The SpaceThis is a brand-new Summer House which is in my courtyard garden, It is totally private!! It is self contained and open plan, it has a vaulted ceiling with 8 velux windows, which gives it a lovely, spacious feel. It has a very comfy pullout double bed and i can supply another bed if needed! It has a great fully fitted kitchen. The bathroom consists of a beautiful, marble wetroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet and sink. There is a white Flat Screen TV which comes fully equipped with SKY, which is the UK premium cable service. There are comfortable white leather sofas, great lighting and a cosy fire place. The space is beautifully finished and comes with top quality fittings throughout; No expense has been spared in this property!!!! Only 5 mins walk to BUCKHURST HILL train station .... Only 20 mins by train to LONDON Only 5 mins walk to the beautiful EPPING FOREST. HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY!!!!!! The SpaceThe flat is ideally suited for the three stages of the upcoming Tour de France. A room in a large and airy flat with a very comfy king size bed. You will also have use of a private w.c. / basin and of a shared shower / bath. The flat is two minutes walk from Buckhurst Hill Station (Central Line - 34 minutes to Oxford Circus) and a ten minutes drive to Epping Forest. There are shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs less than a minute walk away, and a Waitrose supermarket 2 minutes away, but the flat is quiet. Wi-Fi connection is available in the flat and also in various cafes around the corner from us. There is free parking available in the flats car park. The lounge is really light and airy with lovely views and there is a nice outside area if you would like to enjoy the sun. I also can cook a mean breakfast, if you're not leaving too early in the morning. For your comfort, towels, shower gel,shampoo and bed linen are provided. Guest AccessEverywhere except my bedroom. Interaction with GuestsI interact as much as the guests would like. I try to give them as much help and information that I can. I sometimes aren't always there for the whole time. The SpaceGood design is very important to us, we've taken pride in carefully putting together a living space that is clean, modern and functional. One of the most commented on features are the large full width windows, which let natural light just pour in. The room is very large but we would suggest a maximum of 2 guests. We both work in Central London so although we aim to greet all our guests on their arrival, we can also leave a key out for them. The NeighborhoodThe area is the perfect balance of London and country living. With great local amenities and fast transport to London you can experience both the hustle of London and a bit of quiet at the end of a busy day. Getting to the main tourist attractions is very easy - the Central Line takes you straight into the heart of London, without any changes. Get to Oxford Circus in just under 35 minutes, Liverpool Street in 25 minutes, and Westfield Shopping Center in 15 minutes. Living accommodation contains open plan lounge/kitchen/diner leading to large balcony. Lounge contains large L shaped sofa perfect for teenages to sleep on. Flat screen TV/DVD player and lots of books and games for guests to use plus a desk area complete a printer. The well appointed kitchen is complete with integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen work surfaces are marble. There is a large dining area with a table which accommodates 6-8 people which leads out to a large balcony. The apartment is fully equipped to welcome business travellers or guests with young children and items such as travel cots, travel high chairs, toddler toilet seats, children's plates/bowls, baby bottle sterilizer etc can be provided upon request. Staple items such as tea/coffee/milk/sugar/bread/butter etc are provided in readiness for my guests arrival along with many other essential household items. For the added benefit of my guest there is free wifi, printer, a landline phone which accepts incoming calls and hairdryer. Linen and towels included. Guest AccessAccommodation is located within a quiet residential development containing 5 other flats. Access to the building is through a communal door to the front of the development and the apartment is located on the 1st floor to which you can either use the stairs or the lift. The unique Queens Road is less than 2 min walk away where there is an excellent Waitrose Supermarket and a good selection of shops and restaurants. The SpaceThe whole house is recently refurbished. There are 3 bedrooms available: 2 have double beds and 1 sofa bed so we can accomodate up to 6 people at any given time. Guest AccessYou can use the kitchen, dinner, laundry room, garden, downstairs loo, 1st floor bathroom and 2nd shower. There is a space for 1 or 2 cars at the front of the house. Interaction with GuestsWe live in the house so we will be around. We'll meet you when you arrive and say goodbye when you leave. You will be given your own key so you can come and go as you wish but we are here for you would any questions arise or simply for a chat. The NeighborhoodHouse is in a very sweet area, there is a lovely high street with boutique stores and few places to eat.Just round the corner there is a popular English pub. Appx within 13 mins walk there is small but really nice Knight's Wood where you can sit on a bench and watch birds in the pond or you can cycle to Epping forest which has amazing walks. Getting Around Central line (Roding Valley or Buckhurst Hill stations) will take you to the city centre in 25/40mins.

