The first floor which is done in bright coastal colors has a nice eat in kitchen with a couple steps up to the living room with a large flat screen TV. The first floor also have a half bath. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a good sized deck for grilling and outdoor dining. This home is a about a 5 minute walk into town where you can enjoy the shops, restaurants, galleries and carousel. The beach is only 1/2 mile from the house. Additional amenities include: coffee maker, outdoor shower, lobster pot, wine glasses, fans, close to town, washer & dryer, ironing board. There is a drive-way in which you may park your vehicles. The backyard is large and open for your use. There is a tenant who lives permanently on the third floor. His name is Jesse and he is very friendly. The back stairwell is shared with Jay and the second floor apartment. The second floor apartment is also rented on AirBnB. Guest AccessYou may use anything and everything in the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, yard, etc) and eat any food or beverage in the fridge or cupboard. There is a drive-way in which you may park two vehicles. The backyard is large and open for your use. There is a tenant who lives in the third floor apartment. His name is Jesse and he is very friendly. The back stairwell is shared with Jay but the front stairwell only has access to the 1st and 2nd floor flats so there is privacy in that entrance. Guest AccessYou may use anything and everything in the apartments (kitchen, bathroom, yard, etc) and eat any food or beverage in the fridge or cupboard.                 The SpaceMy place is an old church tastefully renovated into the most fantastic home with 30' ceilings and immense windows. It is the perfect place for a writers retreat, a place to get away and have the peace to do your work. There are many different areas to sit and write from the great room to the media room, and even the bar! Its very quiet here and I cherish being in this beautiful space with abundant light, comfortable areas and top-quality amenities. There is a professional grade kitchen which you can use with a Viking stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, Vita-mix, Cuisinart, etc. The bathrooms are luxurious and we have a huge hot water tank so you'll never run out of hot water. The guest suite is like its own apartment and has a bedroom with a queen sized memory foam bed, its own huge white marble bathroom, a sitting room with an extra convertible bed and access to the common areas throughout the house. Our church is also close to the small downtown, a great restaurant, the children's museum, the library, and parks. A walk around the lake and the Ames Estate is right down the street. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. There is also free driveway parking. Christina has run yoga and writing retreats before, please contact her if you're looking for an organized retreat with writing exercises and sharing of stories which will be held once or twice a year for a week. This space is designed for people who are looking for a quiet space to work in a supportive atmosphere with other writers around (or not, depending on if others are booked), and if you'd just like a quiet space to relax and take a break that's OK too, no pressure! There is an area set up with writing prompts and exercises and also art supplies to get the creativity flowing, but these are also to use or not as you wish. This place also has fantastic energy probably because of its history. Come join us and keep the great energy flowing!

Its very quiet here and I cherish being in this beautiful space with abundant light, comfortable areas and top-quality amenities. It is a 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom fantastically decorated house. There is a professional grade kitchen with a Viking stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, Vita-mix, Cuisinart, etc. The bathrooms are luxurious and unique and we have a huge hot water tank so you'll never run out of hot water. A bit about the various rooms: The guest suite is like its own apartment and has a bedroom with a queen sized memory foam bed, its own huge white marble bathroom, and a sitting room with an extra convertible bed. The blue room has the most comfortable double Tempurpedic memory foam bed with a nice canopy. The pink room has a sleigh bed with a Posturepedic mattress, a comfy Moroccan lounging area with cushions, rugs and pillows and its own roll top desk. The master suite is at the top of the house over what would have been the alter area and it has its own Juliet balcony looking across the whole great room and there is a little sitting area there with cushions and pillows. It has a king sized poster bed with a Posturepedic mattress and a walk in closet. Its bathroom has custom double vanities, a skylight, and its own steam shower with huge relaxation bench. You can relax in the steam room or just take the best rain shower of your life. Our church is also close to the small downtown, a great restaurant, the children's museum, the library, and parks. There is an area set up with writing prompts and exercises and also art supplies to get the creativity flowing, but these are also to use or not as you wish. You can take day trips to either Boston, Providence, or to the Cape's fab beaches. This place also has fantastic energy probably because of its history.                 