Description
The Space

The house was built 5 years ago, without cutting any trees around it. It sits at 130 mts or 400 feet above sea level. The mountains that surrounds us are the last strip of cordillera that touches the Pacific Ocean. There are two types of weather: 6 months of warm, sunny and rainy days, and 6 months of colder, foggy days. Each season has its charms, from December to May when it is sunny and warm there is surfing, biking, trekking, fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, diving, swimming, and all the exterior activities you can come up with. We have 17 kms. of great beaches for jogging, walking and running. From May to December the weather changes, we are transported to the cordillera. These mountains that surrounds us are the last strip of Chongon Colonche Cordillera, where it meets the Pacific Ocean. The rainforest covers itself with mist, and we end up with foggy, misty days. The activities during this time of the year are more limited, but equally gratifying. We can go horseback riding for longer hours, we don’t have to worry about getting sunburned because it is not so sunny anymore, all the orchids go wild and start flowering and the misty days invite us to yoga, meditation, massage therapies, and reading. There is whale watching this time of the year. Bird watching, picking fruits from the trees on the property, or just sitting and thanking God that we are alive and well and we can enjoy the majesty of Mother Nature are part of the Things To Do List too. The house has 1000 sq feet of living room, dining, tv room, kitchen and bathroom. 1000 sq feet upstairs of bedroom, private reading area with awesome view of the beach , bathroom and terrace. It is ideal for Honeymoon Couple. When it is sunny you can sunbathe at the terrace, when it is not sunny you can rest on the hamac and watch God’s amazing work, and any day that you are there at 6 pm you will enjoy each time the most amazing sunsets on earth. There is another terrace from the kitchen, we use it to enjoy massages at sunset time. Absolutely awesome. The theme are the 4 elements: air, water, earth and fire. The Water is the ocean we see from anywhere in the property. Earth is present with the vegetation and the trees that surround us. The chimneys on both floors are Fire and we are floating on Air high up here. So, if you are willing to meet mystic, magic and where paradise on earth sits, we invite you to book a week at our property that sits on 15 acres of rainforest and where you won’t only be in peace, and totally safe, absolutely private, in touch with mother nature and the great works of God.
