The SpaceHi we have a completely furnished cozy bedroom with own toilet and bathroom. You have a queen size bed, tv and DVD player, draws for clothes, hanging space and phone ( can be used for a small fee), toilet, double sized shower and basin. We have supplied clean linen, clean towels and toiletries. You may use our wireless Internet on the guest computer network. You have full access to the kitchen, laundry and you may use one of the garage car spaces. We also have full access to a pool which is part of our complex. There is plenty of extra parking out the front of our place. You may smoke but outside only. There is a fan and small heater for use. We can supply meals for you but a small fee will be charged. The bus stop is less than 200 meters down the road which will take you to the clarkson train station. We are only 45 minutes drive or train ride to the Perth city. The park is about 10 minutes walk down the road. We have schools, daycares and a supermarket within 5 mins drive from our house. Joondalup business and shopping centre is only a 20 minute drive. McDonald's is just at the end of our street which is 5mins walk away. We are less than a 10 minute drive away from the beach. We are looking forward to meeting new people from all around. We have 2 young daughters so children are more than welcome and we can easily accommodate as we have a porta cot and could organize a single bed to share in your room. I'm a stay at home mum and home cake decorator so I'm home a lot of the time and am always available if you need any help. If you have any questions feel free to email and we can always organise a special price for you to stay just let me know. I hope to meet you soon. We would like to make some new friends from around the world. The NeighborhoodWe love our neighborhood as its quite close to everything and is a nice walk or drive around. The area is resonanbly quiet. We have lots of neighbors that we are getting to know and there is always something going on around town. Getting AroundThe bus stop is very close less than 200meters down the road and can take you to clarkson train station or up through the further northern suburbs. We may also be able to help you out by driving you if needed.

Take a short drive (7 minutes) south to the very popular Mindarie Marina and enjoy the pubs, cafes and restaurants. The famous Hillarys Boat Harbour (20 minutes south along the coastal tourist drive) Hillarys, is a departure point to picturesque Rottnest Island. (10 minutes) north to Yanchep National Park, a fantastic day out where you can experience a cave tour, bush walking a round of golf or just sitting back and enjoying to local wildlife including kangaroos and koalas. Shops, schools, pubs, pristine beaches and a variety of dine-in or take-away cafes/restaurants including many with ocean views are a few minutes away by car. Yanchep national park to the north and Botanic mini-golf & Leapfrog restaurant to the south can be reached in approx. 15 minutes. Parks are within walking distance and there's a bus stop at the end of the road. This goes to Clarkson train station, then 2 stops to Joondalup City with its great variety of shops and businesses. Continue on the train line to Perth city and visit Kings Park then onto Mandurah or historic Freemantle for the day. I just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with our recent stay at butler central . Jayne was very helpful to us and the house was lovely. We were very comfortable for our 4 week stay. We were more than impressed with what the owner Jayne (owner) had to offer. The property itself is very clean tidy and spacious, the pictures on the website do not do this property justice. Its a good size 4x2 in a good quiet location Although opposite the house at present is a building site, they are very respectful to the locals and don't start working until 8am. Jayne did all she could to help make our stay special, providing us with nice clean and fresh smelling linen, tea, coffee, milk,butter,cereal. She even offered to do a shop for us if we required one to save a mad dash upon arrival. She is always on the end of the phone if you require anything which is commendable unlike some other places i have stayed. The property is a short walk to butler train station, trains run on a regular basis. There are a couple of supermarkets near by  maybe 5 mins in a car or 25 min walk. the neighbours are polite and respectful too.I would without doubt recommend this property, its value for money and would definitely revisit Butler central. -  Paul November 2015 We rented the property Butler Central from 2 March until 12 April. Excellent stay in a very comfortable home - every need was met with plenty of linen, kitchen utensils and space. All you need to do is just relax.This houses was featured on the BBC series "Wanted Down UnderPlease note all arrival times are 2 pm and on-wards and all departures times are strictly 10 am or before Minimum 14 nights bookings and 21 days over the Peak Festive Season Please note deposits are non refundable The house is close to a bus stop which can take you to Clarkson Train Station and from there it is only a short train journey to Joondalup City Centre, or stay on the train and go into Perth City or maybe go further to Freemantle and have a look around the markets. Yanchep National Park is only a short car journey away where you can see Kangaroos and Koalas, and maybe take a picnic with you as they also have barbecues there for your use.

          Brighton Retreat which has got to be the best holiday home in this very popular suburb. As you enter the home you will see how beautifully this home has been furnished and the owner has wanted to make sure you enjoy your stay with your family and even equipped a play room for the children - complete with TV and Play Station!!! Please note all arrival times are 2 pm and on-wards and all departures times are strictly 10 am or before Butler (Brighton) is a relatively new suburb approximately 40 kms North of Perth. The whole suburb has a lovely feel with several parks, Lake, and shopping area which is now complete with the new Cornerstone Pub. Butler is a great place to base yourself with Mindarie Marina - 4 kms away Hillarys Boat Harbour - 21 kms away Yanchep National Park - 21 kms away Whiteman Park – 35 kms away Swan Valley (wineries) 43 kms away We are always on hand to help you with places of interest to visit

