The large house is found down a private track in a delightfully secluded plot of 6 acres where the resident llama, sheep, pigs and cows are waiting to greet you. Once inside the welcoming house, in winter you can choose to snuggle up next to the roaring fire, whilst in summer enjoy alfresco dining on the sun terrace with views overlooking the gardens.
This is a charming rare location so close to London with easy accessibility into Kent. Guest AccessThe Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, the largest 32ft x 17ft. This main bedroom has a super king 4 poster bed and wonderful views overlooking the grounds. There is a day bed in the room and a cot is available to comfortably accommodate a family with 2 children in the light and airy open plan space.
The second bedroom has a super king bed, convenient shower unit, sink and a fitted wardrobe.
The third bedroom has twin beds and a sink unit. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs.
The house boasts a large lounge with open fireplace. A separate ‘office’ or ‘kids break out area’ forms part of the lounge. With views overlooking the gardens, a patio door leads directly onto the sun terrace with BBQ, garden furniture and sun canopy.