It is a great space with wooden floors and 8 velum windows in a pitched roof so creating much light . It is in a lively road with lots of designer shops and cafes and restaurants , the train station is 5 minutes walk away and you can get into London Town in 20 minutes . We are also near to Epping forest and of course I must mention we are in the road where the only way is Essex is filmed .

We have two reception rooms (a living room and a conseravatory), and a newly renovated kitchen and garden. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 Master with King sized bed (2 people) 1 Single (Suitable for a child) 1 Queen sized (2 people) 1 Cotbed (for a baby/toddler) We have three bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bath), and a utility room with a clothes washer and dryer for your use. We have a driveway with room for two cars. The busy Loughton High Road is only a couple of minutes drive away. You will find plenty to do - there are lots of independent shops nearby, cafes, supermarkets, gym/indoor pool nearby, as well as a large park which is great for cycling, jogging or stolling along. We also have Epping Forest very close by which is perfect for a walk or mountain biking. Getting AroundThere are buses to various locations nearby, as well as the zone 5 tube station.

Wentworth Court is a beautifully spacious 2 bed 2 bath luxury apartment 6 minutes walk to Buckhurst Hill London Underground station (Central Line) convenient for travelling into Stratford International and central London. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults but has is the facility to accommodate additional adults/children so please enquire with your exact requirements. Lift and dedicated parking for one car available. Waitrose supermarket only 2 min walk as well as good selection of restaurants and cafes. Living accommodation contains open plan lounge including large L-shaped sofa big enough for two people to sleep on. There is a flat screen TV/DVD player and lots of books and games for guests to use plus a desk area complete a printer. The well appointed kitchen is complete with integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen work surfaces are marble. There is a large dining area with a table which accommodates 6-8 people which leads out to a large balcony. It has a sauna and steam room. Guest AccessYou will have access to the annex, the front and back spaces of the annex. the front decking has tables and chairs to sit outside. Interaction with GuestsWe live in the main house so will be approachable all the time. The NeighborhoodIts a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet easy access to Epping forest for cycling, walking and also a short 30 minutes into central London Getting AroundEasy access to Epping forest for cycling, walking and also a 7 minute walk to the Central Line tube station. Buckhurst Hill is in zone 5 and is one of the few lines to have an all night tube on Fridays and Saturdays. Other Things to NoteThe bed in the room is a small double so cosy for a young couple. however, if you are a couple of friends we can provide mattresses on the floor and for more we can provide sleeping bags.

The beautiful Queens Road High Street is only a 2 min walk away which has a Waitrose supermarket and also a lovely selection of restaurants and cafes. Knighton Woods and Epping Forest are both within easy walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be accessed via a lift if preferred. Dedicated parking for one car is available. Living accommodation contains open plan lounge which includes one large L shaped leather sofa and additional leather sofa which are both comfortable to sleep on. There is a flat screen TV/DVD player and lots of books and games for guests to use plus a desk area complete a printer. BUT PLEASE NOTE: My holiday home is located within a quiet residential block and consideration must be given to the other resident's at all times whilst in occupation and also when walking through the communal areas. I want all my guests to enjoy their stay but this is not an appropriate place to have a party and unfortunately if I receive any complaints about excessive noise or an inappropriate number of visitors I will have no choice but to terminate your stay with immediate effect..

        Dating from 1850, this delightful 2 bed cottage on the edge of Epping Forest, Essex . 2mins walk to Buckhurst Hill Central line tube, makes it the ideal base to visit London. (15 mins Stratford International, Olympic Park, Westfield shopping & 35 mins Oxford Circus) Locally, the fashionable Queens Road shopping area features lively traditional pubs, bars and restaurants. Facilities for horse riding and golf are also nearby. The cottage has recently been redecorated throughout and features 2 light and airy bedrooms with plenty of storage space. A cosy cottage lounge, tiled shower room and fully fitted kitchen. There is also a conservatory leading to a small private garden next to the forest. With advance bookings of 7 nights+, Parking can be provided on request. We also now have free wifi.