          Guest AccessYou are more than welcome to use all of our common areas which include our theater room, kitchen, dining room and outdoor area. If you would like to store a few things in the refrigerator or pantry we are happy to provide you with a space to do so. We do ask you clean up after yourself and respect our privacy by not going into the master bedroom. Interaction with GuestsWe are happy to chat and give you advice on places to visit or if you prefer to be left alone we are happy to do that as well. We are here for you if you need us or just want to chat! The NeighborhoodWe live in a quite neighborhood that is within walking distance to a couple shops and eating places. We are within walking distance to an IGA, Farmer Jacks, McDonalds, Subway, Indian Restaurant, and pharmacy. We are happy to give you any suggestions for eating that are close by! Other Things to NoteWe have just moved into our house and are still trying to decorate and get things looking nice! We have the essentials provided and are in the process of getting more luxuries for our space. We have recently adopted a kitten. Anyone with pet allergies should probably look for a different place to stay. Please do not let the cat outside or in the bedrooms!

Guest AccessThe unit/apartment is totally yours with it's own separate entrance and outdoor seating overlooking the pool. There is parking for one car on the driveway and other off road parking available. Interaction with GuestsThe apartment is an annex to our home so although it is extremely private and not accessible to our family while you are staying, we are only a knock on the door away for company or information! The NeighborhoodWe live in a residential suburb surrounded by families. The beach and a lovely beach walk is a few minutes drive away. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a cafe strip and several fast food and other eating places. Larger shopping centres are within about 7 minutes drive and the train station to Perth is approx 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away. Getting AroundPlenty of bus stops in the area. The Train station is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive (station parking available). Lots of shops/cafes etc are within walking distance. Access to the Freeway to other parts of the state is approx 10 minutes drive away

Mellow "Butler" was approved by the Shire of Wanneroo for the area in 1979 in honour of John Butler, the first recorded explorer of the Wanneroo and Lake Joondalup areas in 1834. Butler has many parks and local amenities including the newly built Train station. Butler has a range of eateries and a tavern ,along side is Kings bridge park full of bird life

                  This is a 2 bedroom apartment situated as an Annexe attached to our house. It has its own independent access and is locked off from the main property (although you're welcome to join us for a drink, a swim and a game of pool at any time!) 5 minutes from the Indian Ocean, Mindarie Marina, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, this is ideal for a small party of people either newly arrived to Australia or visiting to find their feet, or for FIFO or short stay workers needing to come to Perth for a few days between shifts. You have access to the pool when in use between November and February (this is legally fenced off to keep children safe). One off Road car parking space is available. Please note that the pool is currently unavailable due to maintenance work. The apartment has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet off of the main bedroom and the second bedroom has twin single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hotplate, microwave, fridge/freezer and front loading washing machine. The apartment has a split system air conditioning/heating system for temperature control and the television has limited Foxtel stations available. There is also a Playstation for the kids - young and old! Additional Information Clarkson Train Station is 5 minutes drive away and this will get you to Perth City within 35 minutes. The large shopping centre at Lakeside Joondalup is 15 minutes drive away, as is Hillarys Boat Harbour. There are plenty of supermarkets and a cafe strip within walking distance, as well as plenty of fast food outlets within reach. The beautiful beach front walk at Jindalee Beach is within walking distance. We have had many people who have stayed with us as they want to have their own space and not feel they are intruding on their relatives or friends. You have your own space at an affordable rate and all of the Northern Suburbs are accessible within half an hour Conditions Please note that Check in Time is 3pm on day of arrival and Check Out Time is 10am on day of departure. We are unable to take bookings of less than 3 nights duration. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking with the BALANCE PAYABLE IMMEDIATELY ONCE YOU HAVE OCCUPIED THE PROPERTY. PLEASE NOTE that once you have occupied the property, paid the Balance and have indicated that you are happy with it, you will be issued a receipt which states that no amount will be refunded if you decide to vacate the property at an earlier date than intended. This is due to the fact that many occupants are new migrants to Australia and are looking for a long term rental and therefore decide to move into a new property before their intended departure date with us. Please understand that as we would be unable to secure another booking due to early departure, we insist on a NO REFUND POLICY. We will refund a deposit if cancellation is made 6 weeks or more prior to intended arrival; however in the peak summer period there is a NO refund policy (this is 1 December through to end of February)

Enjoy fine dining at Perth's revolving restaurant with 360 degree views of Perth & surrounds. Spend a worthwhile day out by train to Mandurah with its marina & canals or historic Fremantle with its bustling weekend markets and street entertainment or have a BBQ by the local beaches. Forfeiture of Security Deposit If any of the above conditions are not strictly adhered to, we reserve the right to forfeit part or all of the security deposit monies held over and above any deductions taken as per above. Public Nuisance & Disturbance Guests are not permitted to do anything on the premises or permit someone else entering the premises with their permission to do anything on them that causes a nuisance. E.g: a noise that disturbs the neighbors. Complaints by neighbors will be acted on and may result in immediate termination of the booking and vacating the property with forfeiture of full rent and security deposit. We would also expect that only the guests stipulated be on the property and no group gatherings will be allowed except with prior permission from us. Maintenance Guests are required to make every effort to contact us should there be a problem. Please allow minimum 24-48hours for issues to be resolved, especially if a weekend re being able to get tradespeople .