The SpaceMy place is an old church tastefully renovated into the most fantastic home with 30' ceilings and immense windows. It is the perfect place for a writers retreat, a place to get away and have the peace to do your work. There are many different areas to sit and write from the great room to the media room, and even the bar! Its very quiet here and I cherish being in this beautiful space with abundant light, comfortable areas and top-quality amenities. There is a professional grade kitchen which you can use with a Viking stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, Vita-mix, Cuisinart, etc. The bathrooms are luxurious and we have a huge hot water tank so you'll never run out of hot water. The blue room has the most comfortable Tempurpedic memory foam bed with a nice canopy and access to the common areas throughout the house. There is a half bath on the second floor and a full bath on the first floor. Our church is also close to the small downtown, a great restaurant, the children's museum, the library, and parks. The South Shore Plaza in Braintree is about a 20-minute drive away, if you'd like more options. Massasoit Community College is just down the street and Bridgwater State University is about a 20-minute ride. Getting AroundThe commuter rail, Montello Station is about 10 minutes walk. The BAT bus run frequently. The closest stop/pick up is about a 2-minute walk. Other Things to NoteI'm about a 30-40 minute ride to downtown Boston - depending on traffic. Harvard University, MIT and Logan Airport is approximately 35 minutes away in good traffic.                 The SpaceThe townhouse is very quiet and semi private. There are only 3 side by side units in the building. This unit is on the end and has a small and quiet backyard with a very nice deck. The unit has been recently renovated and is very clean. Furniture, bedding, mattresses, linens, cookware are all new. The living room is very comfortable and features flatscreen 4K HD TV, local cable service and HBO. There is adequate work space and large entry closet for extra storage, coats, shoes etc. The kitchen features gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and is stocked with plenty of pots, pans and utensils for cooking. Dining area is located in the kitchen space with table and seating for 6. There is a half bath on the first floor and full bath on the second. The bedrooms are adequate size with plenty of closet storage space for hanging and stacking clothes. There are no dressers/draw style storage in the bedrooms. The beds are extremely comfortable and feature Serta mattresses and pillows. Guest are allowed to park 2 vehicles on the property and there is additional parking on the street. The city is very urban and dense. Though this property is very quiet in comparison. There is an abundance of major name brand commercial retail stores, pharmacies, restaurants, fast-food, gas stations, etc. Many are with in walking distance and all are a very short car/bus ride away. Getting AroundThe property is close to all major highways RT24, RT128/95, RT93. Public transportation is available though travel by car is easiest. There is adequate public transportation (bus/train) and plenty of Uber cars or taxi services available. Westgate Mall: 2 Blocks to the bus stop and 5-10 min bus ride, 5 min car ride, 15 min walk. Boston: 40 mins by train from Montello Station (Brockton) or 30 min by car with minimal traffic.

The apartment is on the second floor There is a kitchen, fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. and a large marble counter top on which you can play games as well as a kitchen table that sits 4 comfortably. There is a bathroom with toilet, tub/shower, sink and all the regular bathroom amenities like towels, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, nail clippers, q-tips etc. There is a living room with a television, pull-out couch that sleeps two, writing desk, books, etc. There are two bedrooms each with a dresser, nightstand, queen sized bed, lamp and large closet with hangers. There is a drive-way in which you may park your vehicles. The backyard is large and open for your use. There is a tenant who lives permanently on the third floor. His name is Jesse and he is very friendly. The back stairwell is shared with Jay and the first floor apartment. The Neighborhood Brockton is a working class city south of Boston. The apartment is just off of North Main street which is a thoroughfare. The neighborhood is relatively "urban/dense" for Brockton but compared to Boston, should be considered more suburban. The apartment is on a dead end street and there are many, many children who bicycle and play ball outside. In under 10 minutes, you can walk to the Montello Commuter Rail Train Station which will take you to Boston in 30 minutes. You can also walk in less than 10 minutes to McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens Pharmacy, Stop & Shop Grocery Store, KFC/Taco Bell, Papa Ginos, Oak Lounge Pub, Shoe City Tavern, Sideline's Sports Bar, JJ's Cafe and many other shops and businesses.
