There are outdoor speakers to play your favorite tunes and the outdoor fire pit is there for great story telling and star gazing. The guest house has a private deck overlooking Lake San Antonio and a fire pit. This is the perfect location for all size groups including: small groups, family reunions, church or company leadership retreats (seats 175 on the patio) or fellowship with multiple families. The property is bordered by 400 acres of open properties. This privacy provides for incredible wildlife viewing and awesome star filled evenings for your enjoyment.This property has plenty of parking for boats/lake toys and cars with an easy turn around and washing area. Note: As of summer 2015 -due to drought, there is no view of the lake. D'Hart Ranch sits between Nacimiento Lake and Lake San Antonio that are great for wake boarding, water skiing, tubing, fishing or just relaxing. Downtown Paso Robles is just 25 minutes away and has a quaint downtown with wonderful restaurants and great shopping. They also have music in the park and host the Mid State Fair in July.There are also over 200 wineries in the area for a fun filled day and less then an hour away is the Pacific Ocean and Hearst Castle. D'Hart Ranch is very secluded. We are bordered by several ranches that are either untouched or used for cattle to graze. Our place allows you to bring all your friends and family and just relax. We don't count the number of cars you bring, so if you have several people coming from different areas, you do not need to shuttle them in. We have plenty of parking!

Oak Shores is a gated community located on the North Shore of Lake Nacimiento in the beautiful oak covered foothills of Central California. Situated on 328 acres the community offers two launch ramps and a marina with courtesy boat slips (first-come first-served basis). With its 165 miles of tree lined shore and an average summer water temperature in the mid to high 70's Oak Shores on Lake Nacimiento is the perfect destination for swimming, wakeboarding, fishing and other water activities. Surrounding areas include multiple wineries, Hearst Castle, and the Ravine waterpark. Standard conveniences: Linens for bed and bath, DirecTV, DVD, central heat and a/c, washer/dryer, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, propane bar-b-que, vacuum and cleaning supplies. The street the house is on is one of the least traveled streets in the community. Other Things to NoteGuests will need to check in at the gate house when they arrive. Prior to coming, guests will need to provide owners the names of the adults (up to 8) plus the vehicle license plate numbers, so that the gate can have this information. If you are not able to arrive during gate house hours, let the owner know so they can get you a pass. A loft bedroom upstairs offers a king size bed. Downstairs the couch folds out to a queen size bed perfect for 2 small children. Kitchen is stocked with all amenities. Full Bathroom , Washer & dryer. Outdoor BBQ , campfire pit, spacious Tipi with 1 queen & 1double bed. Two small hunters huts within 100 yards of main cabin are equipped with electricity but no water so over-night sleepers of the **hunters huts & Tipi** use a port-o-potty or the Main cabin Bathroom. One of the huts has two twin beds, the other offers one twin bed. 6 beds total. Additional Tent camping is permissible if more sleeping space is needed. 10 horses, Molly the miniature goat & cupcake our resident lamb all call this home. For parties of 5 or more, this property rents for $675 per night. Tent camping & RV's with generators are allowed. Very Rural Oak & manzanita studded Hills overlooking Tierra Redondo Mtn. and Lake Nacimiento when it is full during the winter season. Wildlife includes deer, the occasional wild boar, Bobcat, Mtn. Lion and a plethora of birds including Pheasant, Quail & Wild Turkeys. Tens of thousands of privately held wilderness surround this ranch. Property is reached via 2 miles of a gravel country road. The SpaceOur guest house has a large loft upstairs split into three rooms with 1 King, 1 queen bed, one double bed, all sanitized between each guest. Two of the rooms are semi-private and one is private. One bathroom (downstairs) ,towels provided & sanitized between each guest. Full kitchen with all appliances. BBQ ( charcoal, you provide), coffee, tea, cream and sugar provided. Gorgeous views and amazing star gazing...This is a quiet getaway. House built in 2010. Satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet. Wood burning stove provides heat in winter and all firewood is provided... Air conditioning and ceiling fans are in the house for your use... If you are bringing a young toddler you may want a child gate for the stairs. There are doors on the bedrooms however previous guests have mentioned they wished they would have brought one for the bottom of the stairs. Pool table available with additional refundable deposit. Getting AroundThere is no public transportation and we are 20 minutes from downtown Paso Robles, however Uber users will find that we have Uber drivers near our location... Other Things to NoteThis is a very rural/quiet area. We have a wonderful full service grocery store, (Oak Hill Market), Rockin Robles Pizza, Naga Café & gas nearby as well as Lake Nacimiento public Marina. There is a doctor near the store as well as a veterinarian. This home sleeps six in beds therefore we do not allow more than six people. Early check in and late check out are available for an additional charge. These charges will need to be paid upon arrival. FYI, we pay occupancy taxes (like a hotel) on every night stay. These are included in your nightly rental. We want our guests to know that we are in compliance with all laws for renting our home so you will have no issues if you decide to stay with us!
