The home is located 2 blocks from Bondi Junction interchange (Buses/Trains) and 2 blocks from one of the best shopping Meccas in Sydney, Westfields Bondi Junction. The house has 2 very large bedrooms upstairs both with ensuites and Televisions.

2 x Lounge/Living areas. 1st Living area is off the Dining room and kitchen and looks out of the rear garden. The Dining table is modern with white leather Italian chairs that can seat up to 10 guests. White leather lounge and modern furnishings surround you. Soaring 11 foot ceilings with ceiling fans to keep you cool on the hot days. The rear doors open to a large grassed backyard which is quiet and secluded for lazy afternoons. A new 60 inch TV is soon to be installed.
2nd Living area is towards the front of the house and can be used as a separated TV room. It has a gorgeous leather lounge with massive foot stool so you can sit back and have a lazy afternoon. Just open the plantation shutters to let the breeze through or turn on the ceiling fan. The TV is 58 " LED/LCD Screen with DVD Player.
Kitchen is contemporary design in ' beachwood ' with black granite bench top. All the facilities that you need are there, including a brand new oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. The kitchen will need a makeover in the near future but is very versatile and clean. There are 2 kitchen stools to sit at the kitchen bench to have a coffee and breakfast chat.
The kitchen is bathed in light which flows into the Living & Dining area.
The main bathroom downstairs, is huge and has a corner bath, double vanity, shower and is drenched in light from the designer wall of glass bricks.
