If your get-a-way means getting away from the crowds and getting back to nature and yourself, come stay and enjoy the comfortable, quiet surroundings! We are only about 30 minutes from the lake and all of it's offerings. Ha Ha Tonka State Park is about 15 minutes away as well as many other attractions. Enjoy the busy things in the area then come back to the quite to grill your supper or just sit by the large koi pond overlooking the Ozark hills and relax. We have just added a 15X30 above ground pool for our guests enjoyment! (Approx. 4' deep throughout.) It's 12X20 deck is connected to the back porch for privacy and convenience. So, swim or sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful view while relaxing with loved ones! 1200 Square feet on two floors. Two bedrooms upstairs with king beds. The lodge kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The frig has an ice maker and there is a dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave, toaster and coffee maker. All you will need to bring is the food! There is also a gas BBQ grill if you would like to use that. 42' TV with DirecTV with DVR and a DVD player. Great cell phone reception. Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking in the lodge. Great location, very secluded, but close to jet ski and boat rentals, and some great restaurants as well. Bring your own beach towels and life jackets and have fun!! Guests may use the paddle-boat and canoe, at your own risk... Renter must be over 25 years old, this is a nice spot for family get-togethers. No smoking allowed inside house, but OK in screen porch. Also, if you like to cook your own fish, please Clean Fish in Dock Sink, not inside house.The kitchen will have dishes,basic pots and pans, place settings and cooking utensils, as well as a coffee maker for guest's use. The house is near many of the lakes favorite attractions, Big Surf Water Park is just 5 minutes away, the Osage Beach Factory Outlet Mall and many golf courses are just a short drive away. Montego Bay Marina Dock boat rentals is right around the corner on the Big Niagua Arm by boat. It also sells fuel and has boat ramp access. The Lamplighter Resort is off the Hwy 5 bridge and also has boat ramp access. It's a five minute boat ride to Nauti Fish and not much farther to Larry's on the Lake. The NeighborhoodThis property in northern Camdenton, Missouri (next to Sunrise Beach) has been the kind of property that memories are made of. Nestled in a wooded hillside peninsula, it offers a gorgeous view of the lake of the Ozarks. Unlike the often storm-like waters of the northern portions of the Ozarks, the waters are usually very calm and allow for comfortable boating without the necessity of having a large watercraft. Our docks are in deep water making them functional months longer than ones in shallower waters. Besides excellent fishing, we feature two swim decks Located approximately two and a half hours from Kansas City and about the same from St. Louis.

Other Things to NoteJune 1st to August 15th we only rent Saturday to Saturday. Must rent all three that sleep up to 17 people. Kind of like having your own mini resort.

There are actually two full size beds and two queen sized beds available in the property. Guest AccessGuests can access both swim platforms as well as the martini deck, fish house and all common areas. Slips are available to rent for people who would like to bring their own boat.
