The SpaceModern art and modern kitchen in a renovated, quiet brick ranch on hilltop in West Meade, with no through traffic and close proximity to several parks. Easy access into town for events. Space to spread out, and great kid options if traveling with little ones.
We have a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in bedrooms 2 & 3 as well as a crib. A queen size blowup mattress available on request. We also have two comfortable couches that could be slept on! Guest AccessGuests have access to the main floor (about 1,900 sqft) and all outdoor areas. Finished basement and garage will be closed off, and if owners aren't traveling or staying with family, they may stay in this finished basement, which has its own separate walk out door in the back.
Interaction with GuestsWe'll be available on our cell phones or email if there are any questions. We'll plan to be out of sight, and ideally, away from the property. The more advanced notice, the more we can try to plan to be offsite.
The NeighborhoodWe're in a great walking neighborhood, either just around our streets, or for a longer walk/run/ride, we're close enough to access the side entrance of Percy Warner Park. Don't be surprised if you see deer or turkey walking around the neighborhood. Great restaurants around us, and not far from Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, the Belle Meade Plantation, and Parmer Park. Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, and downtown are all about 15-20 min away, depending on traffic. Getting AroundNashville MTA bus route runs up and down Hwy 70 from downtown to Bellevue. Lyft is super popular around here as well. We have a driveway and plenty of free street parking.
General directions from airport (BNA): I-40 west. Take I-440 W to US 70S W/West End Ave (exit 1). Home is 12 minutes from this exit. Total time from airport is 28 minutes. Other Things to NoteThere is an extra 800 sq ft. playroom with a double bed, a full bath, and a laundry room downstairs for an extra $100 a night available upon request.
