The SpaceThis house is high on an elevated block with great views of the ocean and winter storms. Stunning jarrah floorboards coupled with wonderful light and venetians on all windows give atmosphere and charm. Reverse cycle aircon upstairs and downstairs. If you sit on the deck in the evening you may hear and see the local group of kangaroos grazing on the block next door or bounding on their way. Guest AccessAccess to the whole house and garden, but not to the garage. Interaction with GuestsI won't be in the house at all during your visit and will leave the key. The NeighborhoodBinningup is a quiet beach settlement, half way between Perth and the Margaret River Wine Region. The beach is 22km with 4WD access, swimming fishing, boating and surfing. The beach is patrolled on Sundays between November and March. Binningup has a great 9 hole golf course. This property is 5 minutes walk to the general store and petrol bowsers. General store also does great fish and chips and other take away food. Getting AroundThe best way to get around is to walk or cycle. Lots of walking paths and lookouts from the beach. Also 4WD on the beach. By car you can visit the local wineries and delightful local small towns or take a short drive into Australind or Bunbury. Other Things to Note• All linen is supplied including towels and bed linen (not beach towels). • Pantry essentials supplied and pre check-in shopping service available, please contact me. • Basic toiletries supplied. • Beautiful cot/toddler bed with all linen etc. available. • There are no fences on this property and pets not allowed inside the house. Pets allowed on the property only with prior permission, please contact me. • Sorry, garage not accessible to guests but plenty of room for parking.

The SpaceTwo magestic palm trees stand sentry out the front of this cosy and private holiday home. Layout: Master Bedroom: Queen size bed Bedroom 1: 2 x single bunks (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2: queen size bed Two Palms has one bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. There is an outside courtyard with a gas barbeque. Entry to Two Palms is through the garage which can only be opened with a remote or by entering a code ensuring privacy and safety for guests. Clean and prepare your catch of the day at the designated spot down the back of the backyard. The secure garage fits two cars and there is plenty of parking area out the front. Binningup has a world-renowned beach. The main beach is protected by a reef and very safe for swimming. There are surfing breaks nearby (walking distance from the main beach), and there's a drive-in jetty for launching your dingy for a day of fishing, doughnuting or spending some time on the water. Fishing and beach fishing is a popular pastime at Binningup. The Binningup Golf Course is a highly regarded 9 hole course. Have an early round sharing the greens with the local kangaroos.

