The SpaceI have two bedrooms one with double bed and the other a queen size bed, both have own access to bathroom, I can supply another single bed if needed. I supply linen extra blankets, towels if needed. As my son and I live at the listing we will be present during your stay. ( - : The NeighborhoodWe live in a small street so every one knows each other, which makes it very safe and secure. A 10mins walk to a small shopping centre; includes IGA, Post Office, Chemist, Restaurant, newsagent and public parks. Getting AroundBull Creek Train Station is only 7 mins walk from the house, 12 mins to the city of Perth. Bus stop at the end of street, 4 mins walk, takes 15 mins to Fremantle. Other Things to NotePerth is a wonderful city, with our beautiful Swan River, Kings Park and Botanic Park with Wildlife Parks, Ferry trip to Rottnest Island, Aquarium with underwater tunnel, Museums and Art Galleries. What every the reason for your visit, I know you will enjoy your stay.

The SpaceYou have a choice of two great rooms in a large family home in a fantastic location in Perth. The house is close to the Railway station, free way and shops. There is a large shopping complex nearby along with cinema and restaurants. Port city of Fremantle is easy to get to using public transport, as is the city of Perth. The beach is also close and accessible using buses or trains. Feel free to join the family or do your own thing if you would prefer! You would of course have access the kitchen and living room. We have a large outdoor area and a POOL and BBQ! There is a choice of rooms, one has a single bed the other has a queen size and they are in your own wing of the house, you would also have your own bathroom and toilet. We have a friendly labrador called Elvis! I have hosted a lot of Japanese students, and I have travelled extensively in Europe and lived in the UK for 3 years. I must emphasize the location of my house, it really is very central with the city and the coast both only 30 minutes away. Ideally I'd prefer you to stay for shorter periods such as a week or so initially.

We have 3 large grocery stores, one within a large shopping centre, a short drive from the house. This will help for any snacks, fresh fruit, etc or last minute needs. There are several restaurants close by, some within a leisurely 10 minute WALK, including Thai & Chinese. Other restaurants that are only a 5 minute DRIVE away include- pizzeria, Italian and cafe's. Getting AroundThe location of the house makes it highly convenient for access to PERTH CITY, either by driving or using public transport (especially the train). We are within an 8 minute walk of the Bullcreek train/bus station. Major shopping centres ( Bullcreek Forum & Garden City) are a 5 minute DRIVE or easily accessed by buses. Bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house, cycling to the train stations only 5 - 10 minutes. It is a very quiet area, you will sleep well after an exciting day. The NeighborhoodBrentwood is a safe, leafy and very well located neighbourhood about 10 km away from the city. It is well serviced by its own shops and the nearby mall plus high accessibility to both public transport and private cars. • 5 mins walk to nearest café, deli, bakery, restaurant, butcher, supermarket, bottle shop, news agent, pharmacy (chemist), post office, hair dresser and cash machine (ATM). • 7 mins walk (cross the road) to the beautiful river front at Mount Henry Reserve park which includes a playground, an exercise corner, a fishing jetty and a good view of the city. Jog/stroll along the river. • 6 mins drive to well-known Garden City Shopping Centre with over 270 shops, 5 anchor tenants (Kmart, Myer, David Jones, Coles & Woolworths), 2 food courts and a cineplex. Once at Brentwood, the nearest bus stop is 2 mins walk away. Bus 500 shutters between Bull Creek train station and Garden City Shopping Centre, and you can pay by cash.           Our place is next to a park in a quiet street & walking distance to local restaurants & local suburban shopping centre. Garden City is a major shopping centre 5 mins drive away. A 10 minute drive to Perth city centre & a 15 minute drive to Fremantle. You’ll love our place because of the location, 10 min walk to train station & the bus stop is 200m away. There is a BBQ for your use and out door setting with seating for 8. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).

We will try to accommodate any requests that would make your stay that little bit more enjoyable or that little less of a hassle. Children equipment etc. is available on request (porta cot, high chair). Pedestal fans are also available on request. Other Things to NoteOur garden requires regular maintenance and care. We will attend the house on Friday's for no more than 30 minutes to complete this care and put the rubbish bins out. This time is usually between 7am-8am.
