a car. MORE DETAILS: Welcome to my wonderful fully furnished apartment! One bedroom, living room, dining area, shower, bath, full kitchen, WiFi ... it's like a little home, about 950 sq. ft. Perfect LA oasis. Queen bed sleeps two in the bedroom, another fold-out queen sofa for 2 more (and two very comfortable futons sleep two more, great for kids). Large bathroom w/ shower and separate bath. Full-size kitchen. I love my place and hope you do too! Rodeo drive is a 5 minute walk, as well as 20 restaurants and LOTS of shopping. Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood - you can walk - that's rare for LA! Yes, you just may run into some celebrities. Very nice, friendly neighborhood (real houses, trees, dogs, etc.), and the centrality to everything you want in LA can't be beat. Santa Monica in 15 minutes, Hollywood in 15 minutes, airport in 20. Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Peet's outside my front door. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner places are all just outside. Supermarket, farmer's market ... everything! The most walk-able area in Los Angeles. And you'll see some interesting people, believe me. 24/7 STREET PARKING using the pass I provide. High-speed WiFi (or wired) in the place. 60" TV: INTERNET TV ONLY there is NO CABLE TV. You can use your own device, my DVD player, or internet. Guest AccessYou can use everything! Well, you can't wear my clothes, but those are put away in the closet. It's nice for me to show you the block - there are a lot of great places to become acquainted with -- or at least know what's around the corner. The NeighborhoodThis is a neighborhood in LA where you don't need to drive to have fun and see great stuff. One of the most walk-able areas of the city. Everything is close: great restaurants and shopping. Getting AroundUber/Lyft work really well in LA. I prefer Lyft because the drivers seem happier. There are great bus routes going east-west up and down Wilshire, Santa Monica and Olympic. You can easily go to the beach, Santa Monica, etc., and go to West Hollywood and the Sunset Strip ... all by bus. But this IS Los Angeles: it's best to rent a car and learn about parking - Uber/Lyft work great. There's no problem parking at my apartment. Other Things to NoteSome things to note about visiting LA: 1. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is a BAD idea, waste of time. 2. Don't just go to Venice/Santa Monica - go to Manhattan Beach. It's awesome! 3. Think about the traffic flows, use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps w/ traffic. Very basic idea: Do NOT leave the beach for Beverly Hills during the week between 4-7:30pm. This is the worst time for traffic heading east. Just stay put and enjoy yourself. 4. Try to have fun reading the parking instructions. You practically need to be a lawyer, but I'll help you understand it. Just don't get a parking ticket - it's a mafia-style scam the city plays on you - very expensive to get a parking ticket. Not worth it.

Its only a few steps away from the bus stop, and a mile to Whole Foods Market, The Farmers Market, The Grove, such famous restaurants as AOC, Petrossian, Spago, The Ivy, and all the designer shops on Rodeo Drive; 20-25 minutes to Bel Air, Santa Monica Beach, Venice Beach, downtown Los Angeles, and most of the Hollywood landmarks - The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a California king-size bed, which sleeps one or two people comfortably and a bathroom with a stand up shower. The guest room has a queen size bed and its own bathroom with a shower and a tub. The neighborhood is pleasant, safe and quiet streets. We are located with walking distance of the famous Rodeo Drive and also the Beverly Center. The furnished room has hardwood floors, a queen size bed,FREE High-Speed cable Wifi internet, and a private bath. The is a second room available at an extra cost with advanced notice. This is my home that I am sharing with you, and it is well lived in. It is not a hotel, so do not expect perfection. A near-by hotel in Beverly Hills will cost you on an average of about 5 to 10 times, and often up to 20 times more than my place. What you can expect is a warm welcome, comfortable accommodations, a freshly cleaned room with fresh towels and linen, and a breakfast made with a giving heart and much love. My neighbor is charming and quiet. The street is lined with Jacaranda trees that bloom with beautiful lavender flowers in May and June. The trees are green for the rest of the year. The police and fire stations are just blocks away, as well as the post office. There are two grocery stores just two blocks away also. And there is plenty of public transportation nearby. Getting AroundThere are several choices of grocery stores also within walking distance. The great thing about my locality is that I am just about in the middle of everything and it is easy to get around on public transportation, as well as car. Buses usually run every 5-15 minutes throughout the day and night. The bus fare is $1.75 per bus ride, or you can purchase a Day Pass which is $7.00/day. I get around and go everywhere on the bus. it is a good way to experience the diverse culture of Los Angeles. The community is also honored to have Uber. Get $20 - $30 off your first Uber ride! Use my Uber promo code, sjpg3, and get $20 - $30 off your first Uber ride. Redeem it by downloading the Uber app and entering the code in the Promotion Code section, or at (website hidden) If coming from the LAX airport, and in case you do not have internet on your phone to use the Uber app, you also can use the public transportation. At the Airport, take the Airport shuttle C to lot C. There is a city bus terminal there. Make sure you tell the driver that you want to get off at the bus terminal. The shuttle is free. From there, take Culver City Bus number 6 towards UCLA. This is a green bus. Tell the bus driver that you want to get off at Santa Monica Blvd. The fare is $1.00 per adult. Ask for a transfer to the Metro Bus Line. This is an extra 40 cents. You will not have to pay on the next bus if you use the transfer. After getting off at Santa Monica Blvd, take the Metro Bus Line number 4 going towards downtown Los Angeles (eastbound). This is an orange bus. Give the bus driver the transfer. Tell him that you want to get off in Beverly Hills at Beverly Blvd, (not to be confused with Beverly Drive!). Walk two blocks eastbound on Beverly Blvd past the Mercedes Dealer until you get to Palm Drive. Turn right. My building will be on the left side of the street (east side), about a half block down. Other Things to Note-Starbucks Coffee and Coffee Bean a reasonable 10 minute walking distance away. -Beverly Center & Beverly Connection close by. -Beverly Hills Police Department, Fire Department, and Cedars Sinai Medical Center are all within a minute or two drive away. -Century City Mall and Cinema Theater close by. -Rodeo Drive 15 minute walking distance (Restaurants and lots and of shopping stores such as: CHANEL, Dolce & Gabbana, Christian Dior, Gucci and Giorgio Armani) -Sunset Strip 5 minute drive (With its colossal billboards, notorious nightclubs, bars and decadent dining haunts, the Sunset Strip in LA is an icon of excess. Get the after-dark lowdown on some of the must-see spots). The Grove at the historic Farmer's Market is an outdoor marketplace located within a short drive. It models its architectural designs on indigenous Los Angeles buildings, influenced by classic historic districts, with shopping alleys, broad plazas, and intimate courtyards. -Santa Monica pier 15 minute drive (The world-famous Santa Monica Pier offers a variety of entertainment and shopping including riding the coaster to Pacific Park amusement park; Heal The Bay Aquarium; a historic 1922 Carousel plus specialty shops/carts, eateries and full-service restaurants and taking in the breathtaking views of the Southern California beach line). -Hollywood and Avenue of the Stars 10 minute drive (Hollywood Boulevard begins at Sunset Boulevard in the east and runs northwest to Vermont Avenue in Hollywood.