The SpaceVoted one of the best beaches in the world, Binningup is a small, seaside town 90 minutes drive south of Perth. Binningup Green is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and you can walk a few minutes to the first tee of the 9 hole golf course. The house is modern, comfortable with the top floor open plan and great for groups, families, or couples or independent travellers looking for some peaceful R&R. Upstairs has two living areas - one next to the kitchen with a modular style comfy L-shaped sofa, the other opening on to the pot belly enclosed fire. Floor to ceiling louvres are found on the north and south facing walls and the east and west ends have glass sliding doors that can be opened up creating a seamless indoor/outdoor environment. The large square wood dining table seats 8 comfortably and is the perfect shape and size for serving up a feast, playing board games, working on a jigsaw puzzle (there are quite a few in the house) or getting stuck into some craft or scrapbooking. The house is great for families as there is a large grassed area for kids to run around on. Grown ups can enjoy a game of bocce or practice your golf putting in the hole-in-one. There are two parks and playgrounds within a few minutes walk from Binningup Green, and the Pirate Ship playground at the main beach. The house is a minute's walk from the Binningup Country Club where you can join the locals for a great value dinner, a drink and a game of pool on a Friday night. The city of Bunbury is a 10-15 minute drive away to the south, and the Ferguson Valley about 30 minutes to the south-east. Discover wineries, the Myalup Brewery, Gnomesville, go fishing, play golf, take long walks along the beach and explore the beautiful coastline of this part of WA. Guest AccessThe whole house. With fabulous views of Binningup Beach you can truly relax whilst feeling the cool sea breeze on the large balcony!! The Binningup General Store a minute walk's away sells everything from the best fish and chips to liquor, dvds, fishing tackle and bait, magazines and a selection of groceries. There is much to see and do during a stay at Binningup Beach House. The undulating white sand of Binningup Beach is a short walk (50m) away. The reef-protected beach offers safe family swimming, beach fishing and 4WD opportunities. Decent surf breaks are found a short walk or drive up the beach. The Pirate Playground is a favourite with the kids! Explore the local wineries craft shops and bakeries, play tennis at the public courts across the road, or have a round of golf at the well-renowned 9 hole Binningup Golf Course. Delightful two storey beach house with views of the beach. Comfortably sleeps up 8 guests. The SpaceSeabreezes is a premium holiday home located at the laid-back beachside town of Binningup. SeaBreezes offers stunning ocean views and is a modern, architecturally designed home that was an entrant in the WA Architect Awards in 2012. Open plan living upstairs with bifold doors that open up to the spacious verandah to create a huge living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and cook up a feast on the outdoor gas barbeque on the verandah. The master bedroom with its comfortable queen bed is upstairs. A second verandah leads of this bedroom, and also from the main living area and has an inbuilt daybed and chairs with a large unbrella if needed to relax and catch up on some reading. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two singles and two trundles. The polished concrete floors allow the single and trundle beds to be moved to the configuration you desire. The master has an ensuite with a shared guest toilet and powder area. Downstairs is a second bathroom with a cascading shower head. Outside there is a hot/cold shower for use after walking back from the beach. Get the top score playing the classic 'Creature of the Black Lagoon' pinball machine in the downstairs lounge area. Seabreezes also has a selection of board games, puzzles, boules and a tandem bicycle for riding the short distance to the Binningup General Store. A large, flatscreen TV is on each level with Foxtel and free-to-air. Wireless internet is available. Seabreezes is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic. It's fully self-sufficient, so perfect for a romantic and private escape. A path leads from the cul-de-sac to the beach, only a few minutes away. If you're lucky, dolphins and whales can be spotted from the verandah. When the swell is right, there is a surf break at the end of the path so you can walk down for a surf, or watch from the verandah. We were so lucky to have found this gorgeous Seabreezes home to relax and breathe in the ocean air before the big day. It was clean, cosy and absolutely stunning location. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed and we couldn't have been happier with it all. Manager Jane was wonderful to speak with throughout the whole time we had it booked.       Bright and breezy well-equipped beach house an easy 1.5 hours drive south of Perth, Western Australia. Huge deck, stunning views, especially from upstairs room with ensuite and cute balcony. The perfect way to break up a trip to the Margaret River Wine Region or to stay a while for a relaxing break. Only a few minutes walk to an unspoilt beach and to the general store, which stocks just about anything you could need, including petrol and a bottle shop. Beds can be configured as 4 singles and 1 queen OR 2 singles, 1 king and 1 queen. All linen including towels (not beach towels) supplied — plus a basic pantry and little extras like beach umbrella, beach chairs and spare sunscreen. Binningup has a great 9-hole golf course and is surrounded by world-class courses in the area. There is also a public tennis court a couple of minutes walk away. On most nights you can hear the waves and on a clear night the stars are breathtaking. Great beach fishing and surfing and 4WD access to the beach. Binningup Beach is protected by reef that runs parallel and is perfect for walking, swimming, snorkeling, surfing boat launching and fishing. Common fish are flathead, herring, salmon, tailor and whiting and yellowfin. Binningup is surrounded by lovely little country towns, including Australlind, which is one of the earliest settlements in Western Australia. It is bordered by the Brunswick and Collie Rivers the Leschenault Estuary to the west. When is season, a good feed of blue swimmer crabs can be had as well as an abundance of fish. The north end of Australind has the Leschenault Peninsula Conservation Park which abounds with wildlife including kangaroos and around 60 species of birds, including the magnificent black swan. Dolphins can often be seen in the waters here. There is a magnificent golf course in Binningup and top class courses in Harvey and Bunbury.

                        The SpaceSpacious single storey house with plenty of room for groups of family or friends to enjoy. Ashton House is a modern, well appointed and comfortable holiday home. The house is less than 2 years old, is single storey and sides on to national reserve land. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, Ashton House is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a flat, grassed area with a trampoline and kids play area. Kangaroos often come to visit. The kids can watch tv in the play area off the kitchen/dining/living area, and there is a big-screen tv in a separate theatre room with big, comfy leather couches. Cooking is made easy in the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and two large fridges. Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed and ensuite, TV. Bedroom 2 - double bed Bedroom 3 - double bed Bedroom 4 - bunk with a double bed on the bottom Bedroom 5 - single bunk Main bathroom between bedrooms 3, 4 and 5. Township of Harvey is 15 minutes drive east, great place for grocery shopping and several restaurants/takeaways. City of Bunbury is 25 minutes drive south, many tourist driven attractions, larger shopping centre's and cinemas.
