The SpaceOur SeaView Villa has been built for the needs of my family only, never considering to rent it out.Many things changed and so I look for rental income BUT IT IS NOT A HOLIDAY HOME IT IS OUR HOME FULL OF ART AND GOOD FURNITURE. Our tusk was to have a big garden and NO noise pollution from the very...very !!!! heavy expanding traffic on the island. All Open Space-Not more walls as necessary and as much of Nature as (URL HIDDEN) Xtra-rooms - except Showers and Toilets.Sleeping with open Veranda Doors under 2 huge mosquito nets ( 3x3m each) A total of 560 sqm of which we use 400 sqm on 2 floors. The first floor is totally in yellow marble with a well fitted thai/european kitchen with all necessary items for a big family. A living area inside and outside and the second floor with parkett covered with shellack you will not find it on this island anywhere anymore. 2 Floors 2 verandas each 28 m long and 4 m deep allows you to sleep inside or outside under the huge roof and big moskito-net tents(outside) Inside the house we have a seeling of approx 3.50m to 12m and on the 2 nd floor it is between 3.50m and 9 meter. Enough room to let the heat go away and have a open and relaxing atmosphere in the house. We have fan-ventilation everywhere. What we do not have and you not need is Aircondition, or a swimming pool-we are 200m away from the beach or 50m from the Hotel pool. What we do have is a fully fitted kitchen with all cooking utilities you need , gas stove, microwave, deep fridge. In the living room we have a TV and a dvd player and for longterm rental the possibility to connect to satellite-tv or cable tv on your expense.A last word to all the possible renters who are not looking for a shoebox room to stay in. With a ceeiling height of 3.50 to 12 meter and fans there is more than enough space to let the heat go away.Without Aircon you will soon feel much better and can adjust to the climat. Guest AccessThe House is located in Lamai, we are direct neighbours to the best and most expensive Hotels on Samui ..the Banyan Tree, The Silavadee, we are behind the Renaissance-Marriott Hotel-(you go thru the hoteland Hotel security to get to us- excellent for your safety!!!!! it is getting more and more important!!!!) and 200 meters beside the Banyan Tree Hotel (the most prestigious hotel on the island) 3 minutes walk to the Ecole` France (French School) as the 5 Minutes walk along the beach to the famous Beach Republik Club or the Swiss Restaurant Röstiland and no more than 5 minutes with your motorbike from us to the city center of Lamai with Tesco, Makro-Cash and Carry and Market and many more attractions.The Temples, HinTa Hin Yai, Overlapping Stone and Beach Road in Lamai with all kind of Restaurants and Bars and Massage Studios.... Interaction with Guestscall me and I will always be with you in short time The NeighborhoodWe live behind the Renaissance-Marriott Hotel on a little hill surrounded by our own 3.200 sqm tropical garden. Our neighbours in our area are the Hotels Banyan Tree and Renaissance Hotel ,the French school, Beach Republik Club and famous Swiss Restaurant Röstiland.
The beach is not more than a 2 minutes walk away. Or the first class Restaurants in the Banyan Tree /Renaissance Hotel or the Swiss Restaurant "Röstiland" are only minutes to walk....Sorry but very exclusive neighborhood Getting Aroundfor your transportation and safety the best solution is to rent a car which can be parked on our land. Or Motor-bikes of all styles from Harley to.....
