The SpaceThe House is custom built and has xm radio, a theatre room, bunk room, steam sauna, covered patio, 2.5 car garage, boot dryer, ski bench, ski lockers, custom rock work, 2 ovens, built in refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toasters, icemaker, hot water heater, 2 kitchen sinks, pellet stove, heated floors, forced air, side patio, fire ring, hammock, custom hardwood floors, 12 foot wide bifold doors which fully open to deck, 3 stories designed to be sound resistant between rooms and floors, 2 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 king bed, each bedroom with it's own private toilet and shower, 2 laundry rooms, granite counters, alder doors and trim, Guest Accessthe whole house, solitude is 1.8 mile up the road, ski in to the cabin but not really ski out, bus service available to ski resort, stream fishing in big cottonwood canyon literally 50 yards from the front door, forest service land and hiking, backcountry skiing, bear trap canyon across the street, mountain biking at solitude ski resort, wasatch crest access, summer road to Park City through Guardsman's pass. Side yard has fire pit, horseshoe pit, and hammock, summer does not have bugs as climate is too dry, roads are blown by service in the winter but AWD/4WD is mandatory in winter for access. Silverfork lodge is within walking distance for a great dinner/breakfast/lunch. Brighton resort is 3.8 miles up the road. Deer Valley in the summer is 8 miles via guardsman pass and Park City is 12 miles. Heber and Midway are also accessible via guardsman's pass. Interaction with GuestsI am available and like to meet everyone. This is our home. It is not a full time rental nor is it a hotel. If you would like either of those, please book something else. The Neighborhoodthis neighborhood has 1 full time neighbor and one part time neighbor. It is very secluded and quiet. A/C is not needed as temperatures in the summer are in the 80's and cools at night. The only noise is the stream across the street and the moose that mosy down the stream and road. Elevation is 7600 feet and it is 8 miles to Park City in the summer via the back road. It is not paved but smooth. Getting Aroundthe bus stop is 100 yards out the front door Other Things to NoteThis house is on propane. It is heated by three heat sources for maximum comfort with a ready on demand water tank.
