    The SpaceThere is a one of offer for the entire 2 bedroom property from December 12th to January 7th. You would have to arrive on December 12th. If you visit with children, I have a child mattress and a great kid friendly place where to put it in the spare bedroom. It is for children under 120cm. I also have a travel cot in great condition that you are welcome to use. If you book the whole property for those dates I will request a deposit of £300 and the property must be returned in the same state as it was found. The rest of this time, only the spare bedroom is available. This room is a descent size and there are a lot of storage space as you can see from the pictures. My favorite thing about living here is the quietness. It is a detached house and in proper old brick. Even the walls in the house are in brick so you don't hear as much as you would in most UK houses. Also because it is in a residential area with only bungalows, it is very quiet outside too. It is nice to come back from work to quietness. I love my living room because it is BIG and I can project everything from my laptop or DVD player onto that big back wall. It gives a really really big picture. It sounds very geeky but I can't help it, and I guarantee you that if you do come here, you will love it too :) I love having guests and I intend to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. But when I'm home, I'd say I adapt to the guest. If they like to talk, I'm happy to share a glass of wine on the sofa, if they like silence, I'm happy to oblige too. But I'll be honest, I'm a better listener than talker. I will always be there at someone's arrival at the house. The NeighborhoodThe other thing that I find very nice is the location. I am 5min drive from both Bolton and Bury which are 2 very good size towns. You'll find everything you need there. And if you do want to go to Manchester, it is 15/20min away by car. The countryside is minutes away too. the view from the living room is on hills and there are 3 reservoirs I suggest you check out which are 5min drive from the house too. I love going to walk or run there. If you want to visit them, the names are Jumbles, Wyho and Entwislte reservoirs. Entwistle being my favorite. shop wise, there's also a big Morrisons down the road. You could walk there in 20min or drive in 2. Getting AroundIf I 'm around and you don't drive, I'm happy to come and get you at stations or airport. Depending on circumstance I might ask for a little bit of money in exchange) and I'm happy to take you to those reservoirs too. There is a bus just a few yards from the house. 507 from Bolton. Other Things to NotePlease note that if you are interested in staying at this place, I will refuse any inquiry from anyone who is not verified, anyone who hasn't filled their profile out and anyone who does not write full emails of introduction. You might read this and think "what an idiot" but you'd be surprised at how many requests I've received without even a hello, just a sentence and who turned out to be deleted by air BnB. So no time wasters please. You are welcome to use kitchen utensils, but please bring your own food. I have a washing machine that you are welcome to use once a week if your stay is of a week or more. If you want to use it more than once a week or if your stay is under a week, I'll charge an extra £4 per use. And remember, don't bring any towel, shampoo or shower gel. You can have it all here. Oh and one last thing. As you can see from the pictures, I have 2 cats in the house, so of course, being cat friendly is a must.

We combine this with personal service and our own high standards to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. All rooms are bright and well furnished. We offer single, double, twin and family rooms, all en-suite, with beverage facilities and televisions. Breakfast is enjoyed in our dining room. Private car parking is ample. As we are only a five minute walk from the town centre and railway station, we are the perfect base for your stay in Bolton.

The NeighborhoodSituated on the north side of Manchester and a short journey to Manchester city centre with a car. The location provides easy access to Liverpool, the Pennine countryside and coast or Lake District. The property itself is located at the top of a pleasant cul de sac with no through traffic. Getting AroundIf you will not be using a car there is access to local buses, trains and Metro system to Central Manchester and the surrounding area. A bus ride is required to get to the Metro. It is £6.70 per day to use ANY bus or metro train in the Greater Manchester area after 9:30am until 4am next morning. Cheaper overall if 7 day ticket is purchase. For the weekend after 6pm on Friday the METRO fare is £5.80 until 4am Monday. Details are on the internet at the SystemOne site. There is also a public transport travel planner on this site. However a car is the easiest way to make best use of the property location. Other Things to NoteThe bedroom has a kingsize bed with luxury 30cm memory foam mattress. All lighting units in the living area are controlled by dimmers to allow the desired ambience to be created. Grocery shopping – There is a convenient store located on the main road, The Food and Tipple (turn left out of the housing estate). This is open from 6am-10pm daily. Tesco supermarket is located in Little Lever – approximately one mile from the apartment.

      The SpaceAlthough a stone cottage it is in a convenient location close to a super market, pub, library and open countryside as well as having good links to manchester, Bury and Bradford. The property is a 3 bedroom house with two double beds and a single/ twin room. It is more suited to families and couples or if it is a group of three single people who want their own room this would be ideal. It is not suitable for large parties of adults. This is a whole house let so the only interaction will be to provide the keys and pick up the keys at the beginning and end of their stay. There are three good restaurants close by, lovely walks and nice neighbours. The bus stop is a five minute walk away and the buses which go into Bolton are approximately every 20 minutes. HOUSE RULES We are available to contacted at any time on matters which will help your stay go more smoothly or enjoyably. We have discovered as hosts that some guests do not communicate during their stay then we discover after the guests are gone that there was information or assistance that we could have provided that would have made their stay even better. Please just ask us at any time if assistance is required. Guests are expected to take care of the property and leave it as found. We expect to be told of any breakages and damage during the stay. The property is not advertised as being suitable for very young children, the stairway is open as can be seen in the main photograph. Can you please remove outdoor footwear on entering the stairs/apartment, as this will protect the wooden floors (slippers are provided). Emergency bed linen/towels are provided in the black ottoman in the bedroom. The apartment is highly insulated and the central heating timer is set for early morning and evening. Should you require to adjust the temperature, please use the up/down arrows at the side of the screen. To ensure privacy please lock the gate when leaving the property or retiring for the night. It would be appreciated if you could wipe down microwave and sandwich maker if used. Please use chopping boards provided and please use the extractor fan when cooking. Please do not use knives directly on the work surface. Please remove your waste in the bins near the door as follows. Refuse – Glass, tins and plastic – BLUE BIN Other refuse – BLACK BIN Please empty apartment of refuse when leaving. The refuse collectors arrive every Friday morning.           The SpaceSingle room situated in Bromley Cross in the North West of England, close to local amenities and public transport. There are frequent buses into Bolton and a direct train link into both Bolton, (10 min), and Manchester, (30 min). Use of all the facilities is available. My place is good for business travellers and solo adventurers. It is an excellent base to explore the North West further as it is close to several North West attractions including Liverpool, Blackpool and the Fylde Coast and the Lake District. Being on the edge of the West Pennine Moors the house is surrounded by beautiful countryside and offers beautiful walks from the doorstep. The house is also close to several local shops and a small supermarket. Guest AccessUse of all communal space is available eg kitchen, lounge bathroom etc. If you require a bit of workspace there is a large dining room table available. Use of the back garden is available and is a lovely little suntrap.
