The SpaceMalta is a small island in the Mediterranean but for its size it has a lot to offer….. culture, history, beaches, nightlife and diving to mention some of them. One of the areas sought after by a holiday maker in Malta is the region of St Paul’s Bay. The resort of St Paul’s Bay is comprised of Qawra, Bugibba and St Paul’s Bay village which are linked by a 2.5km promenade, affording Qawra stunning walks around the coast with plenty of places to swim. I live in Qawra, in a very central area close to all amenities. Qawra also has numerous restaurants, cafés and shops. There is a bus station with regular buses to all parts of the Maltese Islands My apartment is situated just a short walk from the bus station. Bugibba square is only a 5 min walk away . A cinema complex is found very nearby as well. The promenade is just a 5 to 10 min walk away where one can enjoy a lovely walk or stop for a swim. . It is also worth mentioning for those who would like to visit our island to study the English language in one of our schools that at St Paul’s Bay there are around 3 language schools which may be reached on foot from my apartment the furthest being 15 min walk. In fact I used to host students in the past and received good comments about being good distance to the schools and to go out in the evenings. In the area one can also find diving centres and the new aquarium is walking distance away. . I can host two females in my apartment. I have two single rooms available and are inter connected to each other. The bathroom is to be shared with myself. I prefer that the kitchen is only used to a minimum. I will also offer: Regular room cleaning Bed linen will be changed once a week One load of washing a week for those staying more than a week Towels will be provided and changed regularly Free wifi Water and electricity is included in the price Free tea and coffee Beach towel I can help you plan your stay , if you wish. The SpaceRecently renovated two bedroom farmhouse with modern interiors situated in a quiet countryside location on the outskirts of the pretty village of Mgarr, very close to shops, restaurants and easy bus access. Only five minutes drive from the best beaches on the island. The master bedroom with an en-suite modern bathroom is very spacious with direct access to the courtyard. Extra towels and cleaning daily available on request. - we will provide extra beds if necessary. The place is very quiet, relaxing and with its own charm, surrounded by gardens, vineyards and it also enjoys a large terrace where guests can chill out. All guests also have access to the our fully-equipped kitchen to prepare any extra meals they may wish to have. The farmhouse comes with a bonus, as we have the one of the most amazing neolithic temple of Malta, within 5 minutes walk from our front door. The Neighborhooda beautiful farmhouse tucked in a rural landscape with great views all around. parts of this farmhouse date back to the Knights of Malta. The surrounding fields which are part of the lands have remnants of a neolithic settlement linked to the skorba temples which are 10 minutes away from the property. The location is 5 minutes from Mgarr which is the nearest village, which has various traditional maltese restaurants, veg and fruit markets, and is also the closest bus stop to the farmhouse. There are also 3 beautiful scenic beaches nearby. You have the opportunity to take relaxing and long rural walks watching the sun set in the pristine maltese countryside which surround the farmhouse Getting AroundI suggest that it will be easier to get around with a car . But there are regular buses that pass by at 10 min walk from the property. If you are interested to rent a car, we can arrange a hire car to pick up upon your arrival at the airport at a very reasonable price. Other Things to NoteThe property is very spacious much larger than you would expect . It is unique and very good value for money,

Getting AroundWe are off the beaten track about 30 mins. There is a bus that comes up the hill but its not every hour. Most guest thumb a lift if stuck or if I am around I will come get you.

The house itself is typically maltese and positioned in an very tranquil area. The space available is newly refurbished to a very high standard, with fantastic views from all rooms, a beautiful outside area, including roof access The owner (Erika) is Maltese and has lived on the island all her life, she can give valuable tips on where the best places to visit are, she also is an excellent cook and will be able to make informal meals on request. Although in the country, the house is 5 minutes away from a major supermarket and 10 minutes from Gnejna & Ghajn Tuffieha Beaches by car. With lovely walks & bicycle trails starting just outside the door. Free parking is available and the public bus service operates in the area. The house has good Wifi connection, provides linen and beach towels including snorkelling equipment and Surfboards for rent. Unfortunately the house does not have wheelchair access. Two friendly cats and a dog are also part of the family. Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Damages and breakages must be reported to the owner.
