Nestled in the peaceful serenity of the Trinity County Wilderness Area - we offer two people a cheery and affordable country cabin experience with all the comforts of home (cool air - shower - electricity - microwave - refrigerator - toaster - coffee pot - wood stove or electric heat - propane barbecue), and a 70' x 70' corral for your own horse. Use it as a weeked hideaway or a base from which to investigate the natural beauty of Trinity County's pristine rivers, forests and abundant wildlife. At $65.00 a night - this is one of Hyampom's best deals. Breakfast can be served in order or a picnic basket for your excursion. just ask we ll prepare it . From Hayfork, take Hyampom Rd for 20 miles (40 minutes). Shortly after the wooden "Welcome to Hyampom" sign on your left, turn right to cross the bridge into Hyampom. Make your first right after the bridge and you will be in the school zone. Make your first left onto Corral Bottom Rd (labeled as Underwood Mt. Road on (website hidden) Maps). About 200 meters further you will see our green house on the right (at the corner of the first side street on your right). You will have no service after Hayfork, so it may be helpful to print out and bring with you a map of Hyampom, and this is the exact location of the house on maps: /(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)"W if you arrive from eureka , it will take around 2 and half hours to get here it take 1 hour to arrive willow creek ( we do it in 45 minutes ) take gas there , its important and make your food shopping there is a great natural food store ( river song ) in front of the gas station there is a place call RAGING CREEK just before the bigfoot museum collection , they have the best hamburgers> its almost the last time you will have reception with your cellular phone , then drive 15 minutes on the 299 direction weaverville ,you will see a little post office on your left then BURN RANCH SCHOOL on your right, then a little store on your left just after that you will see a big green road direction sign with 3 directions distances writing on it, just before a curve ( Big bar , Weaverville , Redding ) be ready you will have to turn on the right very soon , thats road is called UNDERWOOD rd , a little green sign . it will take one hour follow the sign HYAMPOM national forest road 60 its mostly always on right but stay on this road . when you arrive , we are the first house in the entrance , a big green house on your left, this road name is corral bottom road at the end of underwood, 320 number , we are before the school . if you arrive at the school , you passed it . we will wait for you and the cabin will be ready for a sweet night . watch the deers and drive safely.The Neighborhood

2 bars , one "downtown" the other on the other side of the bridge , nice view of the valley. they both cook food but season hours opening . one little store with essentials necessities ( gas aswell but depends of the opening hours of the store ) then a postoffice . a mecanic man is around ..... thats it .Other Things to Note
getting enough gas . carefull with wild animals on the road . 2 differents access . only one during the winter .
