Our house is in a residential area. We are a 10 minute walk to a station.... jump on a train and be in Victoria park, Como, Perth city (etc) in no time at all. Guest AccessAll communal areas... It's only a few steps away from the house. Carousel shopping centre is only 950m away from the house, it is one of the biggest shopping centre in Perth with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants, cinema and pub. The cafes and restaurants strip in East Victoria Park is only around 4 kms away. If you like walking around the park, then take a stroll to the local Kent St Weir Park would be a nice option. There is a cafe and BBQ spot. The apartment is newly listed in end of January 2016, situated in Cannington - a suburb close to the Perth CBD (only 11 km 15 minutes drive) . Taxi ride to/from the airport would take approximately 15 minutes. This 2 bedrooms apartment is fully furnished and equipped in style with all the basic you need just like home. We've tried our best to imagine what might need to make your stay comfortable. However please let us know If we miss anything and we will try to accommodate it for you.                           The SpaceThis space we have for you to call home for whatever reason, is comfortable and practical having a working electric oven, full size fridge, microwave and washing machine to give you the accessories that makes life easier when on the move. We will make a space available for parking in our carport. Guest AccessThere is private access to the Granny Flat which you enter directly opposite the main entrance to the house. Guests are only able to use the unit plus the sitting area at the front entrance. There is also a small table and chairs at the side of the house for a private space. Interaction with GuestsMy husband and I work but are here at different times during the day in case of any queries. There will be information regarding bus, train and other practical information left in the flat which can be read on arrival. The NeighborhoodWe love the Canning River walking paths being just around the corner. We are also walking distance to a major shopping centre. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop just down the road which will take you to Cannngton train station for easy assess to the city. Alternatively there are other bus routes that head towards Fremantle. Other Things to NoteOur location is on a flight path. Some days has more traffic than others.
