The SpaceWe have a large comfortable home in the leafy quiet suburb of Booragoon, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop to central Perth and Fremantle or if you prefer, a 20 minute walk to the train station to take you into the Perth city and 10 minute walk to Garden City shopping centre - one of Perth's largest with its supermarkets, food hall, cinemas, banks and a bus station. Booragoon is 15/20 minutes by bus/car from lively, unique Fremantle which is both on the swan river and the indian ocean, with its relaxed and quiet South Beach beaches or ten minutes further along the coast to vibrant Cottesloe beach with its bars, restaurants and surf vibe. We are only 20 minutes from downtown Perth CBD by car/bus and are also only a 20 min walk or less by bike to our beautiful Swan River with its BBQ areas and great bike and walking paths. We offer a large double bedroom with double bed (futon) suitable for 2 people willing to share a double bed and own private bathroom with bath, shower & separate toilet. We also have a second single bedroom with a single bed available at an additional cost of $50 per night. (Please Note: Our larger room has a double bed so if you don't wish to share a double bed then you will need to book both of our rooms). When you book either one or two rooms, you will be the only guests staying with us as we do not take more that one booking at a time. Also please note the use of our kitchen is for BASIC food preparation (sandwiches and light snacks only) and NOT available for cooking and major meals etc. Tea and coffee is provided. You will have the use of your own separate very large lounge area (if you prefer privacy) but you are more than welcome to spend time with us in our second lounge area with use of our large flat screen TV with cable. We also have a lovely outdoor entertaining area to relax in after a day out or to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. We have free WiFi throughout our home (using your own laptop) and free off street parking if needed. We can be flexible with check in and check out times as long as they are reasonable and we are given prior notice. Our home has central air conditioning and heating - so is comfortable all year round. Airport pickup can be arranged at a cost of ($50) depending on arrival times and amount of people & luggage, as room in our vehicle is limited (a taxi from the airport is around $55/$60 or shuttle bus & train is around $30/$35 per person). Please have a completed profile before contacting us as we attempt to give our potential guests total transparency of what they will be getting for their hard earned dollars when booking with us, and therefore expect the same in return from our guests in the form of a completed profile so as we can have a better idea of whom we will be sharing our home with. If you are after a relaxing friendly place to call home for your stay, with great access to all things that Perth has to offer, we don't think you can go far wrong by giving us a try. We have traveled ourselves using Airbnb many many times all over the world and feel that we are well versed in what is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a new city.

The SpaceAmbar Villa is a very modern and high-end finish home. It has all the "creature comforts" that anyone would wish for. The house is very centrally located and has one of the best shopping malls within walking distance. The house has enough space to give everyone their own area. Separate areas with separate tv's, so anyone can watch whatever they wish. Guest AccessThe guests will have access to everything in the house. Interaction with GuestsI like to give everyone the privacy they deserve and want them to feel that this is their home away from home. I am always available by phone or email. The NeighborhoodBooragoon is a fantastic area to live in. We are surrounded by beautiful parks and walking distance to the river. Everything is within a stones throw of the house and the connectivity with buses is extremely good. It's only ten minutes to the City of Perth and the same to Fremantle. Kings Park is only a fifteen minute drive away. Getting AroundThe public transport is within a 30 second walk of the front door. Other Things to NoteAs this is a residential area, please be mindful of the neighbors and do not make too much noise after 10 pm.

      Anastasia Villa is a beautiful family home that is just so easy to live in. It is extremely modern and has been beautifully fitted out. Blanco oven and cooktop, a large double fridge freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a lovely cedar lined patio area for you to sit out at, whilst cooking your bbq. Anastasia has four bedrooms which are extremely comfortable and we only use the best linen for you to sleep on. The bathrooms are modern and provide a bathtub and separate shower in the main bathroom and shower and private toilet in the en suite. Cable Tv is there for you to use in the Home Theatre. l

                      The SpaceArdross is the perfect place for a holiday or for a business executive travelling to Perth. The house is very centrally located to Perth and Fremantle and is surrounded by great restaurants, theatres and shopping mall. In fact, one of the best shopping malls in Perth i.e. Garden City. Everything that you will require is there. Guest AccessYou will have full access of everything in your house. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven. Also a beautiful patio area with brand new bbq. In fact all of the items in the house are brand new. There are two houses i.e. one on top of the other. I have the upstairs and you will have full access of the downstairs. Your house is completely private. Interaction with GuestsI am only a phone call or message away. I always try and respond within the next five minutes, so just call me or send me a mail and I will answer. The NeighborhoodArdross is superb!!! From the house it's a 600 metre walk to the Swan River or a 600 metre walk to Garden City. There are plenty of buses that you can catch nearby. Lots of great restaurants surround the suburb of Ardross e.g. Paste Thai Restaurant, Il Ciao, Gala Restaurant etc. Getting AroundYou can walk to Coomoora Road and there are plenty of buses to the City or walk to Garden City with buses to Fremantle and connecting with Mandurah. Other Things to NoteAs it's a residential area, we need to be mindful that there is a noise abadement ruling in place. No noise from 10 pm to 7 am.

Kings Park (8.7km) is one of the world’s largest and most beautiful inner city parks. Kings Park is home to the spectacular Western Australian Botanic Garden. Visitors can enjoy sweeping views of the Swan and Canning Rivers, the city skyline and the Darling Ranges to the east. The Perth Zoo (6.4km) is home to 1258 animals of 164 species and includes an extensive botanical collection. A great place with your kids. Fremantle Prison (8.5km) is the largest and most intact convict built prison in Australia and is Western Australia’s only World Heritage Listed Building. Adventure World (7.3km) The Theme Park includes world-class attractions such as the $12 million roller coaster “Abyss” launched in 2013, the $7 million dollar Kraken, the longest, tallest and steepest Funnel water slide on the planet, the enchanting “Dragon’s Kingdom” and popular Hawaiian resort themed “Kahuna Falls” (an aqua rain fortress) to name a few of the 25 attractions set in beautifully landscaped botanical gardens and lawns.
