The town of Media is 2 minutes away, is Adorable with many restaurants and shops, can get you half off meals by 3pm daily at an Italian/ Seafood restaurant with delicious Italian Gelato!!! Getting AroundYou can park on the street or in our driveway. Other Things to NoteWe are very down to earth, laid back people.

Great, safe location just 5 mins from Media, 20 mins to philly or west Chester. Train 5 min away. Private parking. Washer/dryer in unit. Central air. Dishwasher. Queen-sized bed. Lots of light, end unit with balcony. Trendy, warm and eclectic condo. Ideally looking to sublet as I travel for a clinical experience for school!

The SpaceGuests will have access to the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as necessary laundry supplies. They will also have use of the sitting room with cable TV. And, in case you forgot a book, we can most likely find one for you. Guest AccessGuests are welcome to use our outdoor deck and screened porch. (See the pictures.) We love watching the birds and the occasional humming bird as well as watching our two cats, Snoop and Wus, watch the wildlife. The hummers have even been known to tease the cats, but that's another story. (The cats are indoor/deck cats only.) When you meet the cats, the names become self explanatory. Interaction with GuestsHolly is home most days and will be very happy to provide information about the Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester County area. We also have some guide books and maps you may borrow. She will always make sure you know to contact her. We can also help guests find lots of restaurants in nearby Media, which is becoming known a great food town. The NeighborhoodWe live in a lovely, quiet, secluded neighborhood. But we are only 20 min from the Phila airport, 10 min from the train into Philly and fairly close to the SEPTA bus route. We sit on Ridley Creek. If you are adventuresome, you can hike in the woods along the creek. In places, there are trails, in other places, you can forge your own. Just beware of deer and wood ticks. So if you go into the woods, dress appropriately. Yes we do have the occasional deer, red fox, rabbit running thru the yard and heron, Canada geese, and ducks in the creek. But no fish. Kids yes, fish no. Getting AroundThere is ample parking in our driveway. We have one bike which we can loan out. Most roads are relatively flat, but some are hilly and narrow - beware. Other Things to NotePick up at the international airport (20 min away) or the local train station (Swarthmore) can be arranged. It will be best if you have a car, as restaurants are close, but not walkable.

My place is close to Harrah's Philadelphia and Widener University. You’ll love my place because of the space! So much room, great for responsible students, or families coming to visit the city, but need some space!. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

I feel when a person travels they shouldn't feel as if they are just lodging at a hotel but an actual guest in a home. I'm in a great area full of nightlife attractions. I'm near the airport and Transportation Center. So no long trips to relieve yourself. Guest AccessYou have full access to the upstairs, bathroom, & living room except the basement and the room downstairs. You aren't to be in any room you aren't occupying unless consented. Interaction with GuestsI am available for all of your needs. The NeighborhoodI live on a private block. I only have one neighbor. I have a 24hr alarm/Surveillance System.
